Implementationof Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, regulating the election of village heads simultaneously. In contrast to most post-reform studies in 1998 which analyzed village head election with a material approach or money politics. Instead this study elaborates on political strategy from the perspective of Javanese culture in village political contestation. The study begins identifying who the candidates who fought in Tanjung village head election, the extent to which a cultural approach through the idea of Javanese power effectively won the election of village heads so that research could add a variety of political strategy models to village head election and become role models in rural democracy. With qualitative methods and take case studies of Tanjung village, Pagu District, Kediri Regency. The study identified who were the candidates who fought in PilkadesTanjung village, and the extent to which spiritual resources through the idea of Javanese power and material resources effectively won the village heads election. This study concluded that all candidates for Tanjung village head using a Javanese culture-based political strategy originated from a source of spiritual power whose variation was divided into six categories: first, the Slametan ceremony at the tomb of the village founder. Secondly, pitou services come from kiai and dukun. Third, ownership of heirlooms. Fourth, pulung as a sign of power. Fifth, petungan to the Java calendar system. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Improvement Process in the Elderly Health Service at the KlampisNgasem Health Center in Surabaya City using the Donabedian Theory. The research approach used is Descriptive. With the Qualitative method, as well as data collection techniques through Observation and Interview to elderly patients directly to get an idea of how the quality of health services at the KlampisNgasem Health Center in Surabaya, especially for the care of elderly patients.The results of the research conducted by the researchers can be concluded that the research on the Improvement Process of Elderly Health Services at the KlampisNgasem Health Center in Surabaya City using the Donabedian Theory through three approaches, namely the structural approach (input), the process approach, the outcome approach (output ) found two indicator that become service priority that is Service Statement or statement of ability and obligation of organizer to perform service in accordance with service standard and Service Time that is the time period needed to finish all service process from each service type. Keywords:Health Service, Donabedian Theory, Continuous Improvement Process

The development and great effects of the internet are beginning to be understood by many people, and competitors have made many innovations and sales through the internet. Therefore social media marketing which is part of internet marketing was chosen as the focus of research. This study aims to determine how the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions through brand awareness. The independent variable studied was social media marketing (X), purchasing decision (Y) as the dependent variable, while the intervening variable was brand awareness (Z). The research approach used in this study is quantitative with explanatory methods (explanatory research). The object of research is Bangjo, a clothing business that carries out marketing through online media, Instagram. The population in this study is not known for its exact number, so that in the sample calculation a formula with an infinite population is used. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. With the selected sample criteria are those who use Instagram and have made purchases on Bangjo Clothing line. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the analysis show the influence of social media marketing which is able to influence the creation of brand awareness by 77.3%, social media marketing towards purchasing decisions 45.7%, brand awareness of purchasing decisions by 41%, social media marketing has impact on purchasing decisions through brand awareness by 31.7%. Keyword : Social media marketing, brand awareness, purchasing decision.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence factors which influence the Dividend payout ratio (DPR) at the Manufacturing company food and beverage sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2016. The number of samples of 3 companies from 18 companies. From the analysis result indicate that the variable of DER, ROA, CASH, GROWT simultant influence to dividend payout ratio, but partially variable of DER and ROA have positive but not significant effect which company must strengthen cash position and ability to get profit enhanced in order company ability paying dividends and firms in distributing dividends depends on the firm's strong earnings, so companies should be able to predict the increase in profits earned by the company. Due to the stability of profits earned and the payment of a stable dividend will make investors more interested in investing funds for the company. The majority of Cidomo coachmen in Gili Trawangan graduated from elementary school, and has adequate expertise on controlling horses, as on average they earned the profession as a coachman for more than 10 years in the markets, terminals in the area of Pamenang, Gondang and Tanjung, North Lombok Regency. As they have the background of being a coachman in the markets and terminals without paying attention to the courtesy and hospitality, the technical guidance activities for the coachmen were carried out on the courtesy and hospitality of serving the tourists as the passengers. The result of the technical guidance activities shows that after the evaluation implementation, most of Cidomo coachmen have been able to practice the knowledge and skills obtained from the technical guidance activities in their work. However, there still some Cidomo coachmen are negligent or not used to saying greetings, hello and thank you. The main constraint faced in the implementation of this technical guidance is in terms of setting up the time and schedule of the activities, because not all Cidomo coachmen have the same time to attend the implementation of the activities. Keywords: Attitude, Behavior, Polite, Courtesy Friendly.

