System Usability Scale (SUS) is a usability testing technique for a simple system using a Likert scale. Testing and usability analysis assess user satisfaction with the system or web. So, the purpose of this service activity is to train website usability testing with SUS, using the Dukcapil website as a test object. Dukcapil's website will be analyzed for its usability level as a real case for direct practice. In SUS, ten statements are used as parameters in assessing the usability of a website. This activity was attended by 20 people, including Bina Darma University students, vocational students, and IT staff from the Dukcapil Palembang City. The usability analysis of this website aims to assess how well user interaction with the website is going. Then, the results of this assessment and study produce an input as a reference for website development to be more optimal in the future. In testing the usefulness of the Dukcapil website in this PKM activity, it can be seen that the SUS score is at a score of 56.125, with the category Acceptable. Therefore, it shows that the Dukcapil website is ranked F, with a "Good" rating category. The training results show that the Dukcapil website is still very rarely accessed by users. Because it provides information lacking in updates, the features used are still in the beta version (still in the testing phase). Users or participants still do not understand how to use it. In addition, this activity provides participants with an understanding of the website usability test using the SUS model.

<p><em>This research was conducted to find out how effective and efficient the Siloam Hospital Palembang website is located at www.siloamhospitals.com and can be accessed by all people to get faster information and updates and measure the satisfaction and convenience of website users for users. Website needs to be evaluated seen from the ease of learning, ease of use, using a questionnaire. The method used in satisfaction measurement can use the usability testing method and system usability scale. Measurements using the usability testing method are conducted to assess whether the interaction between users and applications can run well and the System Usability Scale has 10 statements as testing tools and does not require a large number of samples. The results of the assessment of the usability scale system will provide input for future website development to be even better.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: website, usability testing, system usability scale</em></p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif dan efisien nya website RS Siloam Palembang yang beralamat www.siloamhospitals.com dan dapat diakses oleh seluruh orang untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih cepat dan update serta mengukur kepuasan dan kemudahan pengguna website bagi pengguna. Website perlu dilakukan evaluasi dilihat dari kemudahan untuk dipelajari, kemudahan untuk digunakan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kepuasan dapat menggunakan metode usability testing dan system usability scale. Pengukuran dengan metode usability testing dilakukan untuk menilai apakah interaksi antara pengguna dengan aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dan System Usability Scale mempunyai 10 pernyataan sebagai alat pengujian dan tidak memerlukan jumlah sampel yang banyak. ABSTRACT<br />The development of electronic learning materials requires various applications that are used to support electronic learning. The lecturer makes the material by utilizing a document processing application to create learning material, using a search engine to obtain teaching materials, and a Learning Management System to publish learning material. This causes the lecturer to have to move to one application to another application. In previous research, to overcome these problems, an add-ins was developed in Microsoft Office PowerPoint that integrates Learning Management Systems as a media for publishing learning materials, and Material Reconstruction System as a source of reusable teaching materials by utilizing the search engines provided. These add-ins function as an intermediary between the two systems with Microsoft PowerPoint, so users only need to use one application to develop learning material and publish it to e-learning. In this study, the add-ins that have been developed are tested using the usability testing method. Usability testing is done to determine the level of user satisfaction in using the add-ins and obtain feedback for system improvements. The method used is Retrospective Think Aloud method to obtain feedback from users, and the System Usability Scale to determine the level of user satisfaction in using the add-ins. The results showed that users were satisfied with the add-ins that had been developed. in addition, feedback from users was also successfully obtained and recommendations for add-ins improvements were made based on these recommendations.<br />Keywords : Learning Management System, Office Add-ins, Usability Testing<br />ABSTRAK<br />Pengembangan materi pembelajaran elektronik membutuhkan berbagai aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung pembelajaran elektronik. Dosen membuat materi dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pengolah dokumen untuk membuat materi, menggunakan mesin pencari untuk memperoleh bahan ajar, dan Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran untuk mempublikasikan materi pembelajaran. Hal ini menyebabkan dosen harus berpindah ke satu aplikasi ke aplikasi yang lain. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sebuah add-ins di Microsoft Office PowerPoint yang mengintegrasikan Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran sebagai media publikasi materi pembelajaran, dan Sistem Rekonstruksi Materi sebagai sumber bahan ajar dengan memanfaatkan mesin pencari yang disediakan. Add-ins tersebut berfungsi sebagai perantara antar kedua sistem tersebut dengan Microsoft PowerPoint, sehingga pengguna hanya perlu menggunakan satu aplikasi untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran hingga mempublikasikan materi tersebut ke e-learning. Pada penelitian ini, add-ins yang telah dikembangkan diuji dengan menggunakan metode usability testing. Usability testing dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan add-ins dan memperoleh umpan balik untuk perbaikan sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) untuk memperoleh dari pengguna, dan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan add-ins. Computer programming subject is the most-feared subject by students because it is hard to learn. At present, various learning media for programming are available, therefore, the learning process which was often considered as boring and hard to learn becomes interesting and easy to do. One of those media is through internet. This condition is parallel with various number of learning-based online sites that currently grow, including CodeSaya; one of the learning websites for computer programming languages. Usability is an important aspect to be noticed for the users to feel facilitated in using it, acquiring the required knowledge, and be interested to always rely on the site within the learning process. By collecting the user perception about user interfaces, questionnaire might help identifying the weakness in website usability to perform improvements. This research was done to analyze the success of online learning site, whether it meets the usability criteria by implementing System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire as the research instrument. SUS is an effective and reliable instrument to measure the usability of various products and services. The research questionnaire consisted of 10 questions which disseminated toward 162 respondents divided into two groups, namely familiar users that amounted to 81 respondents and unfamiliar users that amounted to 81 respondents as well. The usability of CodeSaya site acquired 72.1 of score for familiar users and 70 of score for unfamiliar users. The score acquired from the rating given by familiar respondents only a bit higher compared to the unfamiliar respondents. The rating in alphabet resulted in B or Good. It can be concluded that this computer programming learning site has met the usability criteria, therefore, it can be implemented as a learning medium that is feasible to be used by the users.

In ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction of the website, it is necessary to evaluate and evaluate the website.  This study aims to analyze the Usability Testing Website Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method.  The method used in this study is the SUS (System Usability Scale).  Data collection techniques in this study were interview techniques, observation techniques or questionnaire techniques.  The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.  The subjects in this study consisted of 30 respondents.  The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis.  The results of the evaluation in this study, namely the results of the assessment of the respondents, obtained a total value of the SUS score of 2012.50 with the resulting average value of 67.08, this shows that the total SUS score on the STIKI Indonesia website is 67.08, which means the level of user Acceptability Range  is Marginal High, Grade Scale level is category D, user Adjective Rating level is OK category and SUS Score Percentile Rank is grade D. The website still needs to be evaluated and developed further so that its use can be more optimal.

To echo the United Nations formulated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), SDG 4 is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Furthermore, high-quality education is the base on which human lives can be improved and sustainable development can be accomplished. Therefore, the affective emotional tutoring system established in this study enables learning via mobile devices, which are indispensable in daily life. The real-time interactive agent in the system guides learners to turn negative emotions into positive ones. We explored the usability of and user satisfaction with the affective emotional tutoring system. Sixty-two students participated in the study which used a quantitative research design to explore a learning situation. The overall usability of the system was evaluated with the System Usability Scale (SUS), and the Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS) was used to evaluate user satisfaction with the different elements of the system. The results showed that both the usability of and satisfaction with the affective emotional tutoring system were high. The emotional feedback mechanism of the system can help learners turn negative emotions into positive ones.

