This research investigates the effect of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees working at one of the factories in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. The number of employees becomes the population is 404, and the total samples are 198, obtained by the Isaac and Michael formula and taken by simple random technique. Moreover, we utilize the survey and structural equation model based on covariance to receive the responses from the employees through questionnaires and analyze the proposed effects through hypothesis examination. To conclude, this research demonstrates that workplace spirituality is needed to enhance employees' organizational citizenship behavior level. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support does not. Based on this evidence, some implications are also discussed.

Usaha yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang membenahi akuntanbilitas dan transparansi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan cukup berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi publik di Kota Tangerang. Kecenderungan motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior diduga dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Dalam rangka menganalisis faktor-faktor tersebut, maka dikembangkanlah model penelitian yang dibentuk dari telaah pustaka. Model ini memiliki tiga hipotesis dengan empat variabel: motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja organisasi. Analisis data terhadap 115 individu yang telah berstatus pegawai tetap pada institusi publik.di Kota Tangerang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai alat analisis menggunakan program LISREL 8.8. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menghubungkan hasil penelitian dengan implikasi teoritis dan implikasi kebijakan manajemen Pemerintah Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Pelayanan Publik , Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Organisasi

The performance of the employees and productivity of each individual, in general, have been badly affected because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizational citizenship behavior is regarded as an interpretation of the performance of the employee which is essential to contribute more to the organization’s processes and success. Therefore, to increase the organizational effectiveness and achieve its goals, it is crucial to understand the factors affecting the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees. This study aims to examine the impact of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of employee engagement and affective commitment. To collect the data for this study, a linear snowball sampling method was used, and 380 foreign employees working in different service companies in Hungary participated in the survey. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study revealed that perceived organizational support positively associated with organizational citizenship behavior and this relationship is also strongly mediated by employee engagement. On the other hand, employee engagement and affective commitment pose a direct positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has theoretical and practical implications as it will provide a comprehensive framework to better understand the factors influencing the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees.

The era of globalization is a time when competition becomes increasingly tight, employees are required to be able to show extra work behavior that can exceed the expectations of the organization (extra role behavior). The existence of high initiative from employees is able to improve the effectiveness of an organization, while employees who have good organizational support will also form positive behavior as a form of reciprocal support to the organization. Through employee engagement is expected to strengthen the behavior of the organization's citizenship. In Indonesia is currently entering the era of demographic bonuses, the condition makes this research interesting to do in millennials. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of employee engagement in mediating perceived organizational support to the organizational citizenship behavior of 83 millennial employees of PT Tatalogam Lestari. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis techniques using SmartPLS were used in this study. The results of the analysis stated that there is an influence perceived organizational support, employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement is also proven to mediate the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This study found that the higher the perception of organizational support in employees, the higher the sense of attachment of employees with the organization, so as to encourage the occurrence of organizational citizenship behavior in employees.

This research aims to test the mediation of organizational citizenship behavior between rewards and recognition toward task performance and the mediation of perceived organizational support between feedbacks from job toward task performance. This research performed on SMEs craft employee in Kasongan, Bantul, with total of 114 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling only to employee with two years work experience and concurrently did not work as an owner. The result showed that organizational citizenship behavior did not mediate rewards and recognition toward task performance, but only perceived organizational support mediated between feedbacks from job toward task performance.

Organizational citizenship behavior is considered as one of the vital element needed in the organizational to increase organizational effectiveness and productivity. The present study aims to study the influence of organizational commitment and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior among marketing executives. The study is Ex post facto in nature and the sample consists of 113 Male marketing executives from the sales and Marketing department in a Retail Organization with more than one year experience. The age group ranges from 19-32. The tools used in study include Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Mowday, Porter & Steers, 1979), Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire (Rhoades & Eisenberger, 2002) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (Karunanidhi & Manimala, 2009). The statistical method used for the present study is Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation to find out the relationship among variables. Results of the study indicate that there is significant relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior; there is no significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and there is no significant relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. From the present study it is concluded that organizational commitment influence organizational citizenship behavior among marketing executives.
