The aims of this study is to describe and explain: (1) school promotion strategy; (2) education and training provision strategy; and (3) graduate marketing and alumni coordination strategy.This study uses a qualitative approach under a multiple case study design. The results of the study show that:(1) school promotion strategy to maintain branding, introduce school, and anticipate changes in government policy; (2) education and training strategy, which consists of strategies related to curriculum and learning materials, such as enterprise, religious content and field-based competency (IT); learning in Production Unit; industrial internship programs; National Exam success strategy; strategy in building up students’ characters (disciplined, morality, and attitude); coaching teachers based on reward and punishment, sincerity, and performance assessment; and (3) graduate marketing and alumni coordination strategy conducted since the students are in class XII through the collection of students’ biodata, curriculum vitaes, and questionnaires, and continued until the students graduates through short message gateway, facebook, email, mailing lists, and direct data collection. Graduate marketings is performed with a target time (expired in 3 months) by leveraging relationships with industrial and business world, empowering organizational networks, as well as the empowerment of alumni. Key words: strategy, leadership, school principals, vocational school

Purpose: To analyze the effect of education and training and Work Experience on the workability and performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province Design/methodology/approach: This research was conducted on the staff of the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province with a population of 278. The sample used was 74 respondents. The determination of the sample was using a purposive sampling technique. The criterions set in the sampling are that the employee has status as a civil servant and has worked for at least 3 years. The independent variables in this study are education and training and work experience. The dependent variable is employee performance, while the intermediate variable is workability. Variable measurements are carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with the software used was Smart PLS 2. Findings: Equations that could be formed from the results of the analysis were: Z = 0.476X1 + 0.292X2; and Y = 0,345X1 + 0,115X2 + 0,243Z., where Z = ability, Y = performance, X1 = education and training, and X2 = work experience. Education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.476 with a T-statistic value of 6.378; Work experience has a significant effect on employee workability, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.292 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Education and training have a significant influence on employee performance as indicated by a path coefficient of 0.461 with a t-statistic value of 1.958; Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.186 with a T-statistic value of 3.877; Workability has a significant positive effect on employee performance, indicated by a path coefficient of 0.243 with a T-statistic value of 2.427. The advice that can be given is that every employee is always encouraged and allowed to be able to attend education and training. In work placement, the Regional Secretariat of West Papua Province must prioritize work experience so that the resulting performance can be maximized. Research limitations/implications: Number of sample is relative small. Practical implications: State your implication here. This research is done on Cirebon's Emerald Hotel.   This research job satisfaction and ascendant Compensation to Productivity.  To the effect this research is subject to be analyze influence Job and Compensation satisfaction for productivity to fire an employee. Sample that is utilized is Emerald Hotel employee Cirebon where foots up specified sample on this research as much 87 respondents by use of method sampling. The analyze who utilizing to cover validity quiz, reliabilitas's quiz, classic assuming quiz. The dates has already at o by use of program SPSS bases to test t one is done and result analisis can be known that job satisfaction (X1) having for positive and signifikan to Productivity as big as 2.634 and on Compensation result is known that positive ascendant and signifikan to Productivity as big as 2.794. Meanwhile bases result analisis can do Quiz f can be known that job satisfaction and Compensation has influence for Productivity to fire an employee with affecting point as big as 0,244 (R 2 ) or as big as 24,4 %. This paper aimed at determining the variables which are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the implementation of education and training guidelines for preparing and implementing activities in organizing education and training strategies and then improving the quality of the implementation of the Palembang Aviation Training Center in the future. The method used a qualitative. This study used SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy to improve the quality of education and training implementation. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. The results showed the SWOT analysis of the implementation could be used as input in improving the quality of the implementation of the Palembang Aviation Training Center for training participants, organizers, and related stakeholders and the success of training was determined by external factors and internal factor. This study concluded that from the results of the SWOT analysis, four alternative strategies were formulated, the strategies of StrengthOpportunities, Weaknesses-Opportunities, Strength-Threats, and Weaknesses-Threats which included quality improvement from 3 principles Software, Hardware and Brain ware. From the above conditions, the strategy for implementing education and training at the Palembang Aviation Training and Education Center will be well implemented.
