Vocational education as one part of the system Education of National is very strategic rolefor the form of national labour generation which was skillful. As strive to improvemanagement and quality and also competitiveness hence applied by management systemquality of ISO 9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari. Researchfocussed 1) How System Implementation Management Quality of ISO 9001:2008 inPublic Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari, 2) Effort what is done by for the agendaof overcoming various resistance faced in management system implementation quality ofISO 9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari. Method Researchweared in this research is device qualitative with method intake of data through interview,documentation and observation to informant namely components in Public VocationalHigh School of 1 at Singosari. While data analysis through analysis of interactive (Milesand Huberman, 1994).Research finding of research focus I: 1) conducting two qualifyingwhich have been commended by ISO 9001:2008, namely System Design Of ManagementQuality of through step of plan-do-check-action ( P-D-C-A) and Documentation SystemManagement Quality of. Management Top (principal) organizational have to compareexpectation of the customer with Organizational performance able to determine directionpolicy of Organization. 2). Have Commitment of customer satisfaction either from internaland external school started by given the expectation and requirement of customer. 3).Process looked into a study which continue to have continuation and over there willhappened repairs to performance 4). Management system implementation quality of ISO9001:2008 in Public Vocational High School of 1 at Singosari qualify total involvementfrom entire school component. Focus II: 1) Steps the done by principal in developing thiscommitment for example always communicate vision, target and mission go to school andalso remind obligation and duty will each and also always inform position growth ofschool to all student and teachers 2) Process study to employees and teachers throughgiving of instruction work in writing and followed with explanation is verbally looked intoby an effective enough in improving their motivation with cultural of quality. 3). Leadergo to school and entire school component have high commitment to do repair on anongoing with step of Plan, Do, Check and of Action by have cycle to supported by sourcewhich with quality

<p>This research aims at evaluating the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of ISO 9001: 2008 in State Vocational High School 1 Surakarta and State Vocational High School 6 Surakarta through the Kirkpatrick model. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method with 77 teachers/staffs from the two schools. The data were collected with questionnaires and documentation. The implementation of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 in both schools based on the input variables can be categorized as “very good with the score of 95 points out of 100 points. The results of the 3-behavior level evaluation on the QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 Implementation showed that the area of a) HR; b) the infrastructure; and c) the education process control and services in the State Vocational High School 1 and 6 Surakarta fell in the category of "mostly achieved". The results of a level 4 evaluation indicated the result of the graduates’ quality in both schools can be categorized as good with the mean of 58.33. The QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 implementation proved to have a good effect on the school administration system in both schools where the granting of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 certificates in line with the achievement of “A” school accreditation over the past 10 years.</p>

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p> </p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya orgnaisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja mutu manajemen.  Kinerja manajemen mutu dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan sistem manajemen mutu berdasarkan ISO 9001: 2008 di AKPELNI Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh dosen dan karyawan sejumlah 92 orang. Responden dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin sejumlah 75 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu  SPSS v. 16. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajemen mutu.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong>    kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kinerja mutu manajemen.</p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership, cultural or</em><em>ga</em><em>ni</em><em>z</em><em>a</em><em>t</em><em>i</em><em>on</em><em> and organizational commitment to</em><em>ward</em><em> quality management performance</em><em>. </em><em> </em><em>The quality management performance in this research is the application of quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008 in AKPELNI Semarang. </em><em>The  population is all lecturers and employees of 92 people. Respondents were randomly selected using Slovin formula of 75 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS  v. 16. Learning outcomes are the results achieved in the form of numbers or scores after being given a test of learning outcomes at the end of each meeting. The quality of learning outcomes itself is influenced by several factors; the principal's leadership style, professional competence and school climate. This research aims to know the contribution of (1) principal’s leadership style, (2) professional competence, and (3) school climate on the quality of learning outcomes at Vocational High School (SMK) in Padang. This research used a quantitative method. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regressions using LISREL. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the principal leadership style and the teachers’ professional competence on the quality of learning outcomes at several vocational schools in Padang. There was a positive and significant relationship between the principal leadership style and professional competence through the school climate on the quality of learning outcomes at several vocational schools in Padang.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya mutu terhadap proses implementasi ISO 9001: 2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Peneliti akan menganalisis persepsi dosen dan karyawan Program<br />Manajemen Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) pada pentingnya peran budaya mutu dalam proses implementasi ISO 9001:2008 dan dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini<br />diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada pengelola MM dan UPNVY dalam implementasi ISO 2008: 9001, sehingga bisa diambil kebijakan dan keputusan yang terbaik dalam peningkatan kinerja Prodi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus. Teknik statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan sistem manajemen mutu dan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada komitmen organisasional.</p><p> </p><p>The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of quality culture toward the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. The researcher analyzed the lecturers’ and staff’s perception at Management Master Program, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta (MM UPNVY) on the role importance of quality culture in the implementation process of ISO 9001:2008 and its impacts on organizational commitment. This study was expected to give benefits for MM and UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta in implementing ISO 2008:9001, so the best policies and decision can be taken to improve the performance of MM UPNVY. The population of this<br />study was lecturers and staff at MM, UPNVY. The samples were taken by census. Then, the data were analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical technique. The result showed that (1) quality culture gave positive and significant influence toward the implementation of quality management system, (2) the implementation of quality management system gave positive and significant influence toward organizational commitment.</p>
