Occupational safety and health (K3) is an effort to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere to achieve the highest productivity. Factors which influence to achieve the purpose of these efforts, including the company's commitment; leadership policy regarding (K3); policies for the creation of a work environment in order to create K3, delegation of authority, implementation of training and education during the project; prevention of workplace accidents; tracing the main causes of work accidents; measure program performance (K3); and continuous documentation and records of work accidents. The research design used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used proportional sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results show that there was a significant effect and the t test showed 6,665> t table (2,000), meaning that occupational safety and health had a significant effect on job satisfaction and there was a significant effect and the t test showed 6.802> t table (2,000), meaning spatial planning significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the explanation, it can be concluded that the better the K3 management system, organizational culture, K3 management system, the higher the level of Employee Job Satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; and the organizational culture (X2) has the highest dominant influence toward employee satisfaction.

Occupational safety and health are the main means of preventing accidents, disability and death as a result of work accidents. K3 aims to prevent, reduce, and even eliminate the risk of work accidents (zero accident). The application of this concept should not be considered as an effort to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases that cost the company a lot of money, but should be considered as a form of long-term investment that will provide abundant benefits in the future. This study aims to determine the implementation of the implementation and the level of success, as well as to determine the factors causing the delay in the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3) in the construction project of the Hotel Santika Premiere Padang.The stage of this research is the study of various existing literatures to determine the variables to be used. The next stage is designing research questionnaires and then collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly to the field. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be analyzed for validity and reliability tests using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software.The results of this study indicate that the success of the implementation of the occupational safety and health management system (SMK3), which is taken from the average sum of all variables, is 98.5%. So that it can be concluded that the level of achievement of the successful implementation of SMK3 in the construction project of the Hotel Santika Premiere Padang is based on the determination of the success value written in the Minister of Permenaker Number: 05/MEN/1996, eligible for a certificate and a gold flag. This is in accordance with category number 3, namely "where the level of achievement of 85-100% is given a certificate and a gold flag".

Abstract The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) is an important part of the protection of the workforce so that workers remain safe, healthy and safe. Every year in the manufacturing industry in the Sleman area, Yogyakarta Special Region, work accidents result in losses for the company because they have to be taken to the hospital. This study aims to determine the application of OSH to the occurrence of work-related accidents. This type of research is qualitative. The research was carried out in the manufacturing industry of the Hospital Equipment (HE) Division of the Pre-Treatment and Painting Unit. The research instrument uses the criteria for the OSH audit checklist, Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012, which consists of 5 principles, 12 criteria, and 166 items. The range of results from the audit achievement is 0 – 100%. The implementation of OSH in the company is 76.5%, in the category of good implementation, namely for the level of achievement of 60 - 84%. The number of findings was 39 criteria with major non-conformance categories 0 criteria and 39 minor criteria. The implementation of OSHMS can minimize the incidence of work accidents in workplace.

Every production process in a company is inseparable from all the dangers of disease and occupational accidents for workers. So in a company it is necessary to implement occupational safety and health in order to reduce and prevent occupational diseases and accidents. In carrying out occupational safety and health at PT Pantja Simpati, PT Pantja Simpati has several problems that can cause illness and work accidents such as unavailability of personal protective equipment, non-functioning air vents, employees smoking in the production room, employees drinking in the production section. part. areas, fire fighting equipment lacks lighting, damaged ceilings or roofs, untidy cables, and slippery production floors. Ways to avoid work accidents such as providing PPE and APAR, repairing damaged equipment, and taking firm action against workers. From the problems found, the implementation of occupational safety and health at PT Pantja Simpati is still not good.Keywords— Occupational Safety and Health, 5W+1H

Occupational safety and health (OSH) issues have become a major concern to many corporations in Malaysia since the enactment of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994. While safety management system has been researched, only limited literatures have given attention to warehousing. The development of effective partnerships between customers and vendors to identify opportunities for enhancing safety management system. Employee safety behaviour in the workplace is crucial in approaching towards safety compliance and safety performance indicators. The main objective was to test the safety behaviour of the workers. Data were collected throughout the warehousing processes of a multinational electronics manufacturer in Malaysia. A questionnaire has been filled-up by the warehousing employees. This study proposes the theory of planned behaviour were to explain the linkage between customer - vendor partnership and safety behaviour. Respondents were questioned partnership with its customers to systematically improve safety behaviour. Usually most of the occupational accident or disease took place in the material handling operations and activities with cargo interface. The findings of this study show that customer-vendor partnership has a significant and positive relationship on safety behaviour. This approach to be examined for improved safety ownership and the possibility that enhancements would become an essential part of the vendor's processes, systems, and culture. This customer-vendor partnership approach will develop safety improvements for next heights of success. SPSS was applied for processing the data. It was found that information dissemination and collaboration with the client are important. Employees should participate in the safety program as required by the clients so as to obtain the merits of high performance workforce.

The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of occupational safety and health management systems in the Premier Basko Hotel F&B product department both in terms of the determination of occupational safety and health policies, occupational safety and health planning, implementation of occupational safety and health plans, monitoring and evaluation of safety performance and occupational health, review and improvement of occupational safety and health. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative data, while the method used in this study is the survey method. The data in this study were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with 6 informants. The conclusion of this research is that the overall implementation of the occupational safety and health management system in Premier Basko Hotel's food and beverage product department is still lacking, as seen in the many things that have not been implemented in the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system, as well as many procedures that are lacking in application.
