The results of studies to determine the optimal level of input of a complex of macronutrients in protein-vitamin-mineral supplements are given, their influence on digestibility, the use of feed nutrients, hematological parameters, growth and development of young pigs are studied. Feeding in the composition of grain-cereal rations of 12.5% protein-vitamin-mineral supplements with elevated levels of Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, J, Se contributes to an increase in pigs by 5.5-8.5% of daily gains, by 8-12 days of early maturity, by 0.28-3.35% slaughter yield, by 12.1-19.5% meat ratio. Bringing microelements to the optimum level in protein-vitamin-mineral supplements composition contributes to a significant increase in the digestibility of organic matter and raw fat. Reducing the level of trace elements by 30% hinders the process of digestion of feed. The use of 12.5% protein-vitamin-mineral supplements with a high content of trace elements in grain-cereal rations of pigs has a significant effect on the degree of utilization of nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc, manganese. When protein-vitamin-mineral supplements are fed with an optimal level of trace elements in the composition of diets of young pigs, it contributes to an increase in the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin, total protein and its fractions. A 30% increase in the level of trace elements in protein-vitamin-mineral supplements provides for obtaining high-energy meat with a high content of dry matter, protein and fat. The inclusion in the composition of grain-cereal rations of protein-vitamin-mineral supplements with the optimal level of trace elements helps to reduce the cost of feed by 5.2-7.8%, to obtain 3.8 kg of additional growth.

It is known that without addressing the issues of balanced feeding other measures for the development of pig breeding do not give the necessary effect. One of the promising directions of improving the productivity of pigs and to increase the volume of production of raw materials in industrial technology may be the use of biologically active additives that improve the palatability of feed, promote the metabolism, and increase body resistance. Complex researches on scientific substantiation and experimental confi rmation of high effectiveness of innovative feed additives “MegaStimImmuno” and Herbafarm L in feeding of young pigs when pork production have been carried out. The use of feed additives “MegaStimImmuno” and Herbafarm L in the diets of young pigs contributes to the normalization and activation of protein, carbohydrate and mineral metabolism, strengthen immunity and ultimately increase the productivity of animals and improve the biological value and technological properties of meat of young pigs. The analysis of the data has been obtained to estimate the growth intensity in terms of the average daily gain of young pigs confirmed the established pattern. For the entire period of rearing and fattening animals (5–167 days) in the 1st experimental group daily gain 678,80 g has been obtained an average, which was by 49,7 g or 7,90 % (P < 0,001), in the 2nd experimental 664,45 g, which was by 35,29 g or 5,61 % (P < 0,001) higher than in the control group. The positive influence of biologically active feed additives on consumption, digestibility, metabolism of nutrients in young pigs, hematological parameters, productivity, quality of meat and fat has been established.

The article presents the data obtained as a result of carrying by employees of the Research Institute of sheep and goat breeding, a branch of the FSBSI "North Caucasus FARC", the scientific and economic experience to study the efficiency of a new fodder additive "Organic" on the productive and physiological indices of bull-calves during the completion of growing in the conditions of the farm "Pata" agricultural enterprise in the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic. The statement of the experience and all researches were carried out according to generally accepted methods. In the course of the experiment, the following indices were studied: the chemical compound of forages, the dynamics of a live weight gain in the experimental stock, hematological parameters, control slaughter data, economic indices. Completed researches have shown positive result from the use of the fodder additive "Organic" in bull-calves diets: an increase in the average daily gain of live weight by 25%, a slaughter yield by 1% and a high level of profitability – 27%. Thus, the additional introduction of "Organic" in a diet of young horned cattle in the 2nd experimental group promoted more intensive metabolism, stabilization of a physiological state, increase in productivity and, as a consequence, profitability of beef production. Researches in this direction reveal the latent fodder reserves promoting increase in the productivity of agricultural animals.
