This article shows the application of an ethnographical method (lexical availability method) and diverse strategies for lexical documentation (documentation of terminology in gray literature and other published documents) to the compilation and validation of the terminology of folk-art in Mexico, a knowledge area with scarcely written tradition. As one can foresee, the result obtained from the lexicon through the different methods and strategies of documentation applied allows registering several terminological lists. From these lists and by determining the intersection of two or more lexical sets, principle obtained from the set theory, one can obtain a group that contains the most frequent elements or the common terminology of a domain. In addition to the above, the article explains how a facets system for the basic organization of this terminology can be created from the lexical documentation obtained.

A knowledge-based tool for executing the managerial decision-making process is presented in this work. The work evaluated the significant robot i.e. industrial machines for sustainably handling the real time manufacturing environment. The presented tool integrates the grey sets theory with grey relational approach (GRA) to support the decision-making process for opting most significant industrial robot. The performance mapping of industrial robots by GRA under grey set theory is presented for defining a sustainable real automation environment. The work offers the essence of both grey set theory and grey relational approach under a sole ring. The work implicates grey sets theory to capture the uncertainties associated with the evaluation of robot measures and implicated GRA to recognize the most valuable robot alternative. The proposed tool is developed by categorizing the list of qualitative and quantitative characteristics; which links the robot evaluation properties. The work attempts to draft a knowledgeable tool for effectively executing manufacturing activities by the robots.

The basic notions of soft sets theory are introduced by Molodtsov to deal with uncertainties when solving problems in practice as in engineering, social science, environment, and economics. This notion is convenient and easy to apply as it is free from the difficulties that appear when using other mathematical tools as theory of theory of fuzzy sets, rough sets, and theory of vague sets. The soft set theory has recently gaining significance for finding rational and logical solutions to various real-life problems, which involve uncertainty, impreciseness, and vagueness. The concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy soft left almost semigroups and the intuitionistic fuzzy soft ideal are introduced in this chapter, and some of their basic properties are studied.

The Musashino Art University Museum & Library is run in a unique way that has allowed it to function as library and museum in one, ever since its inception. The contents of the digital archives being created at this 50-year-old, multifunctional museum and library are highly diverse, ranging from rare books, held in the library, to design collections, visual resources, and material on folk art, held in the art museum. Together with the University’s Research Center for Art and Design, the Museum & Library is currently creating an integrated database of its holdings, and digitising its archive collections. The aim is to offer multifaceted information networks that can be interrogated simultaneously for all intellectual information relating to specific artists or artworks as well as to the art collection of the museum. The common challenge in creating these digital archives is the systematisation, sharing and visualisation of a multiplicity of research resources.

Ramdhari Singh Dinkar states that “Indian social life is enriched by traditions.The colorful painting on pottery in the Indus civilization is a testimony to the importance of painting in our tradition. Figures colored in red and yellow symbolize Indian social traditions.The consciousness of the throbbing body within the society is an expression of impulses attested through colors. Painting with colors derived from nature occurred in prehistoric times. Such as black, red, white, yellow, blue etc. Folk art is based on emotions and traditions. It is an expression of the feelings of the common man. The color combination based on divine signs and traditional beliefs is expressed in social traditions.

Soviet culture during the Great Patriotic War and the postwar period is conventionally divided into two periods: Soviet culture during the war years 1941-1945; and Soviet culture in the postwar period 1946-1950s. Of course, these stages of the evolution of Soviet culture differ from each other in many respects, as well as in the most important, that is, in their substantive relation. What suffered during the war during the first stage was either restored or rebuilt after the end of the war. Soviet culture during the Great Patriotic War suffered greatly in material and organizational terms. However, at the same time, the culture of the USSR in the years of the war acquired a great deal spiritually and morally. Previously unprecedented patriotism raised the whole country, the entire multinational Soviet people, to fight against the common worst enemy of all progressive humanity - fascism. Soviet culture reflected this rise in patriotism in music, painting, theater and cinema, on stage, in sculpture and architecture, etc. This time was the heyday of the multinational character of the Soviet people, the time of the epochal upsurge of folk culture, folk art, and the consciousness of the masses of the Soviet people.

Commonality, a typical commercial feature of serialized civil aircraft study and development, refers to a series of methods of reusing and sharing assets, which were developed based on broad similarity. The common design of serialized civil aircraft is capable of maximally saving R&D, production, operation, and disposal. To maximize the total benefits of manufacturers and operators, the common design of serialized civil aircrafts primarily exploits the commercial experience of serialized products in other fields (e.g., automobiles and mobile phones), whereas a scientific index system and quantitative evaluation model has not been formed. Accordingly, this study proposes a new civil aircraft commonality index evaluation model in accordance with fuzzy set theory and methods. The model follows two branches, i.e., attribute commonality and structural commonality, to develop a multi-level civil aircraft commonality index system. The proposed model can split the commonality into six commonality sub-intervals and build the corresponding standard fuzzy set with the characteristic attribute parameters of the civil aircraft as the elements. Next, based on considerable civil aircraft sample data, a fuzzy test is designed to yield the membership function of the fuzzy set. Thus, a model of evaluating civil aircraft commonality is constructed, taking the characteristic parameters of the civil aircraft to be evaluated as input, and selecting the degree of commonality of each level as output. Lastly, this study employs the evaluation model to evaluate the commonality of Boeing 757-200 with other civil aircrafts. Furthermore, the evaluated results well explain the actual situation, which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model.

The first pamphlet issued in the Martin Marprelate controversy, the Epistle to the right puissante and terrible priests, represents the earliest experiment in the dissemination of printed matter in colloquial English for the purpose of influencing public opinion. In order to acquaint the common people with the Puritan criticism of the episcopacy, the author, calling himself Martin Marprelate, hit upon the idea of playing the buffoon in print. In a sort of monologue consisting of simple words and short sentences he mingles seemingly good-humored raillery with bits of scandal about various prominent clergymen. With this device to arouse the curiosity of his readers he attacks the basic organization of the Established Church. The Epistle set the pace for the whole fight.
