Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Project management skills such as WBS, Gantt Chart and PERT have been applied in many fields, but system analysts preferred UML to project tools. This chapter recommend transformation rules from project items into objects and project charts into UML diagrams, to model all project items and processes by using UML. Therefore, UML can be applied not only to system analysis and design, but also to entire project processes. Stakeholders in a project can rethink the project in terms of object orientation and communicate with system developers using the same tool as UML.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. Coaching log merupakan catatan pendampingan yang direkam dalam sebuah file hard copy yang berisi tentang data tenan, coach, catatan pendampingan, tugas dari coach kepada tenan, serta hasil tugas sebelumnya yang diberikan oleh coach kepada tenan. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. The objective of this research is to design an Information system of Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu), especially to toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly to support the performance of the Community Asisstance in Kalyanamitra Foundation. The analysis using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model and the design using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method with defining all objects interaction which are described by the UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram. The analysis was applied on current working system and the result became the basis for designing a Posyandu web-based information system to assist the implementation of Posyandu for toddlers, pregnant women, and the elderly, especially in registering, documenting and storing data, and reporting which correspond to organizational needs. Posyandu information system supports Kalyanamitra Foundation's program in intervening with local government to improve the quality of Posyandu services and facilities.

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mutakhir memungkinkan untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Saat ini telah berkembang sistem informasi di bidang pendidikan yang menangani tentang pembayaran SPP. Untuk membantu tercapainya sistem informasi ideal yang menangani pembayaran SPP dibutuhkan sistem yang efisien, akurat dan cepat.  Sistem  administrasi  yang  dilakukan  secara  manual akan menghambat kinerja tata usaha selaku operator administrasi sekolah. Penulis melakukan penelitian dan membuat   Sistem   Informasi   Pembayaran   SPP   berbasis Android (Android Based Information System) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java pada aplikasi Android Studio, serta Sistem Informasi Pembayaran SPP berbasis Web (Web Based Information System) dengan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan Framework CodeIgniter. Dalam membangun  sistem informasi ini digunakan  Unified Modeling Language  (UML) serta dengan  metode  Prototype. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dan masalah-masalah apa saja yang timbul dari sistem yang berjalan sebelum dilakukan penelitian, serta mempercepat bagian  administrasi  dalam melayani  pembayaran  SPP dan memperbaiki sistem yang lama lalu menggantikannya dengan sistem baru.

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report. Library information system analysis and design for public senior high school XYZ in South Tangerang aims to identify needs of data and information about library operational transaction in the school. The result of requirement analysis was used to build a computerized system supporting the run of library business process. The analysis and design focused on solving the problems, such difficulties in finding book location, book availability, and else. Rational Unified Process was used for the information system development methodology and the result of requirement analysis was documented by using unified modeling language; user interface was also designed. This information system was expected to ease the library in doing its activity by serving the information related to book searching, book availability, book tracking. Besides, it would also fasten the process of book borrowing, book returning, and new book registration.