One effort that is deemed necessary is to always provide compensation and provide a clear job description so that it will improve employee performance which in turn can increase competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the contribution of giving compensation and determining the job description of employee performance. The location of the research was conducted at the Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel, where the selection was based on a study that in the field of tourism industry, the provision of compensation and the preparation of clear job descriptions greatly determine employee performance in particular and company performance in general. Statistical test results between compensation and employee performance obtained a significant value of 0,000. The significant value is still below 0.05, so the variable giving compensation affects the performance of employees. The positive regression coefficient value indicates that if compensation increases, the performance of Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel employees also increases. The level of compensation has a contribution to the value of the decline in employee performance by 0.488 with a proven strong / significant influence between providing compensation to employee performance, so of course this compensation must receive attention from both employees and the company. Job descriptions are a good means of combining talent and can provide innovative solutions to an established approach. Keyword: Compensation, Job Description, Employee Performance

This research is analyze the influence of training, the ability work and development career, of the performance of employees PDAM Kabupaten Kediri. As for research sample areas is 49 employees of PDAM Kediri.An analysis of this research using multiple linear regression using SPSS software, produced the following: all the variables was in also had an impact significantly correlates with the employee performance. For training variables influence the performance of local PDAM company employees tens of thousand of workers Kabupaten Kediri as much as 0.022. For work ability variables, influence the performance employees PDAM Kediri of 0.605 while for development carrer variable influence of 0.266 of the PDAM Kediri employee performances.This research result indicates that to enhance the performance of some of their workers, Kediri district local clean water companies PDAM should prioritize more on the ability of , because been disclosed in the research it produces the regression coefficient the greatest of all ( as much as 0.605 ) Keyword: Trainning, Work Ability, Carrer Development and Employee Performance

This research was intended to identify community empowerment program for the ex “Dolly” localization, Surabaya to the development of empowerment models which are effective for the affected communities of the localization. The closure of the localization of in surabaya (and some other cities) left behind problems on the affected communities (fuel price hike worried investors localization of extricating a person who begins) who termarginalyze from the economic life of cause have lost employment opportunities.  Needed capable of bridge empowerment intermediate profession affected communities on a new job in normal life.Empowerment is the provision of capacity to target that can and able to solve the matter in more independent. Public empowerment be able run well and be more successful if the group seen as collective the community target. On that perspective be related to be concerned with community ecology context, where success empowerment also determinated by intervation of the concerned with character of society. Institutional ecology perspective allows the development of partisipatori of subjects in empowerment process. The research is qualitative study was conducted within the framework of post positivist paradigm. Approach that is used is phenomenology, intented capturing reality and meaning, and reveal that is behind the empowerment process to the people who affected communities of the cover-up were “Dolly” localization. Increased political participation of the village community after the reformation, marked by increasing interest in the community to run for village head elections and village decision-making. Increasing village community participation certainly has hope that the neutrality of bureaucracy is maintained at the village level. So that the climate of political contestation at the village level runs ideally in accordance with the values of democratic life. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of bureaucracy politicization in winning candidate village head Aditya Dimas in Pilkades simultaneously December 26, 2016. Then, knowing the factors that cause political behavior are not neutral village officials and forms of violations in contestation Pilkades Sitimerto December 26 2016. This research using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The selection of qualitative methods with a case study approach was carried out because there were distinctive characteristics in the election of the head of the Sitimerto village in Kediri Regency. The results of this study show, firstly, that the practice of neutrality in village bureaucracy in the Sitimerto village case is not proven, that the village apparatus is not neutral in the village head election. Second, the factors that motivate village officials to be non-neutral in the case of the Sitimerto village head election are the widespread use of money politics as an attraction for material benefits to the village apparatus and political dinasty of incumbent. Third, a number of forms of violations of neutrality that occurred in the case of the election of the Sitimerto village head were proven that the village officials acted as cadres of the incumbent candidates and participated in distributing money politics to the villagers. Keywords: Kekuasaan, Demokrasi,Netralitas Birokrasi, dan Pilkades

This study aims to identify and describe the stakeholders involved in the development of the suramadu region based on their influence (Power) and interests (Interest) in the area of the Suramadu Bridge on the Madura side (KKJSM). The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. With the crane technique data obtained by using direct analysis of research objects, namely the government, the public, the private sector that develops the upper area in the area of the suramadu bridge side of Madura (KKJSM).The results in this study show that the stakeholders involved in the development of the Suramadu village side Madura area (KKJSM) consist of primary, key and secondary stakeholders. BP-BPWS which is given the mandate as the implementing agency - the development agency of the suramadu region must be able to work together with stakeholders in reaching the circle. Meanwhile. Main Stakeholders are Community / Villagers who have less power with high interests such as smooth sales and accessibility for visitors and also benefit from visitors who come in the area of the Suramadu Bridge side of Madura (KKJSM).
