Students rank requires several considerations and criteria. Determination of the criteria must be prepared as much as possible because it is related to the selection of outstanding students. However, this ranking is considered less than optimal and requires a long time because it is processed manually by the school. The right Decision Support System is needed to produce quick and accurate ranking decisions. This study uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) as a Decision Support System. This method will use multi-criteria as the main input in decision making. PROMETHEE will be used to analyze criteria based on alternatives compared to rank according to students' grades and abilities. Based on the research sample data, the highest value was 0.739 for alternative A16. This shows that alternative A16 is the best alternative compared to other alternatives based on consideration of all criteria. The development of PROMETHEE with application-based Decision Support Systems is much better because it produces fast and accurate calculations.

Grand Sirao Hotel is a hotel that stands in the middle of Medan City, located on Jl. Semarang. Grand Sirao Hotel is an attractive hotel in the sector of cooperation in certain fields, but in this hotel it often happens in cooperation with outside companies. One of the problems that often occurs at the Grand Sirao Hotel is the constrained stock of goods needed for guests staying at the hotel, items that are often constrained which are usually in the form of sandals and toiletries that are in short supply. This problem often arises because of the many other factors between companies related to hotel owners themselves, debates that often arise from hotel owner claims include quality of goods that are sometimes incompatible with reservations and need to be taken into account, inventory can be exhausted, prices always go up because of skyrocketing market prices and other problems. This collaboration problem arises due to lack of success in determining partnerships with related companies that are not appropriate and in company selection is also still manual and there are appropriate systems and criteria. Therefore a decision support system is needed in the selection of partners upon the proposed approval. One solution to this problem that is right is to make a decision system in the decision of the company's business partners so that the determination of cooperation in accordance with the right requirements. By using a Decision Support System (SPK) is expected to help the company in making decisions made by the right company partners in increasing the efficiency of the decision. PSI (Index Selection Preference Method) is a method for solving multi-decision making (MCDM) decisions. In the proposed method it is not necessary to submit among the attributes. There are no attributes required in computing that are involved in decision making. SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head.Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor

Abstract - The role of telecommunications technology is very important, especially in changing people's lives. The development of technology in the field of communication and information can now be enjoyed by various layers of society, starting from the upper layer, middle layer or lower layer even though the results are not satisfactory. The research entitled "Decision Support System Determination of the best cellular card operator using the AHP method" aims to provide convenience for consumers who want to buy cellular cards from various telecommunications operators according to their needs and save on bags. (economical). The number of cellular card operators provided by telecommunications makes it difficult for consumers to make the right choice, according to the desired criteria. Determining cellular cards with the AHP method is the right method to overcome the problem of determining the best cellular card with many criteria offered by each operator. Dengue Fever is a disease that often attacks the community. Sufferers of Dengue Fever are increasing every year. In this case natural treatments are still widely found drugs that can cure Dengue Fever and Typhoid Fever (tipes), to produce which medicinal plants are good, and examples according to Dengue Fever and Typhoid disease (typhus) still experience trouble. To overcome the selection of the right medicinal plants, a decision support system was created using Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Mamdani using Matlab system test aids. The method used in decision making is the fuzzy method. The method is because the fuzzy method can be used in making multi-criteria decisions and quite well in solving identification problems that require many criteria. On the results of testing existing data obtained data by comparison between data and processes in the matlab application, the valid level of application testing is 94.4%. Based on the results of the test carried out in this study, the Decision Support System is expected to help the community to determine the symptoms that arise so that it can be known about the fever between dengue fever and typhoid (typhus) so that the selection of medicinal plants is appropriate and can be used.

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa is a company in the sale of diesel engines, generators, tooling tools and engine spare parts. Many suppliers want to distribute their goods through PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa, thus demanding the company to choose the right supplier, in order to ensure the smooth fulfillment of stock items. The process of selecting suppliers is still done manually with criteria limited to quantitative criteria, so that the process takes a long time and the results are not precise. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system for supplier recommendations quickly and precisely in meeting the company's needs. The supplier selection process uses the Rank-Order Centroid (ROC) method in weighting the criteria and the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) for ranking. ARAS value obtained is the K value that is ranked to get the best supplier by using a computerized decision support system. The application of these two methods can speed up the results of decisions, does not take a long time and the results obtained are also maximum.

