Koperasi merupakan salah satu bentuk badan usaha atau badan hukum yang anggotanya saling bekerja sama dalam kegiatan ekonomi, sistem pengolahan data simpan pinjam pada koperasi Hutan Lestari dinilai belum efektif dimana pencatatan data simpanan, data pinjaman dan data angsuran masih dicatat dalam pembukuan dan direkap dalam pencatatan aplikasi Microsoft excel, belum adanya sebuah aplikasi berbasis database memimbulkan kekhawatiran akan mudah rusak atau hilang data-data terkait transaksi, serta dengan cara pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara konvensional ini sering memakan waktu yang lama dalam membuat laporannya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem yang sedang berjalan, membuat perancangan sistem usulan baru, melakukan analisis dan pengujian sistem serta untuk melakukan implementasi sistem informasi simpan pinjam. Penelitian ini berguna untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi simpan pinjam pada koperasi. Dalam pengembangan sistem koperasi simpan pinjam penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan terstruktur yaitu metode waterfall dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain yaitu observasi dan wawancara dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam diharapkan dapat membantu Komite dalam mengelola data simpanan, data pinjaman dan data angsuran secara terkomputerisasi sehingga proses pengolahan dan laporan dapat lebih cepat dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses pencatatan data serta mengurangi kesalahan dalam penyampaian laporan.

PT Mandiri Axa General Insurance merupakan perusahaan asuransi jiwa patungan antara PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk dan National Mutual International Pty. Limited (AXA). Telah hadir selama lebih dari 15 tahun di Indonesia untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam memiliki kualitas kehidupan yang lebih baik. Saat ini PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance masih menggunakan cara mengolah data persediaan aset IT berupa laptop dan handphone masih menggunakan excel. Setiap data aset IT yang telah diberikan ke karyawan masih dicatat menggunakan excel, sehingga membutuhkan ketelitian yang lebih, untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam penginputan pengiriman aset IT ke karyawan, serta membutuhkan banyak file untuk menghindari corrupt nya file excel. Admin IT juga kesulitan dalam membuat laporan kepada atasan terkait aset IT karena harus mengolah data excel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi persedian aset IT dengan menggunakan metode SDLC Waterfall dan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk pemodelan terstruktur serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Prepocessor Hypertext Language (PHP) Framework Codeignaiter, Bootstrap dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Dari penelitian dapat dihasilkan sebuah sistem informasi persedian aset IT yang dapat mempermudah Admin IT untuk pengelolaan persedian aset IT pada PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance.

The financial information that has been made by the accountant can now be easily accessed by the part of the leadership. However there are difficulties faced by the leaders as well as accountants, one that is non-uniformity of financial document format. This has resulted in the related division must input the financial document data which is the task of their division into the system. After that, the division sends the documents to the accountant for then the accountant enters it back into the system. This causes work to be inefficient because it has to be entered twice. In this research, the application was made with the concept of uniform financial document formats so that one entry is sufficient. Application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The existence of the study expected that Application can improve the quality of financial reporting in the process recording the financial report

Student Get Student yaitu program yang terdapat di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan komputer STIE & STMIK Jayakarta, dimana setiap mahasiswa dapat merekomendasikan teman, kolega, keluarga atau saudaranya untuk kuliah di STMIK Jayakarta dan dapatkan fee untuk setiap mahasiswa yang direkomendasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi aplikasi Student Get Student berbasis web. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan tugas akhir pada STMIK jayakarta belum melibatkan teknologi dalam pelaksanaanya. Pada tahapan proses pendataan mengharuskan mahasiswa dan pihak keuangan untuk bertemu secara langsung. Dalam beberapa kondisi,hal seperti ini tidak terlaksana dikarenakan pendataan student get student ini diharuskan untuk melakukan proses pendataan secara manual. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan–permasalahan tersebut maka penulis membangun sebuah sistem informasi untuk melakukan proses pendataan student get student secara online menggunakan metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai web service dengan framework Laravel serta database MySQL.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis Lembaga Pendidikan Formal di Kabupaten Jepara berbasis Website yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui informasi dan letak lembaga pendidikan di wilayah Jepara. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall. Selanjutnya pada proses pengujian kualitas aplikasi menggunakan standar ISO 9126 yang terdiri dari aspek functionality, efficiency, usability, dan portability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini telah berhasil dikembangkan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Selanjutnya hasil dari analisis kualitas aplikasi menggunakan standar ISO 9126 menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mempunyai hasil rata-rata sangat baik dan layak digunakan untuk digunakan dan dimanfaatkan oleh pengguna.

The challenges facing the organization oriented profit and non profit currently is more complex. PT. Salestrade Corp. Indonesia is a national private company which is engaged in the electrical distributor of various companies in several countries in the world. However, in terms of administration, there is still much that needs to be improve, including in the case of handwritten work reports, attendance has not been recorded properly, there is no control regarding work in the field and there is no system that monitors employee performance. The implementation of this system is not effective and efficient. Therefore, a company needs a computerized system and requires a database to facilitate data storage and access data if needed at any time in order to produce useful information for the company. For that we need an application that functions to monitor employee performance and organize administration and company reports using an Android-based application. With this application it is hopefully that it can help make it easier for companies and employees to make work and attendance reports and make it easier for management to monitor employee performance so that administratively it becomes tidier.

The Indonesian Ombudsman is a State Institution tasked with overseeing public services based on Law Number 37 of 2008 concerning the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on this task, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia performs services in the form of receiving reports / complaints from the public regarding public services performed by service providers that must be resolved quickly and efficiently. To achieve this goal, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia must have an integrated Information System that can record and complete the report completion process. Taking into account the magnitude and complexity of the work in the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia, the Management Information System for Completion of this Report must be well planned and based on the data needed by each user. The Architecture of the Management Report Management Information System Completion of the Community Report was built using the enterprise architecture planning model approach, especially the TOGAF ADM method with the hope that the SIMPeL v3.0 blueprint can be the basis for the development of the Report Settlement Management Information System (SIMPeL v3.0) in the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.

South Tangerang is a city that has a culinary destination that is favored by many tourists. The difficulty of travelers in finding a place that is located in the alley or within a few tens of meters from the highway in South Tangerang need to be anticipated.. Application design the route of culinary tourism is an alternative that can minimize or even eliminate such difficulties. This research was conducted to develop an application created with the java programming language with the SDK and the application help of Google Maps API, and Location Based Service provides information on the geographical position of the place of food. The making of this app through several important stages, including requirements analysis, design, design implementation, and testing of the system are made.. Research and design of this application using the waterfall method and applying the algorithm of Dijkstra based on android. Use of this application is preceded by testing on the algorithm of Dijkstra and black box testing, so this app can be used properly. Based on the research that has been done, this application can be used to assist and facilitate tourists to find and to determine the shortest route to the location of the culinary tourism in the City of South Tangerang.

The writing of this paper aims to present visual mapping applications as an alternative to reduce billing productivity in PT. Indonesian Telecommunications. As for the background of this writing trying to find solutions to address constraints are not found that occur in the field. This is due to the increasing number of customers who use the internet in the region, especially Jakarta, in this case many customers who do not understand about the procedures of payment, due bills and internet disconnection, then there is a lot of arrears so that it becomes the duty of CTB (Caring Teritory Base) as the billing party, then it becomes a problem if the customer's address is incomplete, there is no information rt and rw , the name of the tower, as well as the floor of the building. It will be a concern for the company to reduce Revenue Loss due to unpaid bills, as well as not achieving the targets set by management to employees. The analysis method used by the author is Object Oriented Analysis. (OOA). OOA sees problems based on system user objects. With OOA can be created modeling system. The application of OOA in this study uses Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagram. The Unified Modelling Language (UML) diagrams that the authors use are the Use Case Diagram design of the Activity Diagram design, the Sequence Diagram design, and the Class Diagram design. Application development method or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that the author applied is waterfall method. Waterfall method has a special feature that is the entire development process is carried out in sequence starting from the stage of concept planning, modeling, development, testing and maintenance of the system. This analysis found that the existence of Find&Go application can help in overcoming arrears problems that occur in the company.

Digital sales system is now widely utilized by small and medium businesses so as to facilitate customers in ordering goods moreover the internet becomes the lifestyle of most people who want everything to be practical and fast. Pomegranate Building Shop is a building shop that is developing and engaged in the sale of building materials, where the processing of goods data is still done manually and the entire report of the bookkeeping system activities are still under construction. The obstacles that arise are the problem of time in which in doing bookkeeping or checking the goods data for too long and also the problem of controlling the stock of goods available is less so regularly in a good manner. Therefore the author designed the Web-based Building Materials Stock Information And Control System using the Php Mysql,Xampp and Laravel Framework. The data source obtained is through the primary data source and the data collection technique is done by observation, interview and documentation. It is expected that this system can facilitate pomegranate stores in running their business and gain profits amid a lot of competition.
