The study aimed to find out the implementation of teachers’ focus on students and the level of students’ satisfaction, the implementation of the involvement of school’s communities, the implementation of teacher service measurement, the implementation of the commitment of school’s communities, and implementation of teacher services improvement. This particular evaluative research used descriptive-quantitative design. The evaluation model was a discrepancy evaluation model. The research sites were Negeri 2 Pengasih State Vocational High School, Negeri 1 Nanggulan Kulon Program State Vocational High School, Ma’arif 1 Wates Kulon Progo Vocational High School and Muhammadiyah 1 Temon Kulon Progo Vocational High School. The subjects of this study were students, teachers, and principals from four schools. The objects of this research were: (1) the implementation of teachers’ focus on students, (2) the implementation of the involvement of school’s communities, (3) the implementation of teacher service measurement, (4) the implementation of the commitment of school’s communities, and (5) the implementation of teacher service improvement. Data collection techniques were observation, document analysis, and questionnaire. Data collection instruments used observation rubric, document analysis sheets, and questionnaire. The level of implementation reported in a percentage which reports a comparison between the averages score and the maximum score. The results of this study showed that the overall average in four vocational high schools were: (1) the level of teacher's focus on students was 81.13% (very good), and the level of students’ satisfaction was 77.69% (students feel satisfied); (2) the level of involvement of school’s communities was 80.28% (good); (3) the level of teacher service measurement was 77.50% (good); (4) the level of the commitment of school’s communities was 79.77% (good); and (5) the level of teacher service improvement was 77.50% (good).Keywords: total quality management, vocational high school

Researchfocussed 1) How System Implementation Management Quality of ISO 9001:2008 inPublic Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari, 2) Effort what is done by for the agendaof overcoming various resistance faced in management system implementation quality ofISO 9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari. Method Researchweared in this research is device qualitative with method intake of data through interview,documentation and observation to informant namely components in Public VocationalHigh School of 1 at Singosari. While data analysis through analysis of interactive (Milesand Huberman, 1994).Research finding of research focus I: 1) conducting two qualifyingwhich have been commended by ISO 9001:2008, namely System Design Of ManagementQuality of through step of plan-do-check-action ( P-D-C-A) and Documentation SystemManagement Quality of. Management Top (principal) organizational have to compareexpectation of the customer with Organizational performance able to determine directionpolicy of Organization. 2). Have Commitment of customer satisfaction either from internaland external school started by given the expectation and requirement of customer. 3).Process looked into a study which continue to have continuation and over there willhappened repairs to performance 4). Management system implementation quality of ISO9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari qualify total involvementfrom entire school component. Focus II: 1) Steps the done by principal in developing thiscommitment for example always communicate vision, target and mission go to school andalso remind obligation and duty will each and also always inform position growth ofschool to all student and teachers 2) Process study to employees and teachers throughgiving of instruction work in writing and followed with explanation is verbally looked intoby an effective enough in improving their motivation with cultural of quality. 3). Leadergo to school and entire school component have high commitment to do repair on anongoing with step of Plan, Do, Check and of Action by have cycle to supported by sourcewhich with quality

To face of an increasingly strong and competitive Globalization Era, implementing MMT at schools is very important for the long-term success of school organizations and is a source of excellence in order to create performance and productivity towards achieving continuous Quality Management. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the application of MMT at Samarinda State Vocational High School in an effort to improve school quality management, (2) the level of achievement of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at Samarinda State Vocational School in an effort to improve school quality management, (3) which was an obstacle to Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at Samarinda State Vocational High School in an effort to improve school quality management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design. The interview guide is used to explore information about the application, level of achievement and factors that become obstacles to Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda. The results showed that: (1) the application of MMT to Samarinda State Vocational High School seven had been implemented and went well, (2) the level of achievement of MMT at Vocational High School seven had shown good results with increasing students, increasing educator HR, good quality of facilities and infrastructure, as well as a conducive work and learning environment, (3) Factors that become obstacles to the application of MMT to Vocational High School seven are the use of technology that is not maximized for some teachers, there are still some internal parties lacking commitment in quality assurance, learning methods, and lack of discipline of teachers in teaching. It can be concluded that the results of the research on the implementation of MMT in Samarinda State Vocational High School 7 Kalimantan through the implementation of MMT found an increase in performance and school quality assurance.

<p>This research aims at evaluating the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of ISO 9001: 2008 in State Vocational High School 1 Surakarta and State Vocational High School 6 Surakarta through the Kirkpatrick model. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method with 77 teachers/staffs from the two schools. The data were collected with questionnaires and documentation. The implementation of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 in both schools based on the input variables can be categorized as “very good with the score of 95 points out of 100 points. The results of the 3-behavior level evaluation on the QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 Implementation showed that the area of a) HR; b) the infrastructure; and c) the education process control and services in the State Vocational High School 1 and 6 Surakarta fell in the category of "mostly achieved". The results of a level 4 evaluation indicated the result of the graduates’ quality in both schools can be categorized as good with the mean of 58.33. The QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 implementation proved to have a good effect on the school administration system in both schools where the granting of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 certificates in line with the achievement of “A” school accreditation over the past 10 years.</p>
