The purpose of this study was to examine elementary general music teachers’ classroom management preparation within music teacher education programs. Participants ( N = 341) were active elementary general music teachers as identified by the National Association for Music Education (NAfME). Descriptive data included frequencies, percentages, and cross-tabulations. The most frequently reported sources of classroom management preparation were mentoring from a licensed teacher and supervised fieldwork, while creating classroom rules and expectations and teaching procedures were the most frequent examples of within-course content. Participants were most satisfied with their preparation received through licensed teacher mentoring and supervised fieldwork. Implications for music teacher educators are presented.

High-throughput sequencing (HTS) is becoming the new norm of diagnostics in plant quarantine settings. HTS can be used to detect, in theory, all pathogens present in any given sample. The technique’s success depends on various factors, including methods for sample management/preparation and suitable bioinformatic analysis. The Limit of Detection (LoD) of HTS for plant diagnostic tests can be higher than that of PCR, increasing the risk of false negatives in the case of low titer of the target pathogen. Several solutions have been suggested, particularly for RNA viruses, including rRNA depletion of the host, dsRNA, and siRNA extractions, which increase the relative pathogen titer in a metagenomic sample. However, these solutions are costly and time-consuming. Here we present a faster and cost-effective alternative method with lower HTS-LoD similar to or lower than PCR. The technique is called TArget-SPecific Reverse Transcript (TASPERT) pool. It relies on pathogen-specific reverse primers, targeting all RNA viruses of interest, pooled and used in double-stranded cDNA synthesis. These reverse primers enrich the sample for only pathogens of interest. Evidence on how TASPERT is significantly superior to oligodT, random 6-mer, and 20-mer in generating metagenomic libraries containing the pathogen of interest is presented in this proof of concept.

The journey of humanity has begun with a man and a woman. Their descendants also spread from them. Woman breeds the human race with her blood while children's care, home management, preparation of food and clothes have been remained in her duties. Animals hunting and trade have always been done by man because he is forceful. But this difference of the strength between them had become the standard of honor and humility in past history. Therefore, he has given high status but due to her weakness, the status of the woman was considered very low. So, from the ancient times man has also deprived her for the basic rights, from which every human being must possess. Peace is the alternate name of security. Thus a prosperous human society comes into existence where there is a clear and mutually harmonious relationship among entire its people. The feminist part is called a spinal cord of society, if they come forward in this field to improve the work of reform, unite each other with the concept of every correction, the destination of our society will be reversed. And then, in reality, the society will become a practical model of peace. Hence it can be called a reformed and welfare community. In this article, problems relating to Muslim women in peace and reform in Pakistan will be discussed in the light of Quran and Sunnah. Its detail can be seen in internal pages.

The growth of conflicts in a changing world makes conflict resolution competence an important component of entrepreneurial competencies. Higher education should empower students to effectively prevent and resolve conflicts. The problem of assessing the educational process in the field of conflict resolution training and the result of this training is discussed in this article. The authors cite the results of an empirical study, the purpose of which was to determine the needs of students of the State University (Chelyabinsk, Russia) with regards to conflict management preparation. The survey relied on an analysis of the self-assessment of students´ own skills and commitment to the principles of tolerance, an assessment of the educational process, and the need to increase their own conflict management competence. 152 students of the State University took part in the survey, of which 63 were male and 89 female. The Likert scale was used. The results of the study showed that students assess the level of their own conflict resolution competence as high, as do they the educational process at the university. The limitations of the study are discussed at the end of the article.

The student`s unbearable behaviors can abrupt classroom environment and can avert Instruction of taking place. In an elementary school, instructors are of lack of content knowledge and classroom management skills, so, that they could be able to deal with the erupting individuals in the surrounding of the institution. The classroom management deemed to be managed with adequate skills, if the teachers` perspective of managing class is with Islamic ADAB and IKHLAQ, it may result in better outcomes. The reason to which this research study was conducted was to explore teachers’ perceptions about their classroom management preparation and to investigate professional development opportunities, that had a great influence in strengthening their skills in classroom management. For conduction of this research study qualitative case study was put into the favour to explore perceptions of six instructors. The research questions inattentively count on teachers’ perceptions and experiences with effective classroom management practices, their perceptions of administrators’ classroom management expectations that may increase teachers’ classroom management skills. Findings from the data were gathered with semi-structured interviews, online journals, and document analysis. Three evolving themes were recognized from the data from beginning to end open coding; it had implicated classroom management strategies, a clear prospect. The results were validated throughout triangulation and member checking. It was observed that consequential project comprised of a 3 days specialized development program, planned to boost teachers’ awareness of proactive classroom management approaches. the effectual conduct to organize classrooms. The project had a great contribution to have positive social differencing by provision that teacher`s with these strategically planed motive to advance classroom management skills. enhanced classroom management skills that would lead to classroom circumstances that allow all learners to learn without abruption.  (Powell, 2014)

The need for Shallot at the community level continues to increase every year in line with the increase in population. Shallots are used as cooking spices and used in the herbal medicine industry. Minahasa Regency is one of the centers of shallot development in North Sulawesi, where production at the farm level is still below the average of 7-8 t/ha. For this reason, a breakthrough in cultivation technology innovation is needed to increase yields. This writing aims to provide information on technological innovation support in the effort to develop local superior shallots in North Sulawesi and to see the results of farming from the application of the technology. The data obtained from the results of interviews and research results both conducted by the North Sulawesi AIAT Assessment Team and other research results. The support of technological innovation in efforts to develop shallots is the application of onion PTT Innovations: land management, preparation of plant spacing, use of certified seeds, planting and fertilizing, watering and controlling weeds, controlling plant pests, harvesting and post-harvesting. The conclusions obtained by the application of PTT shallots, which were examined by BPTP North Sulawesi using local varieties Lansuna. The B / C ratio is 4.23 by giving an income of Rp. 273,058,000 compared to the way of farmers where B / C ratio = 2.23 with income of Rp. 138,233,000 / hectare

Background: Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disorder involving P. acnes (Propionibacterium acnes) and activation of lymphocytes and neutrophils. Dapsone (sulfone drug) possesses potent antimicrobial activities and hence, used to cure multiple inflamed acne lesions. Howbeit, its therapeutic utility is hampered, owing to its poor solubility and side effects like mild irritation and dryness. These problems along with orange brown discoloration on skin restrict topical application of this drug. Objective: The objective of present investigation was to address the above-mentioned limitations like irritation, dryness and skin discoloration of dapsone via formulating microsponge based gel of this moiety. Method: Dapsone microsponges were fabricated and embedded into a carbopol gel for topical application. The ethylcellulose microsponges were crafted employing quasi emulsion solvent diffusion technique. Besides routine characterization, these microformulations were assessed for entrapment, particle size analysis and drug release. Further, anti-acne potential was also evaluated against Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus to check their therapeutic efficiency. Further, the prepared dapsone microsponge gel was evaluated for viscosity, spreadability, texture and drug release. Results: Results revealed that dapsone loaded microsponges were successfully fabricated and found to possess good encapsulation efficiency (84.68 ± 5.73%), which is in micro size range (88.06 ± 2.97 μm to 315.87 ± 1.99 μm) and showed cumulative drug release 52.52 ± 0.2%. Field emission scanning electron microscopy illustrated spherical, uniform and spongy microparticles. The developed microformulation showed promising activity against chosen acne bacterias and improved stability. Conclusion: The obtained results corroborate the premise that dapsone loaded microsponge gel can be an effective strategy for acne management.
