The following issues are considered: the transition to the Federal State Educational Standard of the new generation in accordance with the professional standard; the Federal State Educational Standards analysis in the previous and new edition; the competence approach to formation the professional qualities of young experts; dependence of the qualification level on the level of education and practice; the need to revise the innovative educational programs in order to increase the motivation of students to self-education and the formation of personal competencies that ensure the demand for young professionals in the labor market. Arguments are given in favor of practice-oriented and project-based methods of education in the preparation of architects and design engineers.

In today’s Russia there is an objective need for specialists in the field of competition law and antitrust regulation. Adoption of the relevant professional standard, as well as the inclusion of disciplines of competition law and antitrust regulation in federal state educational standards is a prerequisite for meeting this need. The draft professional standard “Specialist in the field of competition law”, developed by the FAS Russia in conjunction with the Association of Antimonopoly Experts and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, was submitted for public discussion.

Recommendations for the design continuity of the content of basic General and secondary vocational education in the context of general and structural changes in the education in our country. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the Federal state educational standards for “Technology” and the Federal state educational standards of secondary professional education the foundation for the design continuity of the content of education in educational complexes “school — College” are set in the form of organizational-pedagogical conditions implemented in the context of personal-oriented approach, motivating students to continue studies in colleges. The issues of library specialists’ competencies in the aspect of Federal State Educational Standards (GEF) are examined, the problems of determining competencies and their composition taking into account the requirements of the digital economy and the professional standard are identified. It is stated, that at present only lists of competencies of the Federal State Educational Standard are to be considered as the basic model of library specialists’ competencies. It is proposed to implement a number of special measures for to form the professional community’ consolidated position concerning the competences and their determination due to the type of the library and workers’ professional status.

The specifics of the application of the professional standard "Pedagogue-psychologist (educational psychologist)", which sets the requirements for the qualification of specialists, in the system of additional professional education are discussed. The recommendations on the development of a personified model of additional vocational education in the form of advanced training based on technology for diagnosing the level of competencies of specialists are considered. It is emphasized that it is expedient to determine the necessity, form and direction of additional vocational education for pedagogical psychologists, taking into account the results of the analysis of the qualification requirements contained in the professional standard, the qualification characteristics of the staffing of organizations, as well as the requirements of federal state educational standards for general education. This conclusion is based on the discussion of the results of approbation of the technology of the qualification test, developed by the Moscow State University of Psychology and Education.

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the readiness of future primary school teachers (graduates of the Faculty of Education) and teachers-defectologists (graduates of the Faculty of Defectology) to implement inclusive primary education. Both groups of students showed low overall readiness, but the reasons for it are different. Taking into account the identified problems and missing competencies, a variant of the educational program aimed at training a teacher who is able to implement all modern Federal State Educational Standards is proposed

Pedagogical activity is multifunctional in nature. Multifunctionality of the teacher's activity is obliged by the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education as well as the teachers professional standard. Multifunctional training of future teachers is the process (and result) of mastering by the pedagogic bachelors and masters of set of competencies aimed at fulfilling various teacher functions. There are six basic functions of the modern teacher identified: pedagogical, project, research, methodological, managerial and cultural-educational. The pedagogical function is complex in nature and includes a number of other functions: tutoring, education, developing and correction. All of them are interrelated. The article outlines characteristics of mentioned above functions, describes the track record of training of future teachers at Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography of Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education as part of baccalaureate and magistracy programs of pedagogical education. This consists of updating of courses content that are implemented according to the student selection, development and realization of new ones, organization and execution of training and production practices, educational and research works of students, scientific conferences, student competitions and olympiads, publication of scientific collected papers (including student ones). Article also presents the results of surveys of graduates on the quality of their preparation for the various teaching functions.
