Android- based C2C portal uses Web Service and is developed to help and bridge between sellerand buyer in transaction of sale with responsive digital media tools known as consumer toconsumer (C2C). In buying and selling process digital media is highly important as the mainmedia in selling and buying products that are fast and secure. C2C portal using androidapplication is created in this research as a media of buying and selling with additional digitalmap media that the application can recommend the nearest seller from buyer and can give routefrom buyer to seller. The android app is created based on Google map used to display sellers inthe form of icons. Android technology used is Javascript programming language and ApacheCordova as the library and use web service and mysql as data management. This application isable to help sellers and buyers as a medium of digital aids in making sale and purchasetransactions and facilitate buyer in knowing the location of seller. Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop is one of the businesses engaged in the sale of bread that was established on January 17, 2005. Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop runs smoothly only on certain days, in addition consumers must come directly to Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop In fact, there are still many consumers who do not know the existence of Aroma Bakery & Cake Shop. To overcome this problem, an e-Commerce application was built using the PHP programming language and for the database using MySQL. E-Commerce is one of the use of information technology in the field of trade. E-Commerce or Electronic Commerce can be translated as a sale and purchase transaction carried out through electronic media. The e-commerce application created is expected to be a promotional media, help increase sales and reduce operational costs for the company and facilitate the ordering process and payment for a product because it is done online.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Pemeriksaan lembar jawaban siswa rutin dilakukan oleh para guru setiap akhir semester. Pemeriksaan lembar jawaban komputer yang dilakukan oleh para guru pada saat ini masih secara manual. Dalam kuesioner penulis, disimpulkan bahwa para guru menyadari bahwa pengisian lembar jawaban komputer secara manual memakan waktu dan tenaga yang lebih agar mereka dapat menyelesaikan pemeriksaan tersebut dengan tepat waktu. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang mempermudah para guru untuk memeriksa lembar jawaban tersebut. Adapun pembuatan aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman C# dan <em>EmguCV </em>sebagai <em>library</em>. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan teknologi <em>Image Recognition</em> dalam pemeriksaan lembar jawaban. Adanya aplikasi penghitung nilai lembar jawaban komputer dengan <em>Image Recognition</em> <em>ini</em>, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut dapat membantu para pengguna dalam pemeriksaan lembar jawaban secara efisien baik dari segi waktu maupun tenaga.</p><p>Kata Kunci : <em>Image Recognition</em>, Lembar Jawaban Komputer, Emgu CV.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p>Checks of student answers sheets routine done by the teachers at the end of each semester. Examination of computer answer sheets done by teachers at this time still manually. In the authors' questionnaire, it was concluded that teachers realized that completing computer answer sheets manually took more time and effort so that they could complete the examination in a timely manner. Therefore an application is needed that makes it easier for teachers to check the answer sheets. The creation of this application is made with C # programming language and EmguCV as a library. This application utilizes Image Recognition technology in checking answer sheets. The application of computer value sheet calculation counter with Image Recognition, it can be concluded that the application can help users in checking the answer sheets efficiently both in terms of time and energy.</p><p>Keywords : Image Recognition, Computer Answer Sheet, Emgu CV</p>

Looking at current developments, many activities have implemented the capabilities and advantages of technology in them so that the operational costs, time and energy needed can be found. This technological development also develops this technology also creates needs in the community and even new needs. Along with the need for credit is one alternative carried out by the community and business entities to obtain something with the aim of meeting their needs. This credit or installment activity also does not rule out the possibility of being applied to this type of motorcycle sales business, because in reality the need for motorcycles is currently important and has a high level of demand so that some motorcycle sales provide a payment system for motorcycles that are designed to improve performance. and quality of service, the community needs flexibility to speed up payment for motorbikes that are being sold in installments. From the research that has been done as mentioned above, the author intends to carry out development in terms of installment implementation into a website-based application, so the author takes the title "Designing a Website-Based Motorcycle Installment Bill Check Application at Indah Motor Km.5". From the problems that occur, the researcher intends to simplify credit or installment problems into a website that can make it easier for admins to process and solve problems that apply in the community.

An animal can also be called a pest if it causes damage to natural ecosystems or acts as an agent for spreading disease in human habitats. The pest in question is a mouse-like animal that aims to make a trap using a load cell weight sensor with an Arduino microcontroller module. The scope of the problem in this research is the cultivation of maize and paddy fields in Mardingding District, Karo Regency. For testing purposes, 3 trials are used, respectively, corn and rice fields. The variable is limited to animals the size of a mouse. The purpose of this research is to build a plant pest trapping device using the Arduino uno micro controller module which can make it easier to catch pests efficiently. Farmers no longer need to control within a certain period of time. so it can save time and energy to do other jobs. The application is built using the programming language used is the C language and the Arduino IDE with notification to farmers only via short messages via cellphones.

Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.
