The paper proposes an ideal approach of shape design by using shape evaluation methods accurately. The paper proposes and tests the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method using a case of two clips based on genetic algorithm and quantitative methods. By using this evaluation method, the shape details of a product could be improved gradually.

The site selection for earthquake emergency shelter is important to ensure the safety and service ability of shelter in earthquake disaster. It is aim to establish earthquake emergency shelter site evaluation index system, make use of analytic hierarchy process method to determine the index weight, using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate and order the shelters in certain areas, and ultimately select earquake emergency shelters.

In this paper,it is mainly based on the characteristics of index of some equipment, analyses the correspondence between first class index and second class index, studies the calculation of weigh index. Several methods including linear weighted method, Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the fuzzy Borda method have been taken into account to improve the confirmable methods of judgment matrix in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analyses of three different eqiupment,A system,B system and C system, demonstrates that A system is the best unanimously.

The MOOC-based education is an important means to improve the quality of education as the increasing development of internet; meanwhile, the assessment of teaching quality is an indispensable aspect in teaching management, and it has been more and more important as the scale of the students' expansion, In order to deal with the challenges of big data processing effectively in the field of education, we designed a teaching quality assessment model on the MOOC platform based on comprehensive fuzzy evaluation. To verify the effectiveness of our method, a control experiment was adopted to explore the significance of our evaluation method, the results show that it can help teacher to prepare their teaching contents and students to improve their learning efficiency.

This paper has designed a new diamond computer evaluation method by the use of the diamond evaluation model, and the combination of VC programming technology, and the method has been introduced into the evaluation of regional tourism comprehensive competitiveness. In order to achieve the comprehensive evaluation function of new diamond model, we have designed new diamond comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model by using fuzzy evaluation function to, and have the developed computer evaluation system of regional tourism competitiveness by combining VC programming technology. The system uses the market, enterprises and infrastructure the three aspects of evaluation factors to score the tourism competitiveness, which has realized the evaluation of computer automation function. Competitiveness of regional tourism industry in Shandong, Yunnan and Gansu and other areas is respectively scored through the function, and the results indicate that the comprehensive evaluation score of Yunnan is the highest, and that of Gansu is the lowest.

The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method for transmission network planning scheme has the drawback that relying more on the subjectivity. To solve this problem, gray theory is introduced into comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. Gray correlation analysis method is used to calculate gray correlation coefficient as the membership of evaluation index to get fuzzy evaluation matrix. Then, the fuzzy weight vector is determined by the subjective and objective empowerment by integrating AHP and entropy method. Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation vector is obtained by using composite operator to synthesis evaluation matrix and fuzzy weight vector. The obtained result is used to evaluate transmission network planning scheme. Therefore, the problem that judger definate membership function based on subjective view is solved by combining the two methods. Calculation results show that the proposed method has a certain practical value.

This paper proposes a novel cooperative particle swarm PSO (particle swarm optimization)algorithm, which makes the use of the property of the fuzzy migratory operator to achieve the optimization performance. To avoid the drawback of the possibility of being trapped in local optimum, the proposed method uses a migrate-based strategy to control the diversity of the swarm. During the iteration aspect of the algorithm, the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is employed to evaluate the diversity. Furthermore, the fuzzy migratory operator is then used to remove bad particles once the diversity is far from ideal. Moreover, we have proven that the proposed migrate strategy is a mean square convergence. The experimental results conducted on three benchmark functions also proved that the proposed method is superior to that of classical PSO and conventional cooperative PSO, where the comparison has been based primarily upon the global optimality, solution accuracy and diversity value.
