Granting scholarships to students aims to assist students in conducting lectures. Distribution of scholarships conducted by Muslim University Nusantara Al-Washliyah to help underprivileged or underachievers during their study The problem aims to choose some best alternative based on some attributes (criteria) used. In order to make decisions on fuzzy issues can be used Fuzzy Multiple AttributeDecision Making (FMADM). In this research modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML) in FMADM with TOPSIS method and Weighted Product to select candidates of scholarship recipients.

Scholarships are a form of appreciation given to individuals in order to continue their education to a higher level. The scholarship program held to ease the burden on students in pursuing a period of study. Especially in matters of cost. MA Al-Falahiyah Al-Asytari organizes a scholarship program for students based on criteria determined by the school. The need for a scholarship naming decision system is one of the core needs so that the selection of scholarship acceptance is more objective and practical. Development of a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Weighted Product model chosen because it was able to select the best alternatives from several alternatives and their advantages in weighting techniques. In designing the system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and making applications using PHP and MySQL as a database. From the research the authors have described, it  concluded that the weight product method could use as one method in developing a decision support system for scholarship recipients at the MA Al-Falahiyah Al-Asytari, by inputting data from students who submit scholarships to calculating grades based on criteria which specified.

This article describes how Spatial On-Line Analytical Processing, such a decisional technology, offers the possibilities of spatial and multidimensional analysis of data stored in multidimensional structure namely spatial data warehouse. However, this technology is limited in the quality aspect of the decision related to the multicriteria consideration. In the current article, the objective is to propose a Spatial Decision Support System namely “Silvicultura” for facilitating decision making in complex situations. This approach is based on integrating multicriteria analysis with SOLAP in order to enrich the spatial and multidimensional analysis with the contribution of MCA tools for mitigating conflict situations. The authors have based their proposal modeling on Unified Modeling language, since it is a well-known standard modeling language and can be easily extended for multidimensional modeling. Finally, in order to validate their proposal, the authors present a case study to show how to use it in the agroforestry management.

Abstract - The scholarships are the provision of assistance to individuals for the sustainability of education pursued. In the selection of scholarship recipients made from the school that makes the selection of scholarship recipients selected subjects and not appropriate criteria. With the above problems then applied decision support system TOPSIS method in the assessment of scholarship recipients who have 4 criteria of welfare status, education of the head of the household, occupation status and residence statue. In this student assessment there are 5 alternatives that are A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5. Of the five alternatives are eligible to receive a scholarship that is A1 with a preference value 0.8460 Keywords: Decision Support System, Scholarship, TOPSIS Abstrak – Beasiswa merupakan pemberian bantuan kepada perorangan untuk keberlangsungan pendidikan yang ditempuh. Dalam melakukan pemilihan siswa penerima beasiswa yang dilakukan dari pihak sekolah yang membuat pemilihan siswa penerima beasiswa dipilih secara subjektid dan tidak sesuai kriteria. Dengan adanya permasalahan di atas maka diterapkan sistem pendukung keputusan metode TOPSIS dalam penilaian siswa penerima beasiswa yang memiliki 4 kriteria yaitu status kesejahteraan, pendidikan kepala rumah tangga, status kedudukan dalam pekerjaan dan statu pengguasaan tempat tinggal. Dalam penilaian siswa ini terdapat 5 alternatif yaitu A1, A2, A3, A4 dan A5. Dari kelima alternatif tersebut yang berhak menerima beasiswa yaitu A1 dengan nilai prefensi 0.8460 Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Beasiswa, TOPSIS

This research is the design of a decision support system (DSS) to determining the student as scholarship recipients of the STMIK Pelita Nusantara, Medan, Indonesia, with the approach of Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) with TOPSIS method. Approach to Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) by specifying the values of the weights for each of the criteria or attributes and TOPSIS method for selecting student scholarship recipients. Implementation of a decision support system that can show the interaction of the user with the software application built using Visual Basic 2008 programming language. Conclusion the results obtained from the discussion shows that the approach with FMADM TOPSIS give final value calculation results ordered that can help decision makers determine the student deserves the scholarship. The existence of a decision support system that has been designed so the process of determining a student scholarship recipients more accurately, quickly, and accurately.

  Abstrak   Penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan penerima beasiswa S3 di STMIK Pelita Nusantara dengan metode TOPSIS. MetodeTOPSIS digunakan untuk penentuan penerima beasiswa S3 yang di tentukan berdasarkan kriteria.Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibangun dengan aplikasi Visual Studio 2010 sebagai alat bantu untukpenentuan penerima beasiswa S3 di STMIK Pelita Nusantara dan menggunakan MYSQL sebagai database.Hasil dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalahuntuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang objektif dan sistematis dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa S3dengan kualifikasi terbaik.Sistem ini bertujuan untuk membantu pihak yayasan dalam memilih dosen yang layak mendapatkan beasiswa S3 di STMIK Pelita Nusantara.   Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode TOPSIS, Beasiswa   Abstract   This research is a decision support system for determining S3 scholarship recipients at STMIK Pelita Nusantara with TOPSIS method. <p><strong><em>Abstract </em></strong><em>To evaluate the success of the Kotaku program (City Without Slums) in PNPM Mandiri in Deli Serdang Regency, a study is needed to determine the level of community satisfaction with the results of the Kotaku program. Then in this study, a decision support system will be built to assist in determining the level of community satisfaction with the Kotaku program. The method chosen to support the above problem solving is Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). The system design is done by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modelling and accompanied by a system interface design. The advantage of this system is that it can perform calculations very quickly and effectively. This decision support system shows that with the advancement of science and technology it can help in determining the right level of community satisfaction by following the correct considerations and calculations. But there are still some weaknesses of the system including this system has a simple interface and does not have the feature to backup the database. </em></p>

Employee is a part of the company's most important asset in its efforts to maintain survival, growth, ability to compete and profit. At this time the process of assessment of employees in Jakarta Smart City is still in the form of manual and the decision only from one party only, so the process is still not accurate. So it takes the methods that must be able to replace that system. For that reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) was created to determine the best employees in Jakarta Smart City. In the system implemented the method of Entropy and TOPSIS. Entropy method can be trusted in determining the weight of the criteria to be used. And TOPSIS method can quickly perform the ranking process. Criteria to be used are quality and quantity of work, obedience, cooperation, morale, and work discipline. The index of satisfaction level of respondents to the decision support system ranges from 70% -80%, meaning that the assessment of the system created gives results at a fairly good level. Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.
