North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. The selection process for Student Language Ambassadors at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so the selection process is less precise and the resulting decisions are less satisfactory for the students' Language Ambassador participants.  In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Exprom II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final grade or to find the value of the Student Language Ambassador ranking. Thus the Decision Support System is needed so that it can help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining Student Language Ambassadors. SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head.Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor

The North Sumatra Police Board award team headed by the Deputy Chief of Police conducted the election of Ditreskrimsus personnel each month by giving awards to personnel / apparatuses who had real and extraordinary achievements whose results could be proud of and beneficial for the advancement of institutional quality improvement. Decision support systems or often referred to as Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) function to carry out the selection process and assist someone in making accurate and targeted decisions. One method in the MCDM is Vlsekriterijumska Opimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). Where this method is used to select more than one criterion and has advantages in compromising existing alternatives, then the best results selection process will be carried out, and can complete discretionary decision making. INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

Abstract                                                                                                       Selection of the best performance education staff employees in tertiary institutions whose results are beneficial for advancing academic and institutional quality improvement. The selection of employees performing the best performance at Mercu Buana University is conducted every academic year. In the assessment process still uses the Excel application so it is less effective and accurate. Based on this in this study built a decision support system that is used for the selection process for selecting the best employee performance. Processing these values requires a Decission Support System (DSS) application to help process these values and make ranking and weighting so that leaders are faster and easier in making the best employee performance selection decisions. Decision support system that is used by the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Kano method. absolute optimal requirements for orientation of the process of developing academic and institutional quality activities. Pengolahan nilai-nilai tersebut diperlukan sebuah aplikasi Decission Support System (DSS)  untuk membantu mengolah nilai tersebut dan melakukan perankingan dan bobot sehingga pimpinan lebih cepat dan mudah dalam pengambilan keputusan seleksi kinerja karyawan tenaga kependidikan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dengan  metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Kano., Metode SAW ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses bobot dan perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dan metode Kano untuk menentukan nilai secara individu untuk kepuasan karyawan dan menciptakan syarat mutlak yang optimal untuk orientasi proses  aktivitas pengembangan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan. Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting bagi perguruan tinggi untuk mewujudkan peran serta pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Banyaknya kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam proses seleksi proposal pengabdian masyarakat menuntut unit kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk lebih teliti dalam melakukan proses seleksi sesuai dengan hasil penilaian reviewer. Untuk dapat membantu proses seleksi proposal pengabdian masyarakat dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu proses penilaian yang lebih tepat dan objektif. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun Sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique, dimana metode ini digunakan sebagai media bantu penentuan kriteria pemilihan berdasarkan bobot dari kriteria dan subkriteria untuk proses perangkingan terhadap alternatif. Dari analisa metode dan sistem dihasilkan penilaian terhadap proposal pengabdian masyarakat Tahun 2017 dengan rekomendasi sangat layak yaitu A1 dengan hasil perangkingan 83,75, A4=88, rekomendasi Layak yaitu A2 dengan hasil perangkingan 60,75 dan A5=63,25 dan rekomendasi tidak layak adalah A3 dengan hasil perangkingan 33.   Kata kunci: Pengabdian Masyarakat, PPIM, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Smart   Abstract  Community service is one of the most important parts for universities to realize the role of the nation and state development. A large number of assessment criteria used in the community service proposal selection process requires the community service unit to be more thorough in carrying out the selection process in accordance with the results of the reviewer assessment. To be able to help the community service proposal selection process, a decision support system is needed that can help a more precise and objective assessment process. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique method, where this method is used as an auxiliary media to determine selection criteria based on the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria for the ranking process against alternatives. From the analysis of methods and systems results in an assessment of 2017 community service proposals with recommendations that are very feasible namely A1 with a ranking of 83.75, A4 = 88, Worthy recommendation is A2 with ranking results of 60.75 and A5 = 63.25 and recommendations are not feasible is A3 with a ranking of 33.   Keywords: Community Service, PPIM, Decision Support System, Smart.

Pahandut Seberang Village has an average middle to the lower level of economy in the community, so most of the people still need assistance from the government. In Pahandut Seberang Village, the selection of recipients of the Smbako program assistance is still the old way by using from paper. The assessment process is still not transparent in nature and the selection process is very slow and receipt of Sembako programs assistance are not being on target. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a Decision Support System (SPK) is created to help the Pahandut Seberang Village in selecting the recipients prospective of Sembako program assistance In designing and building the system are using 2 development methods, namely the Waterfall method as a software development method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a decision support system method in its calculations. Where the saw method has 4 stages, namely determining the criteria, determining the suitability, making a decision matrix based on the criteria and normalizing the. The final result is obtained from the ranking, namely the sum of the normalized matrix multiplication R with the weight vector so that the largest value sas a solution. This system testing uses a Black-box testing system. The test results show that the system created has been running according to the expectations of the researcher. This research produces a decision support system for selection of the recipients prospective that can provide recommendations for the recipients prospective the Pahandut Seberang village.

One of the requirements for a bus / public transportation to be able to operate is passing the test carried out by the Transportation Department. The results of the transportation feasibility test still use manual calculations, while many transports do the daily test. Therefore a decision support system is needed to determine the feasibility of the bus based on the kir test. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the bus based on the left test. A decent bus will get a roadworthiness certificate issued by the Transportation Agency. In testing, good planning management is needed, one of which is by determining the feasibility. This decision support system can determine the calculated value of all criteria. This system uses the Promethee II method. In this case the Promethee II method can determine the priority of the bus driver test based on the highest value. Thus this system is able to shorten the bus verification process at the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Office, thus helping testers determine which buses are worthy of road
