The article examines the mechanism of functioning of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park “Veliky kamen”. The conclusion is made about the expediency of further development of the park as a center of innovative, regional growth and increasing the international competitiveness of the Belarusian economy. A review of theories and concepts that form the theoretical foundations of improving the park model is carried out. Among them: the theory of polarized development, international competitiveness, regional innovation systems, the concept of realizing the spatial advantages of economic activity (agglomeration, urban governance). The policy of further development of the park in the following areas has been substantiated: the formation of an innovative environment for residents; formation of a cluster model; increasing the international competitiveness of the park through the use of management innovations, expanding service services, including using digital technologies, implementing the effects of agglomeration when creating a satellite city on the basis of the park.

AbstractTerritorial servitization is a topic of interest due its impact on regional growth and innovation. Considering that the formation of new KIBS is a good indicator of such TS process and with the aim of contributing to the empirical literature on this topic, this study analyses to what extent the ‘manufacturing quality’ and ‘innovation environment’ profiles determined the different types of new knowledge intensive business services (KIBS).  The research tackles the creation of new KIBS in 17 Spanish regions for the period 2000 to 2016 in the respective regions. The results reveal that new KIBS were deeply affected by economic changes that happened as a result of the great 2008 crisis and some KIBS categories are more affected by the techno-economic environment than others.

Research and development is becoming a global phenomenon implemented on a purely collaborative basis. This leads to the need to search for partners, resources and ideas outside the company. Active development of information and digital technologies in the international practice has promoted gradual emergence of new forms of innovation intermediaries, which have not yet been applied in Russia. We suppose these new forms could be successfully implemented into the Russian innovation ecosystem. The present research is devoted to searching ways to unite the innovation ecosystem concept with the theory of innovation intermediation, emphasizing specific types of innovation intermediation and fundamental mechanisms thereof, supporting incentives and the role in an innovation ecosystem. The research results may be implemented into managerial practices in order to improve and increase the innovation feature and competitiveness of regional innovation systems of the Russian Federation and of concrete enterprises in particular.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.
