<p><span class="fontstyle0">This research aims to study the independent variable (employee engagement) that affects employee performance in a positive and significant way. The questionnaire used in this research is a questionnaire that has been adapted to the theory of analysis used. The overall statement in the questionnaire is a favorable statement with 13 respondents who are all employees of D-3 Program in Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of Indonesia (UII). The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that employee engagement variable influence employee performance with a positive, but not significant way. It can be seen from the results of the F-test that shows F</span><span class="fontstyle0">count</span><span class="fontstyle0">&lt;F</span><span class="fontstyle0">tabel </span><span class="fontstyle0">(6.15 &lt;8.81) and shown by the value of coefficient of determination (R</span><span class="fontstyle0">2</span><span class="fontstyle0">) of 0.969. The result of t-test gives all factors in employee engagement variable does not affect employee performance variable and collaborate factor is not dominant factor influence employee performance, whereas convey factor has the biggest influence to employee performance according to coefficient value</span><span class="fontstyle2">.</span></p>

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong> : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan BPR Arto Moro Semarang belum berada dalam tataran optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap <em>employee engagement </em>yang berimplementasi pada loyalitas kerjadi BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 102 responden, menggunakan teknik sensus dimana seluruh karyawan 102 diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh : pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan organisasi terhadap <em>Employee Engagement </em>karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap <em>Employee Engagement </em>karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan organisasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara <em>Employee Engagement </em>terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (R<sup>2</sup>) sebesar 0,63 yang berarti dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi dan <em>Employee Engagement</em> berpengaruh sebesar 63% terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 37% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.</p><p>Kata Kunci : Dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi, <em>Employee Engagement, </em>loyalitas kerja.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong> : This research is motivated by the level of discipline of employees of BPR Arto Moro Semarang not yet at an optimal level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational support, organizational culture on employee engagement which implements work loyalty at BPR Arto Moro Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 102 respondents, using a census technique where all 102 employees were taken as the research sample. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained: positive and significant influence between organizational support on employee employee engagement, positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee employee engagement, positive and significant influence between organizational support on employee job loyalty, positive and significant influence between organizational culture and loyalty. Employee work, positive and significant influence between Employee Engagement on employee job loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.63 which means that organizational support, organizational culture and Employee Engagement have an effect of 63% on employee job loyalty, while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors.</p><p>Keywords: Organizational support, organizational culture, Employee Engagement, work loyalty.</p>

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Employees who are engaged will give the best performance and do things related to the job optimally in order to achieve the goals of the institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation (DSITD) of IPB University. The research method used is quantitative research method, using descriptive statistik analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the state of employee engagement and employee performance in DSITD IPB is in good category. Partially, absorption elements have been found to effect the employee performance. However, together with vigor and dedication, absorption element have an effect of 67,5 percent on employee performance, meaning that of all variables that can affect employee performance, employee engagement only affects 67,5 percent.

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on the performance of the employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. The hypotheses of this research are 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. To test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, and based on the results of the analysis, the t₁ value was 2.653, t₂ was 4.682, t was 2.627 and each t was greater than t table (1.672), which means that Ho rejected or Ha accepted, so based on the t test, the first, second, and third hypotheses are accepted.  Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance of Makassar City Bappeda Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The population in this study all employees in the Makassar City Bappeda office were 50 with ASN status, all of whom were respondents. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive and quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of motivation, leadership and competence on employee performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Motivation, and Competence together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance), while the leadership variable has a significant negative effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.622, the coefficient of determination states that the variables of motivation, leadership and competence can only explain or contribute to variations in changes in employee performance by 62.2 percent.

This study was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of personality, work orientation and employee placement on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch of Padang City. This type of research is descriptive and causal research with 98 respondents. Test and analysis methods with validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination tests. In testing the hypothesis for Personality on Employee Performance obtained partially the influence of employee personality has a significant influence on employee loyalty. For testing the Work Orientation variable towards Employee Performance, partially perceived value has a significant effect on Employee Performance. For testing the Employee Placement variable on Employee Performance obtained partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. With the results of this study it is expected to help the management of Bank Nagari in formulating strategies in improving the performance of employees of Bank Nagari in Padang City Branch.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, incentives and organizational culture on employee performance at PT IKP-Bogor. Type of this research uses associative quantitative research, the research analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed simultaneously that the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance, while partially the variables that had an effect on employee performance were motivation and organizational culture. The results of the coefficient of determination show the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture can explain the employee performance variable by 67%, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables outside of this research. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to motivate and create an employee-oriented organizational culture.

PT Telkom Indonesia is one of the best SOE companies in Indonesia. One of the efforts made by Telkom is to always become a good corporate that they have experienced and knowledgeable human resource. This research aimed to determine the effects of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator in PT Telkom Indonesia division of regional II Jabodetabek. The research method used in this research was quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The basic theory used in this research is the basis theory of knowledge sharing and teamwork. The population in this study was Regional II employees of PT Telkom Indonesia that have 95 respondents as the total of respondent in this research. The sampling technique type used non-probability sampling with using convenience sampling. In this research the method was using multiple linear regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing (T test, F test, and coefficient of determination) using application called SPSS 20 for windows. The research results in this study revealed that there is a positive impact and significant relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance partially; while from simultaneously of knowledge sharing on employee performance with teamwork as a moderator also has a positive relationship and significant effect. Conclusion from this study showed that teamwork variable moderates the relationship between knowledge sharing on employee performance in Regional II PT Telkom Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung employees which tends to decline. The sample used in this study was 154 respondents, namely employees of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. The quantitative analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the t test (partial) to determine partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the research on the hypothesis under study as a whole are accepted. This means that the variables of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence are significant variables in shaping the performance of the employees of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Suggested efforts in order to improve the intellectual intelligence of employees at PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung, the company holds training for employees to improve intellectual intelligence. Then another suggestion that can be made by the company is that the company should make changes to the organizational structure. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung yang cenderung menurun. Sampel penelitian sebesar 154 karyawan PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji t (parsial) untuk mengetahui pengaru variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan secara keseluruhan hipotesis diterima. Kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual merupakan variabel yang signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. Saran penelitian ini adalah perusahaan mengadakan pelatihan bagi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual. Saran lain yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan yaitu sebaiknya perusahaan melakukan perubahan struktur organisasi. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Kinerja Karyawan.
