Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

The Educational Assessment Center is a Government Agency under the Ministry of Education and Culture's Research and Development Agency. To carry out office activities, it is necessary to be supported by the availability of supplies to support these activities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management of state owned goods. Where the data processing is still done manually, that is, the demand for goods is done by filling out the paper form, so that the process of processing requires more time. Based on these problems an information system is needed. Proses pengolahan data penduduk serta pembuatan surat yang berjalan saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala yang terindentifikasi yakni kesulitan dalam mencari data karna masih tersimpan pada buku kependudukan penduduk dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam mengajukan surat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu merancang serta membangun suatu Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Penduduk secara online. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini ialah sistem dapat memudahkan proses pelayanan antar penduduk dan pengurus dalam pendataan penduduk serta permohonan dan pembuatan surat. Dalam membangun suatu sistem menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC dengan model Waterfall, untuk pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) serta perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini memakai bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) serta XAMPP sebagai koneksi kedalam database yaitu MySQL. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan jika penggunaan sistem informasi pelayanan penduduk secara online dapat membantu mempermudah pendataan penduduk dalam pengolahan data penduduk dan dalam pembuatan surat serta mengesahkan surat. The process of processing population data and making letters that are currently running, there are several identified obstacles, namely the difficulty in finding data because it is still stored in the population population book and requires a long time to submit a letter. The research objective is to design and build an online Citizen Service Information System. The benefit obtained from this research is that the system can facilitate the process of service between residents and administrators in population data collection and application and writing of letters. In building a system using the SDLC system development method with the Waterfall model, for system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the software used in building this system using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and XAMPP as a connection to the database, namely MySQL. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and literature methods. The results of this study indicate that the use of an online population service information system can help facilitate population data collection in population data processing and in making letters and validating letters.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. The need for information in life has transformed into basic needs. As an impact, this will cause problems when not handled properly. The Garuda Cooperative is one of the Employee Cooperatives in Sragen with complex managerial data but its management is still manual. To support its business process, a management information system is needed to handle data quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Garuda Cooperatives. The flow of research used is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of a use case diagram and statechart diagram. The programming language used is Delphi with PostgreSQL as database management. The information system produced includes processing savings and loan business units, processing membership data and reports. The results of the system testing on 8 respondents showed that the system was running well to meet needs, had an attractive appearance, and was easy to use.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

The System Modeling Language (SysML) used the Requirement Diagram to model non-functional requirements, such as response time, size, or system functionality, which cannot be accommodated in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). SysML Requirement Diagram, in its implementation, integrates with several diagrams describing the requirements, which are referred to as additional elements. The absence of transformation rules for these additional elements to become OWL ontology causes difficulties in reading, understanding, and tracking the requirements. In this research, an extended rule of the Requirement Diagram transformation is proposed to solve the problems. First, some transformation rules are defined to make requirements easier to trace and realize the ontology generation's automatic transformation. Second, the time required during transformation processing to prepare and generate the OWL file shows the proposed model's performance. The ontology components produced from this research, such as class, subclass, object property, and data property, can be viewed in Protégé.

The article deals with the problem of searching and selecting information. Currently, this kind of problem is solved by using search information systems. The main stage of creating a search information system is the development of the project, which is carried out using the unified modeling language UML and the CASE tool Power Designer. When developing a system project using the UML modeling language, all available information about the designed system is represented as a set of graphical elements, in other words, graphical structures. Such constructions are called diagrams. They reflect the essence of the system and consider it from different sides and represent the processes that take place in it in different ways.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.
