The selection process for Student Language Ambassadors at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so the selection process is less precise and the resulting decisions are less satisfactory for the students' Language Ambassador participants.  In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Exprom II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final grade or to find the value of the Student Language Ambassador ranking. Thus the Decision Support System is needed so that it can help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining Student Language Ambassadors. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system application for selecting Student Language Ambassadors using the Exprom II method so that it can help and facilitate the North Sumatra Language Hall in making decisions choosing Student Language Ambassadors and the decisions determined are satisfactoryKeywords: Decision Support System, Student Language Ambassador, Exprom Method II

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head.Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor

The North Sumatra Police Board award team headed by the Deputy Chief of Police conducted the election of Ditreskrimsus personnel each month by giving awards to personnel / apparatuses who had real and extraordinary achievements whose results could be proud of and beneficial for the advancement of institutional quality improvement. Decision support systems or often referred to as Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) function to carry out the selection process and assist someone in making accurate and targeted decisions. One method in the MCDM is Vlsekriterijumska Opimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). Where this method is used to select more than one criterion and has advantages in compromising existing alternatives, then the best results selection process will be carried out, and can complete discretionary decision making. Medan Religious Court Office Class 1 A located on Jalan Sisingamangaraja KM 8.8 as a place that organizes law enforcement and justice at the first level for people seeking justice for certain cases among people who are Muslim in the fields of marriage, inheritance, will, grant, endowment, zakat, infaq, shadaqah and sharia economics. In the Medan Class 1A Religious Courts Office there are a number of positions that are chaired, and there are several judges who are tasked with providing justice to settle cases handled. Medan Class 1 A Religious Court Office provides a reward or award with the aim of improving the performance of Judges on duty, and to determine the best Judges, alternatives and criteria are needed to be a reference in the selection process. Decision Support System is one method that can be used in the process of selecting the best Judges. In this study, the authors used the Analyticalcal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to find the weighting value of the criteria, and the Promethee II method to find the final grade or to find the best Judge's ranking. One of the requirements for a bus / public transportation to be able to operate is passing the test carried out by the Transportation Department. The results of the transportation feasibility test still use manual calculations, while many transports do the daily test. Therefore a decision support system is needed to determine the feasibility of the bus based on the kir test. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the bus based on the left test. A decent bus will get a roadworthiness certificate issued by the Transportation Agency. In testing, good planning management is needed, one of which is by determining the feasibility. This decision support system can determine the calculated value of all criteria. This system uses the Promethee II method. In this case the Promethee II method can determine the priority of the bus driver test based on the highest value. Thus this system is able to shorten the bus verification process at the North Sumatra Provincial Transportation Office, thus helping testers determine which buses are worthy of road

This paper describes the development of decision support system application to assist students who want to enter college so that no one choose the majors incorrectly. This application uses fuzzy logic method because fuzzy logic is very flexible in data which are vague and can be represented as a linguistic variable. The purpose of this application is to assist students to choose available majors at University Multimedia Nusantara which are appropriate with his/her capabilities. This application accepts five kinds of input values i.e. Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Physics, and TIK. Received input will be processed by the calculation of the system for decision-making and the application will generate output that shows how great a match for each majors. With this application, prospective students can find out where the majors that match his/her capabilities. This application has ninety nine percentage of match result accuracy. This study is to determine whether the characteristics of coffee flavor can be implemented into a decision support system. In this study, the problem is the difficulty in finding coffee experts with adequate understanding and knowledge of coffee. The purpose is to implement Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the characteristics of coffee flavor and to transfer the knowledge about the taste of coffee to coffee lovers. The expected results are to assist in making a decision support system application in selecting the characteristics of coffee, so that it can provide the advice to the common consumers who want to enjoy and the knowledge about the coffee itself as well.
