The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Job Satisfaction in Plan A in one of the automotive parts and accessories manufacturing companies in Cimahi City, either partially or simultaneously. Considering that in the activities of industrial companies in this study, employees are required to achieve production targets with a predetermined processing time as an effort to meet company targets in order to achieve company goals. So, it is very necessary to have employee commitment in this research company. Descriptive verification is the method that researchers use. Primary data in this study were obtaind from the results of statements (questionnaires) which were distributed directly to 174 respondents, while secondary data were obtained from employee data in this study. SPSS v.25 software is used in this study to analyze multiple linear regression and to test hypotheses. The results obtained are that there is a partially significant effect of employee empowerment on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.523; Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on partial organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.627; Then on employee job satisfaction as the third independent variable found the results that have a partially significant effect on organizational commitment with a positive direction relationship of 0.063; Employee Empowerment, Emotional Intelligence, and employee job satisfaction can simultaneously affect organizational commitment. In addition, there are results obtained that this research is in the category of a fairly strong relationship with a positive correlation, so it can be concludeid that if the independent variables of employe empowerment, emotional intelligence, and employee job satisfaction are high, the organizational commitment is also higher.

Purpose The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) and servant leadership (SL) are two variables that have been essential for the organization leaders to ensure a healthy and happy work–life for their subordinates. The purpose of this study to be conducted was for leaders understand the role EI and SL play in maintaining employee job satisfaction and help them to create engaging environment and bring effectiveness in the work productivity of the assets. Design/methodology/approach Quantitative method was used and a total of 150 people were taken as a sample which consisted of several leaders and their subordinates and an emotional intelligence questionnaire by NHS and SL: multidimensional questionnaire was floated to rate the leaders EI and SL behavior comparing it with the leaders self-rating. The result was analyzed using SPSS, Pearson correlation and regression was used to understand the significance level and reliability of all the independent and dependent variables, respectively. Findings Through correlation and regression, it was found that presence of EI and SL style in a leader plays a huge role in employee job satisfaction. It was also found that EI and SL are the substantial predictor which have positive impact over employee job satisfaction. Originality/value The outcome of the study will help the leaders understand the significance that the EI and SL have in their role to maintain employee job satisfaction, as well as the training and development measures for leaders.

This study explain about the effect employee engagement and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment where job satisfaction is used as mediation variable. The method used in this study is case study on employee of Islamic education institution in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were administered to 100 employees from the management level to the staff level as the respondent. The analysis PLS (Partial Least Square) were used in this study. The results showed that Employee Engagement has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence has significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results also showed that Job Satisfaction and Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect to organizational commitment, Employee Engagement has significant effect on organizational commitment. And the result showed that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate between Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment, also cannot mediate Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Commitment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction
