This research purported to discover the influence of corporate culture, compensation and working discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCN) using motivation as moderating variable. Research population covered all employees in PERUMDAM Bantul having permanent officer status as many 115 persons. Research sampling was based on Slovin method resulting in 90 people selected using random sampling technique.  Research method was based on quantitative approach. The research utilized SmartPLS 3.2.8 to conduct inferential analysis. Based on the result of inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.8 it can be concluded that there was tangible influence of corporate culture, compensation and working discipline on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCN) using motivation as moderating variable.The result of this research is applicable as reference to improve OCB in any companies simply by strengthening corporate culture, rationalizing compensation, maintaining workplace discipline and motivating the employees to work even harder.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of empowerment and motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in this teacher primary school south bekasi. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) empowerment has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (2) motivation has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (3) empowerment has a positive direct effect in motivation.

The  purpose  of  this  study  is : 1) To  know  the description of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study at PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo) 2) To know  the  effect  of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 3) To know  the  effect  of the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4) To  know  the  effect  of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously. Research methods using simple random sampling. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique and of questionnaires of 77 observations from PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo’s employees using SPSS 16.0.The empirical result shows that job satisfaction and the leadership style has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is one form of behavior of employeesthat shows the tendency to be cooperative in an organization.This research holds a purpose to test the correlation between Work Enjoyment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT Petrokimia Kayaku Gresik. This research used quantitative approach which focuses on correlational research design. The number of population in this research was 170 people and the samples obtained were 63 people that was selected using random sampling technique. Questionnaire was chosen as the way to collect the data needed in this research. There were two kinds of questionnaires whichwere developed by the researcher to determine Organizational Citizenship Behavior’s scale and workenjoyment’s scale. The data analysis used was product moment’s correlation. According to the data analysis, there is a significant correlation between work enjoyment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with the correlation coefficient 0,861 and p = 0,000 that indicates high and significant correlation. Abstrak: Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku dari karyawan yang menunjukkan kecenderungan untuk koperatif dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Work Enjoyment dengan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan PT Petrokimia Kayaku Gresik. Penelitian dilakasanakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif  dengan rancangan penelitian korelasional. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 170 orang, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling sehingga didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 orang. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti yaitu skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan skala work enjoyment. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ada hubungan yang signifikan antara work enjoyment dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment to OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember. The research population was employees of PT. Smartfren Jember numbered 120 people. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional sampling. The numbers of samples of this study were 50 people scattered in all parts of PT. Smartfren Jember. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that 1) Job satisfaction had a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember; 2) Organizational Culture has a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember; 3) Motivation has a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. Smartfren Jember; 4) Organizational commitment has a positive effect through OCB on employees of PT. This research aimed to describe Customer-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (CO-OCB) on the employees of the railway transportation service provider in Jakarta, Indonesia. A survey research was conducted by distributing the questionnaires to the employees and conducting a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The sampling was taken by using a convenience sampling technique. The participants were 161 employees from different job levels. Consisting of managers, supervisors, and staff. Data analysis, the researchers used descriptive statistics analysis and inferential analysis with the Kruskal Wallis test by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software for Windows 21.0 and theme analysis. The results show that generally, the respondents have high COOCB. Then, the result of the inferential analysis shows that there are significant differences among CO-OCB. The dominant dimension shown by the employees is organizational compliance, followed by other dimensions such as sportsmanship, helping behavior, self-development, civic virtue, individual initiative, and organizational loyalty. The results also suggest that CO-OCB on the employees is influenced by individual characteristic factors like working attitude, and contextual factors.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leadership transformational  and organizational commitment  organizational citizenship behavior the teacher junior high shcool Jakarta..The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) transformational leadership has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (2) organizational commitment has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (3) transformational leadership  has a positive direct effect in organizational commitment.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze and examine the differences ofOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), job satisfaction, and work stressamong male and female nurses in Balung Hospital of Jember Regency. This is aquantitative research. Data were analyzed using two independent samples t-test.The research population was 102 nurses in the inpatient wards. Using proportionalstratified random sampling method, the sample was 82 respondents consisted of45 female nurses and 37 male nurses. The results of hypothesis testing showedthe differences of OCB, job satisfaction, and work stress among male and femalenurses in Balung Hospital of Jember Regency. The female nurses had higher levelof OCB, job satisfaction, and work stress compared to the male nurses.Keywords: OCB, Job Satisfaction, and Work Stress.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji apakah terdapatperbedaan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja, dan streskerja pada perawat pria dan wanita di bagian rawat inap Rumah Sakit Daerah(RSD) Balung Kabupaten Jember. Hasil pengujian hipotesismenunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan OCB, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerjaantara perawat pria dan wanita di bagian rawat inap RSD Balung KabupatenJember yang mana tingkat OCB, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja perawat wanitalebih tinggi dari pada perawat priaKata Kunci: OCB, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Stres Kerja.

This research has purpose to discover the affect of leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and competence on employee performance in XYZ Ministry. The research method used quantitative approach with the type of research is included in causal research. The research population was 1,587 permanent employees at Work Units and Technical Implementation Units of XYZ Ministry in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the number of samples was 94 employees. These research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The quantitative data analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The results showed if 1) Leadership partially has the strongest and significant impact on employee performance. 2) Job satisfaction partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 4) Employee competence partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 5) Leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and employee competence simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance.
