Specialized information systems in personnel data are a matter of special concern. This is related to the ease and effectiveness in the processing of employee data such as employee data entry, employee data editing, employee data search, employee data report either on screen or printed on paper, especially in employee information system Employee leave. Management of personnel information system employee leave at PT. Colorpak Indonesia, Tbk which is still less than the maximum, such as the employee must fill the form of leave and wait for approval of the boss and less accuracy of the amount of employee leave balance. So to overcome it required personnel information system employee leave better than the previous system in order to present employee personnel leave information complete and simplify in knowing the amount of leave used and employee leave balance. This research uses waterfall method and system design is implemented with Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected final result is that the employee-based employee leave information system can overcome the system problems that run more leverage in the process of submission and employee leave employment approval, employee reporting reports employee leave and employee employee leave data searching easier. With this research is expected to help PT. Colorpak Indonesia, Tbk especially Human Resource division to develop staffing information system employee leave.

STIE Kesatuan personnel information system is a problem of special concern in IBI Kesatuan HRD. This is with the ease and effectiveness in processing employee data such as employee data entry, editing employee data, searching employee data, reporting employee data either on screen or printed on paper. There are still many STIE Kesatuan who have not filled in data on manual paper, such as employees who have to fill out a leave form and wait for approval. So to overcome this we need a personnel information system that is better than the previous system, for now the employee information is only from Microsoft Excel and manual data. This study uses a system design implemented with the Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected end result is that the employee web-based information system can solve system problems that run more optimally in the employee data entry process. With this research, it is hoped that it can help IBI Kesatuan, especially HRD, to develop a management information system. Keywords: Information Systems, UML Diagram.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Arista Tehnik Jakarta is an individual company engaged in manufacturing services for AC ducting in buildings. Arista Tehnik Jakarta in processing employee payroll data still uses the manual / conventional method, which is taking notes on bookkeeping so that errors often occur in calculating employee salaries. Calculating employee salaries can have fatal consequences if something goes wrong and it can affect the preparation of payroll reports. The manual / conventional payroll system is not able to provide adequate benefits for calculating employee salaries. With a good payroll system, every company that already has many employees is very much needed. Companies that have many employees definitely need a payroll system that can make it easier to pay salaries appropriately and efficiently. The method used in this research is by making observations, interviews, literature studies, designing information systems followed by the development of information systems and then testing. The result of this research is to produce a computerized payroll information system that provides convenience in providing payroll data information such as employee data information, job data and payroll data. In the Payroll Data Information System using UML (Unified Modeling Language), programming using the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL for database processing. After the researcher then created a Payroll Information System, the work procedure could be easier for Arista Tehnik Jakarta.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

ABSTRAK PT. Argo Pantes Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang textile yang berada di Jl. MH. Thamrin KM 4, Cikokol Tangerang. Sistem yang berjalan pada PT. Argo Pantes Tbk masih kurang maksimal dalam perhitungan pemakaian listrik. Pencarian data pemakaian listrik harus mencari satu persatu agar dapat mengetahui data pemakaian listrik yang benar. Maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan sistem pemakaian listrik yang lebih baik dari sistem sebelumnya agar dapat menyajikan informasi pemakaian listrik yang lengkap dan mempermudah dalam mengetahui jumlah pemakaian listrik harian dan bulanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan rancangan sistem diimplementasikan dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil akhir yang diharapkan adalah agar sistem informasi berbasis java desktop ini dapat mengatasi permasalahan sistem yang berjalan diantaranya lebih maksimal dalam proses perhitungan pemakaian listrik, pembuatan laporan pemakaian listrik dan pencarian data pemakaian listrik lebih mudah. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT. Argo Pantes Tbk khususnya unit listrik utility untuk melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi pemakaian listrik.   ABSTRACT PT. So to overcome it required a system of electricity usage is better than the previous system in order to present information on the use of electricity is complete and simplify in knowing the amount of daily and monthly electricity consumption. This research uses waterfall method and system design is implemented with Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected end result is that this desktop java based information system can overcome the problems of running systems such as the maximum in the process of calculating electricity consumption, making reports of electricity consumption and data search electricity usage easier. With this research is expected to help PT. Argo Pantes Tbk especially utility power unit to develop information system of electricity usage.

The article deals with the problem of searching and selecting information. Currently, this kind of problem is solved by using search information systems. The main stage of creating a search information system is the development of the project, which is carried out using the unified modeling language UML and the CASE tool Power Designer. When developing a system project using the UML modeling language, all available information about the designed system is represented as a set of graphical elements, in other words, graphical structures. Such constructions are called diagrams. They reflect the essence of the system and consider it from different sides and represent the processes that take place in it in different ways.

Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.