Perusahaan pembiayaan kendaraan mobil saat ini semakin banyak dan berkembang begitu pesat. Setiap perusahaan berusaha untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan dengan berbagai cara, terutama peningkatan teknologi untuk mendukung dan memudahkan proses kegiatan pembiayaan mobil. Perusahaan Astra Credit Company memanfaatkan teknologi dengan menyediakan aplikasi mobile acc.one yang dapat digunakan oleh pelanggan untuk membantu segala kegiatan proses pembiayaan mobil di Perusahaan ACC. Namun aplikasi ini terdapat beberapa masalah yang dapat diketahui dari ulasan pengguna di play store seperti aplikasi tiba-tiba error, aplikasi tidak dapat dibuka, fitur tidak berfungsi dengan semestinya, dll. Sehingga dilakukan pengujian aplikasi untuk mengetahui tingkat usability aplikasi dengan menggunakan metode system usability scale dan usability testing untuk mengetahui pengalaman pengguna. Hasil yang diperoleh tingkat usability aplikasi dengan tingkat kemudahan sebesar 73,33% yang masuk dalam kategori buruk, tingkat kecepatan pengguna sebesar 0,0467 goals/sec yang termasuk kategori normal, tingkat kesalahan pengguna sebesar 0,1230 total defect yang masuk dalam kategori kecil, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna menggunakan kuesioner SUS memperoleh rerata SUS sebesar 54,45945946 yang artinya tingkat kepuasan pengguna rendah terhadap aplikasi berdasarkan penentuan nilai SUS yaitu Acceptability atau tingkat penerimaan penggunaan masuk dalam kategori marginal low, Grade Scale atau tingkat grade skala masuk dalam kategori F dan Adjective Rating masuk dalam kategori OK. Selain itu, pada SUS skor percentile rank masuk kedalam grade D.

This research is aimed to determine the results of the usability analysis from the website Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya viewed from the user side as well as knowing the recommendation of website improvement of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya from usability aspect. The methods used are Usability Testing of Performance Measurement and Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) techniques and the dissemination of SUS questionnaires.  The results showed that the Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya still not effective, it is seen from the error or mistake made by users of lecturers and students while doing the task. Statistically website Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya has been efficient for lecture but not efficient for college students users. For lecturers there are 6 out of 10 tasks that do not have significant time difference, while for  college students there are 4 out of 10 tasks that do not have significant time difference. From the aspect of user satisfaction, both lecturers and college students feel still less satisfied using the website of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya, this can be seen from the SUS questionnaire scores of lecturers of 63.28 and college students users of 58.44. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya has not fulfilled the criteria of products that have good usability, because the three aspects (effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction) have not been met. Based on the above, the recommendation of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya website is focused on adjustment of display, language and term change, feature addition, menu name adjustment, menu structure and menu layout, content addition and menu simplification. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan usability testing terhadap Sistem Informasi Kontrol Mutu dan Pengelolaan Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa di Program Studi Manajemen Informatika (SIKTA). SIKTA merupakan sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan kontrol terhadap proses penyelesaian Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa. SIKTA adalah aplikasi yang digunakan secara internal di Program Studi Manajemen Informatika. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan usability testing terhadap SIKTA adalah ISO 9241-11. ISO 9241-11 merupakan uji usability untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan pengguna. Tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi diukur dengan pemberian tugas-tugas kepada responden, sedangkan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna digunakan kuisioner dari System Usability Scale (SUS).  Dari hasil uji diperoleh masing-masing yaitu uji keefektifan sebesar 92%, uji keefisienan memperoleh 88% dan kepuasan pengguna menggunakan SUS memperoleh angka 76,5. Dari uji tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa SIKTA merupakan sistem yang efektif, efisien dari sisi mahasiswa sebagai penggunanya. Dan angka 76,5 menyatakan bahwa pengguna puas dalam menggunakan SIKTA.

Pemasaran online memerlukan E-commerce  untuk membantu menghubungkan pembeli dengan penjual. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh kelompok perajin di Singaraja, dengan alamat website yang dapat diakses pada http://umkmbuleleng.com. Website ini sudah online, namun perlu dilakukan uji terkait untuk mengetahui apakah user dapat dengan mudah menggunakan aplikasi secara efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Sebelum produk di launching secara luas, perlu dilakukan proses pengujian ini. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian ini adalah System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian diperoleh yaitu baik. Sehingga aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk perajin secara umum sudah sesuai dengan harapan pengguna
