Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop is one of the businesses engaged in the sale of bread that was established on January 17, 2005. Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop runs smoothly only on certain days, in addition consumers must come directly to Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop In fact, there are still many consumers who do not know the existence of Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop. To overcome this problem, an e-Commerce application was built using the PHP programming language and for the database using MySQL. E-Commerce is one of the use of information technology in the field of trade. E-Commerce or Electronic Commerce can be translated as a sale and purchase transaction carried out through electronic media. The e-commerce application created is expected to be a promotional media, help increase sales and reduce operational costs for the company and facilitate the ordering process and payment for a product because it is done online.

Information technology is the result of a human mind to develop ordinances or specific systems and use them to solve problems in life. Submission of information today is no longer through the print media, but will gradually shift to the use of digital electronic media. The announcement can be interpreted as a message delivered to every person who is the target destination or destination information. This study discusses the announcement of information systems that can replace conventional media announcements still. With this information system of this announcement makes any lecturer and secretariat in one program studi in College X no longer need to print and posting notices on board the information available, but may be digital by entering the announcement into the system to afterwards the announcement will be displayed on each screen television or monitor the spread and available in every area of ??the campus. This can make the process of delivering information to become more effective and efisien if compared to the print media.

Information Technology (IT) has been able to made improve the effectiveness, efficiency, competitiveness, and support the managerial activities of the organization. Here are discussed about the implementation of Viewboard application for an educational institution as a module assistant of leadership in making strategic decisions. Viewboard applications developed based on existing databases on other systems as a data warehouse. In the implementation, the Viewboard applications built using the PHP programming language for the front-office interface with the concept of Artificial Informatics as a result of the processed grain database query. The Viewboard application has been tested for statistical measure of student overview on Higher Education Academic Raharja as a development and research Viewboard done. The final results show that the test can pull Viewboard processed data from an existing repository database and display the information is critical to the presentation of the characteristics of Artificial Informatics.

Internet yang berkembang demikian pesat sebagai kultur masyarakat modern, karena melalui internet berbagai aktivitas di dunia maya seperti berpikir, berkreasi, dan bertindak dapat diekspresikan didalamnya, kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kemajuan teknologi dan pengetahuan ini juga berdampak pada berkembangnya tindak kejahatan. Pelaku kejahatan tidak mengenal tempat atau dengan cara apapun selama bisa dijadikan tempat melakukan kejahatan. Development of information technology through legal infrastructure and its regulation so that the use of Information Technology is carried out safely to prevent its misuse by taking into account the religious and socio-cultural values of the Indonesian people. . The research method uses normative legal research and problem approaches using statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study show that consumer legal protection in online Electronic Commerce business transactions is regulated through online sale and purchase agreements based on conventional formal and material terms accompanied by buying and selling transactions carried out electronically through computer media. Settlement of disputes in e-commerce business transactions via online, is carried out both non-litigation and litigation. The suggestion is to the Government, it is hoped that participation in solving problems is very important, if a case like this occurs between different countries, then the settlement of this problem must be determined which legal rules will be used to solve it. Nowadays technology is developing very fast, including information and communication technology. For that we need fast steps in following it. Information and communication technology has entered all aspects of life, including the business world. This is because the work assisted by information technology can minimize errors and even losses that will occur. Warna Print is a company engaged in the printing sector, which serves banner designs and banner printing and is currently facing problems in the field of ordering. The banner ordering system used in Warna Print is still done conventionally. For example, in recording orders, making order invoices to taking orders and transaction reports, they still rely on recording on notes. This of course can cause loss or damage to the order data and sales transactions. With the design of this application will be able to help expedite the transaction process on Color Print. The design of this application uses the Netbeans IDE with the Java programming language and the MySQL database program. This application has guaranteed security, because only owners and employees who have a username and password can access this application. In addition, the error rate in recording orders is very small, because each customer receives a different transaction number, so as to minimize errors on the transaction report.
