ABSTRACT:Supply chain security is crucial to avoid risks such as delays in handling customs and theft. And the government is currently issuing a security certification program to reduce these risks. But the impact of this security certification on supply chain efficiency is not always understood. This study proposes to look at the outcomes of certification of security standards on supply chain efficiency. This research used the Partial Least Square method to assess the influence of security on efficiency. The results of this study conclude that the certification of security standards affects the efficiency of the supply chain. Therefore, it is hoped that more companies will join this security certification program.

Taxes are a source of state revenue used to finance government spending and development. One of the taxes that the government imposes on its people is income tax including income from dissability. Referring to the large number of persons with disabilities in Indonesia, indeed there should be no difference in the treatment of the fulfillment of rights between normal people and disabilities. Philosophically and constitutionally, based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, every citizen has a chance which is equally good in terms of work, accessing public facilities, get a decent life and livelihood, and so on. This is emphasized for the fulfillment of the rights of disabilities. Innovation of online accessibility for public services is one solution for disabilities taxpayers in Indonesia. SPT reporting via djponline one of them.  The presence of efilling intended for makes disability taxpayers easier to participate in carrying out their tax obligations as citizens, but there is contrast in the field often taxpayers with special needs have not felt much benefit from the existence of this technology, for this reason the researcher decides to examine whether e-filling can affect the increase in taxpayer knowledge among disabilities, 85 samples taken from disabilities SMes in Bandung West Java, The data is processed using the partial least square method and using a quantitative approach, result shown as much as 58.47% the existence of e-Filling enchance the tax knowledge of persons with disabilities and non significance impact the tax compliance, they argue that all it needs is advanced technology on a disability-friendly website..

The objective of this research was to test the impact of system financial and nonfinancial compensation, competency on the employee performance and on the motivation as intervening variable. The research used partial least square method for the hypotesis testing and produced 100 respondent for the sample by using nonprobability samples with the convinience method. The result of the research revealed that the system of financial and nonfinancial compensation have significance impacts on employee performance and motivation but the competency does not  significance impacts on employee performance and motivation. However, further result revealed that motivation have significance impacts on employee performance. In order to improve the employee performance, the training is a needed and should be conducted in accordance with the job position. Moreover, the fair compensation with the range not far from the employee expectation.

Along with the increase in the amount of village funds and the efforts to decrease the mismanagement carried out by the government, the Government strives to defend the WTP opinion by adapting local wisdom in managing finances. This study aims to analyze the variables of transparency and accountability based on the concept of pada gelahang in the village financial management. The research was a quantitative with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis tool and using PLS (Partial Least Square) method.  The sample of this study is 57 Village in Buleleng Regency. The results showed that transparency had an effect on the management of village finances (tcount >ttable = 3,501>1,960) and accountability had an effect on the management of village finances (tcount >ttable = 5,571>1,960). Thus, it is found that transparency and accountability based on the concept of pada gelahang have an effect on village financial management. The concept of the pada gelahang has the meaning of equality, togetherness and mutual assistance reflected in the financial management of the village that is transaparan and accountable.

The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the current competitiveness of small culinary businesses, especially in the implementation of entrepreneurial marketing and innovation. This study used a sample of 80 small culinary businesses in Medan City, Indonesia. The analysis using the partial least square method was used to test the constructed model that was built. The results of this study indicate that small culinary businesses organically understand and feel the benefits of entrepreneurial marketing and innovation in increasing competitiveness. However, the impact can still be accelerated by improvements through the intervention of policymakers.

The aim of this research was to investigate the impact of the intangible qualities of the universities on student satisfaction. To do this, we have collected data from 7 different major public and private universities of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. We have used 170 data to proposed further analysis. The partial least square method (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis. The results reveal that career opportunities and a friendly atmosphere are the main two elements that foster the reputation of the universities. The second interesting result of this research is that social activities impact the reputation of universities but not the friendly atmosphere while social activities impact a friendly atmosphere but not the reputation significantly. Finally, we have suggested the implications to the practitioners in the region.

Owing to the lack of research in emerging Asian nations, this research aimed to unearth the determinants of blockchain acceptance for supply chain financing by a Bangladeshi financing company called IPDC. Centred on a technology acceptance framework called UTAUT (unified theory of acceptance and use of technology) and open innovation research, an expanded model with a mediating variable is developed for this study. This research work employs the deductive inference method in conjunction with the positivism paradigm. A structural questionnaire was used to gather data, which were then processed through Smart-PLS (partial least square) for SEM (structural equation modeling). The survey includes all the people who are directly or indirectly involved in the supply chain financing platform of IPDC. The study consists of seven direct hypotheses and one mediating hypothesis. The results show that all the direct hypotheses except the impact of social influence on the behavioural intention to use (BINTU) blockchain are significant. The mediating hypothesis indicating the role of BINTU in the relationship between facilitating conditions (FCON) and the actual use of blockchain is also supported. FCON and BINTU together explain 88.7% variation in blockchain use behaviour for supply chain financing. The research advances past findings by employing an expanded UTAUT framework and validating observations with the other relevant studies throughout the world.
