<p>Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional monitoring system for logistics protection and transportation of solid waste, the optimization design of logistics protection and transportation monitoring system is realized by using big data analysis technology from two aspects of hardware and software. In terms of hardware, the basic structure of the system server, internal components and connection circuit are modified, and the on-board weighing device is installed on the logistics transport vehicle. On the basis of the completion of hardware system installation, the interface of the system is designed and the database is built. The monitoring function of the system is realized through linking communication links, locating vehicle transportation location, real-time monitoring of transportation process, automatic weighing and abnormal alarm of logistics protection, so as to complete the optimization design of the software system. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional system, the response speed of the designed monitoring system for logistics protection and transportation increases by 67.6%.</p>

This paper systematically presents a thorough analysis on the construction of the heating monitoring system in Nanjing General Hospital, China. The monitoring method and strategy of were discussed in detail. Besides, the optimization design of the simple closed loop control system was conducted. Finally, an optimal operation analysis system consisting of the heating host machine, costumer thermal monitoring system, and outside environment monitoring system for the heating room was established. As a result, the heating quality, the heating efficiency, and the relationship with costumer were greatly improved.

In this paper, the composition and functions of the heat supply network monitoring center, the heating station monitoring and control system and the wireless communication system are introduced, the control system hardware configuration is discussed. The system has already been used and run in a good effect.

Based on Industrial Ethernet, PLC and Industrial Computer, Monitoring and Control System of Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) were developed. Distributed measured sensor signals and complex monitoring tasks are realized by a PLC and an Industrial Computer. Star topology network is used. The connection between Monitoring system and PLC is realized by an industrial Ethernet module. The solution in laboratory condition appears reliability and quick data exchange was realized between PLC and Monitoring system.

An intelligent monitoring and control system for highway daily maintenance is described in this paper. To manage maintenance machinery and operators more effectively, geographical information system (GIS), global positioning system (GPS), and wireless communication technologies are applied to the system which consists of three subsystems, detection and maintenance sequence planning system, detection and maintenance monitoring system, and PDA execution system. Maintenance machinery sequence planning system generates routes and schedules for maintenance machinery using GIS and optimization techniques. Maintenance machinery monitoring system monitors current positions of machinery and actual maintenance results as compared with planned sequences, routes and visit times, while PDA execution system transmits information for machinery positions and actual maintenance results using GPS and wireless communication technologies. The intelligent monitoring and control system can promote operation efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Abstract Communication system has high quality requirements for power supply. Realizing the effective monitoring of power supply system is an important measure to improve power quality. In order to better and effectively manage massive power information in complex environment and avoid communication power failure, a design method of distributed communication power monitoring system based on big data technology is proposed. The system operation performance is proposed, and the software function and operation process of the communication power monitoring system are simplified by using big data technology to improve the system monitoring accuracy. Finally, the experiment shows that the distributed communication power monitoring system based on big data technology has significantly higher response speed and relatively lower monitoring error in the actual application process.

To satisfy the requirement of the control parameters in greenhouse, this paper introduced the design scheme of monitoring and control system based on Zigbee due to its low-cost, simplicity and mobility. We designed the sensor node, control node and gateway node based on CC2430, described the design method of hardware circuit and the flow chart of software. By monitoring the environment factors in real time, such as illumination, temperature, humility and carbon dioxide, the spray system, ventilation fans and lighting lamps were automated controlled to satisfy crop growth requirement. The monitoring system is easy to expand and update, and the program interface is friendly to operate.

SOFC laid in complicated Marine environment, are extremely vulnerable to all kinds of external factors, and anchor damage is the biggest threat to submarine cable communication. In order to overcome the limitations of existing SOFC monitoring technology, the double M-Z distributed optical fiber sensing technology is selected to apply in on-line monitoring of SOFC, and the monitoring system is designed both in software and hardware. The optimization scheme of being in conjunction with monitoring and control system of SOFC is put forward in anticipation of the possible problem of false alarm in the future application of the monitoring system.

PLC (programmable logic controller)-based street lighting energy-saving and remote monitoring system is designed to improve energy-saving technology and management level. The designed illumination economizer contains PLC-based controller unit and compensating transformer unit, which can realize closed-loop voltage control at the stage of voltage stabilization, and reduce the negative influence of power line voltage fluctuation upon lamp service life and visual luminance. On the basis of the illumination economizer, a GPRS-based street light remote monitoring and control system is designed with configuration software. The whole system has been operating reliably in Harbin, China for many years with an over 50% energy-saving rate, decreasing the illumination management cost and promoting the intelligent management level.