Culinary efforts, especially ethnic and traditional snacks attract many people to Indonesia. Maintaining the quality of snacks for consumers requires a good packaging technique. Food packaging consists of a wide variety of packaging options that match the characteristics of each snack; this is no easy task. Decision support systems can help to facilitate decisions made regarding selection of the right packaging. This paper focuses on identifying snacks, types of packaging and active packaging parameters to build a decision support system in order to determine appropriate packaging. Types of packaging are determined using fuzzy Sugeno 4 parameters: fat, water activity, shelf-life and price. Active packaging of the snacks is done using the if-else rule with parameterised types of packaging, preservatives, oxygen barriers and water vapour barriers. The end result of this research is a web-based decision support system, which recommends types of packaging and active packaging for snacks.

<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;">Taman kanak-kanak (TK) yang semakin banyak dan ketatnya persaingan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk menunjukkan yang terbaik, membuat para orang tua tergesa-gesa dalam memilih TK tanpa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak dan orang tua. Metode yang digunakan untuk permasalahan pemilihan (TK) ini adalah metode Weighted Product (WP) dimana rating setiap atribut harus dipangkatkan dulu dengan bobot atribut yang bersangkutan untuk menentukan solusi alternatif terbaik. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi TK yang sesuai dengan harapan orang tua untuk menjadi pertimbangan dalam memilih TK yang tepat, khususnya di Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda yang terdapat 28 TK. Telah dihasilkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Taman Kanak-Kanak dengan menggunakan kriteria: lokasi, biaya SPP, biaya masuk, fasilitas, batas tampung kelas, jumlah pengajar, akreditasi TK, status TK, dan menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus. Telah dilakukan perhitungan metode Weighted Product (WP) dengan pengujian perbandingan perhitungan manual dan sistem dan memiliki nilai yang sama. Dalam penelitian ini tingkat akurasi tidak dilakukan,  disebabkan peneliti hanya melakukan perangkingan terhadap beberapa  TK di Kecamtan Sungai Kunjang, dan hasil dari penelitian merupakan dari salah satu orang tua atau user sebagai pengguna, dimana hasilnya didapatkan bahwa diperolah nilai perangkingan teringgi adalah TK (A14) dengan nilai 0.0438. </p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;"> </p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;"> </p><p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top: .4pt;"><em><strong> Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Number of kindergartens and tight competition in the education world to show the best, makes the parents hasty in choosing a kindergarten without being tailored to the needs of children and parents. The method used for this kindergarten selection problem is the Weighted Product (WP) where the rating of each attribute must be raised first with the corresponding attribute weights to determine the best alternative solution. This system can provide recommendation of kindergarten in accordance with the expectations of parents to be considered in choosing the right schools, especially in Sungai Kunjang subdistrict, Samarinda, which has 28 kindergartens. A selection of Kindergarten Decision Support System has been generated using criteria: location, tuition fee, entrance fee, facilities, class limit, number of teachers, kindergarten accreditation, kindergarten status and receiving special needs children. The weight product method has been calculated by comparing comparisons and has the same value. In this study the level of accuracy was not carried out, because researchers only carried out ranking against several kindergarten in Sungai Kunjang District, and the results of the study were from one parent or user as a user, where the results were obtained that the highest ranking was TK (A14) with value of 0.0438.</em></p>

Smk Cibening is one of the schools in Cibingbin village, Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The process of this course is intended so that the students can complete the school according to their abilities before continuing to a higher level, namely college. The current process of majors has disadvantages including the unavailability of special application to support courtesy, in helping counseling teachers to determine the right direction, so that the process takes a long time and also can occur a lot of consideration. to help the teachers in determining the majors of students at SMK Cibening. This study uses the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. The criterias used are report cards, national examination results (SKHUN) and majors.
