Usability testing, part of the human-computer interaction problem, is a method commonly used to evaluate the performance of a website interface. Today's study of human-computer interaction is important. It is now developed into UI UX (User Interface / User Experience). The website interface can affect user satisfaction and is a principal factor in a website being liked by users and meeting user needs. When a website is first developed, it can be difficult for a developer to understand the need for a website interface that matches the user persona of that website. Therefore, this research is important as an evaluation material for websites that are developed in the context of a website interface to provide a satisfactory appearance according to user personas. This study evaluates a website by conducting a usability test using the ISO-9241 aspect and getting an average result of 50,967, which is categorized as a bad website is taken from all users in the experiment. This study can also prove the psychological factors of users that influence usability testing, namely differences in the perceptions of website ratings between users with normal and (mild, moderate, severe, too severe) psychological stress levels. Users with normal stress levels will have better usability test results than users with stress levels. This study shows better results than user ratings with a normal stress level of 73,750, so it is categorized as a reliable website.

The study of computing technology and user interfaces was initiated during the 1970s when industrial research laboratories began to focus on human-computer interaction (HCI) (Badre, 2002). In the 1980s, the personal computer was introduced, thus expanding the need for designing effective user interfaces. HCI became a discipline during this time, and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) established the Special Interest Group in Computer Human Interaction. One of the first textbooks on HCI, Designing the User Interface: Strategies for Effective Human-Computer Interaction (Schneiderman, 19891), was published. Shortly thereafter, HCI became part of the ACM curriculum promoting the development of effective user interfaces. Software tools were developed in order to assist in designing usable interfaces while employing usability engineering methods. Many of these methods focused on usability from the perspective of ease of use, ease of learning, user satisfaction, and zero defects (Nielsen, 1993).

This paper investigates users’ speech rate adjustments during conversations with an Amazon Alexa socialbot in response to situational (in-lab vs. at-home) and communicative (ASR comprehension errors) factors. We collected user interaction studies and measured speech rate at each turn in the conversation and in baseline productions (collected prior to the interaction). Overall, we find that users slow their speech rate when talking to the bot, relative to their pre-interaction productions, consistent with hyperarticulation. Speakers use an even slower speech rate in the in-lab setting (relative to at-home). We also see evidence for turn-level entrainment: the user follows the directionality of Alexa’s changes in rate in the immediately preceding turn. Yet, we do not see differences in hyperarticulation or entrainment in response to ASR errors, or on the basis of user ratings of the interaction. Overall, this work has implications for human-computer interaction and theories of linguistic adaptation and entrainment.

System Usability Scale (SUS) is a usability testing technique for a simple system using a Likert scale. Testing and usability analysis assess user satisfaction with the system or web. So, the purpose of this service activity is to train website usability testing with SUS, using the Dukcapil website as a test object. Dukcapil's website will be analyzed for its usability level as a real case for direct practice. In SUS, ten statements are used as parameters in assessing the usability of a website. This activity was attended by 20 people, including Bina Darma University students, vocational students, and IT staff from the Dukcapil Palembang City. The usability analysis of this website aims to assess how well user interaction with the website is going. Then, the results of this assessment and study produce an input as a reference for website development to be more optimal in the future. In testing the usefulness of the Dukcapil website in this PKM activity, it can be seen that the SUS score is at a score of 56.125, with the category Acceptable. Therefore, it shows that the Dukcapil website is ranked F, with a "Good" rating category. The training results show that the Dukcapil website is still very rarely accessed by users. Because it provides information lacking in updates, the features used are still in the beta version (still in the testing phase). Users or participants still do not understand how to use it. In addition, this activity provides participants with an understanding of the website usability test using the SUS model.

Metasearching is the process of combining search results of different search systems into a single set of ranked results which, in turn, is expected to provide us the collective benefit of using each of the participating search systems. Since, user is the direct beneficiary of the search results; this motivates the researchers in the field of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) to measure user satisfaction. A user is satisfied if he receives good quality search results in response to his query. To measure user satisfaction, we need to obtain feed back from user. This feedback might also be used to improve the quality of metasearching. The authors discuss the design of a metasearch system that is based on human computer interaction. We compare our method with two other methods Borda’s method and modified Shimura technique. The authors use Spearman’s footrule distance as the measure of comparison. Experimentally, the method performs better than the Borda’s method. The authors argue that the method is significant as it models the user feedback based metasearching and has spam-fighting capabilities.

With the development of science and technology, human-computer interaction technology has also been more applied. This article aims to use the Internet of Things technology to apply human-computer interaction technology to smart car products to improve the realism and immersion of the user's human-computer interaction experience. This paper deeply studies the concept of networking technology and frame composition and analyzes the intelligent vehicle product development strengths and weaknesses. Then, from the perspective of human-computer interaction design, the training response and training learning situation of human-computer interaction are proposed, and the human-computer interaction system of intelligent vehicle-mounted products based on the Internet of Things is constructed. The user experience is improved from this perspective, and the breadth of applications is increased. This article first analyzes and predicts the market size of smart car products and then analyzes the scene elements of car products. When designing car products, the driver's control range should be fully considered. Finally, the user's human-computer interaction experience analysis for smart car products is analyzed. In the execution of navigation and telephone tasks, there is no significant difference in user satisfaction with tasks and the P values are all less than 0.05.

Safety and pliability, for Enterprise Information Systems (EIS), are fundamental aspects in business. These data systems incorporate the human users with the required behaviours, experiences, and capabilities. In that regard, they have to be pliable, usable and secure. Pliability necessitates the capability to adapt and prepare to handle the perpetuating transforming conditions, which are meant to restore the complete capacity of the incidents and the attack in EIS. In this research is purpose to discuss pliability, security and the Information Systems (IS) problems in the EIS. The problem necessitates the consideration of ergonomics of efficiency, effectiveness and interactions of obligation realization, user trust and user satisfaction, including human emotions when utilizing the secured services. This paper also proposes a technique centred on the socio-technical paradigm and systems meant to model the kinds of interplays between usability, security and pliability. We provide a discussion, based on case study, meant to display the projected approach and focussing on the user-experience centred on the design structures.
