The Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction to be part of the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable partially and simultaneously. This study also aimed to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable directly and indirectly. This study was conducted to 77 respondents employees of PT. Madu Baru, Yogyakarta. The research method used is quantitative method uses statistical analysis and descriptive. The results of this study are (1) there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (2) there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on employee job satisfaction. (3) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on job satisfaction. (4) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence on employee performance. (5) There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (6) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. (7) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (8) There is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. (9) There is the indirect influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Abstract: The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of intellectual and spiritual intelligence on the performance through motivation and job satisfaction at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jember. This study included explanatory research with quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the KPP Pratama Jember number 102 employeesThe variables of this research were the intellectual, spiritual intelligence, motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The results showed that the Intelligence intellectual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction of employees KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual acumen has no significant effect on employee performance KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee performance KPP Jember. Motivation effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of emotional quotient on work performance, and the effect of spiritual quotient on work performance at BPMPPT of Jambi City. Using 68 employees as respondent, the data were collected by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis show that overall emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence employee BPMPPT Jambi city is at a high level of quotient. While employee performance BPMPPT Jambi city is at a level of performance was enough. The statistical analysis shows that partially and simultantly emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has significant and positive effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The theory used in this study refers to the opinions of Hasibuan, Wexley and Yulk and difficult. There is an influence of work discipline, coordination, and communication on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method through questionnaires, with a population of 188 and the sample is 65 respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of research using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 shows that there is no significant influence there is a significant influence on work discipline, the joint coordination and communication on employee performance at Curug Flight Facility Calibration Center of Tangerang Indonesia at 71.6% and the remaining 28.4% which affect the performance of employees but not examined.

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with teacher job satisfaction. This study uses a survey method with correlational techniques. The population of the study was the teachers of SDN in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City with a sample of 150 people. The instrument used for data collection is a number of written questions with 4 variations of answer choices. The instrument item validation was tested using product moment correlation, while the instrument reliability test was calculated using the Alpha Conhbach formula. The results showed that (1) there was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City. (2). There is a very strong relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City. (3). There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence together with job satisfaction of State Elementary School teachers in Dumai Barat District, Dumai City. The results of this study are expected to be useful for improving work stress, emotional intelligence and personality of State Elementary School teachers in West Dumai District, Dumai City. The conclusion of this study shows that job satisfaction can be reduced through increasing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence either alone or together.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know and examine whether their effect compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan-Sidoarjo.</p><p>This type of research in this study is an explanatory research and research using quantitative approach with the survey method. This study will determine the effect of pre-defined variables that explain the effect of compensation, motivation and work discipline and employee performance on office PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at the office of PT. Source Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Gedangan Sidoarjo. Total population in this study is as many as 400 people. Samples taken as many as 80 people, based on the Slovin formula with techniques proportional stratified random sampling procedure. Data collection techniques with survey method were using a questionnaire. Instruments used in collecting the data must meet two requirements, namely the validity and reliability. And the results are all valid and reliable. So that the instrument can be used in research methods analysis in this research is the analysis of descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was using the Linear Regression Analysis.</p>This research result significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on job satisfaction with compensation and motivation significance value of 0.000 &gt; 0.05 and a significance value of 0.019 job satisfaction. This case shows that both variables expressed Ho rejected. It can be concluded that there is significant influence compensation, motivation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in PT. The performance of educational staff becomes an important element in the institution. Based on the previous research, it can be concluded that the level of user satisfaction either from students (external) or from employees within Unsoed (Internal) categorized at the level of quite satisfied. Therefore, more efforts need to be done in order to improve the performance of educational staff. The research model using analysis with the following hypotheses, H1: Financial compensation has positive effect on employee satisfaction, H2: Promotion has positive effect on employee satisfaction, H3: Financial compensation has positive effect on employee performance, H4: Promotion has positive effect on performance employees, and H5: job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance. This research was conducted in Jenderal Soedirman University (Unsoed), using quantitative methods. The research target was all education personnel in all unit in Unsoed with a total sample of 256 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using statistical analysis. The result from the statistical analysis showed that the financial compensation was in a good category. Financial compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction that is equal to 0.578. The promotion has been perceived as a good thing by the employees, and promotion has a significant influence on job satisfaction statistically which is equal to 0.545. Financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.845. The promotion has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.680, statistically. The employees experienced a good job satisfaction, which encourages them to work better. Statistically, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.730. The influence of financial compensation to the employees' performance was increased from 49.9 percent to 69.5 after job satisfaction variables included as mediating variable. The result of Sobel test confirmed that job satisfaction was capable to mediate the influence of financial compensation to the employee performance, significantly. The influence of promotion to employee performance was increased from 42 percent to 64.7 percent after included job satisfaction as mediating variable. Sobel test showed that that job satisfaction was capable to mediate the influence of promotion to employee performance, significantly.

The objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the numeracy ability of group A RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang, The research method used in the purpose of this study in the Quantitative method with the type of research being Experimental Research, population and sample of 27 children, the research instrument in the form of a checklist in order determine to fint out the numeracy ability of group A in RA Al Khodijah through APE Montessori Manic Math and documentation in the formof photos of children during the learning process, while assessment instrument uses ratting scale which is used for raw data in the form of numbers and more flexible to measure the kegia process.tan in a learning with observation method then the collected data is calculated as the total value. Data analysis techniques used are non parametric statistical analysis techniques using t-test for small correlated samples. The value of Z = -4.324 and the Asymp value Sig (tailed) 0, and Sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.01 then Ha is accepted, it means there is a very significant influence so concluded there is a very significant effect of APE Montessori Manic Math on the ability to count group A in RA Al Khodijah Brudu Sumobito Jombang.

 Customer satisfaction is related to the performance of employees, and employee performance is closely related to employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee job satisfaction on patient satisfaction at the Panti Waluya Sawahan Hospital in Malang. The research method is to conduct a study on secondary data on employee job satisfaction from the results of the survey using a questionnaire to all employees, as many as 507 people in October 2019. The study of the survey results shows that the percentage of employees who said they were satisfied in the 6 aspects of employee job satisfaction was the lowest satisfied with the solution to complaints and most satisfied with the training opportunity. To increase employee job satisfaction, training activities, organizational culture, and self-efficacy should be improved

This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and job stress at PT. Padang Broad Bay. The method of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires. The sample was 144 respondents and the analytical method used was regression analysis and correlation analysis. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the equation Ŷ = 21.790 + 0.256X1 + 0.615X2 - 0.482X3 is obtained. There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction (X1) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 3.697 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Then there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence (X2) on employee performance (Y), with a tcount of 8.426 or a significantly smaller level than alpha (0,000 <0.05). Furthermore, there is a negative and significant effect between work stress (X3) on employee performance (Y), with t -3,697 or a significant level smaller than alpha (0,000> 0.05). Finally there is a significant influence between job satisfaction (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and work stress (X3) together on employee performance (Y) there is also a strong relationship between each of these variables with a fcount of 75,486 or a significantly smaller level from alpha (0,000 <0.05).

Employee performance is one of the most important things to achieve company goals. With employee performance, company optimization can be realized. PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa's performance in 2019 experienced a decline in revenue so that the profit target generated was not maximized. In order to improve employee performance, the company must design a strategy to retain potential employees. One of them is the application of a talent management and knowledge management. The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance through employee retention as intervening variable at PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa Divre I Medan. The research used descriptive quantitative approach and explanatory research method. The population in this research are permanent employees as many as 74 respondents, taken by using saturated sample with census sampling technique. The method in analyzing the data is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with using path analysis and Sobel test to test the significance of the intervening variable. The result of the research showed that talent management had positive and significant influence on employee retention, knowledge management had positive and significant influence on employee retention, employee retention had positive and significant influence on employee performance, talent management had positive and significant influence on employee performance, knowledge management had positive and significant influence on employee performance, talent management had positive and significant on employee performance through employee retention, and knowledge management had positive and significant on employee performance through employee retention. Knowledge management most dominantly affects employee retention and employee retention most dominantly affects employee performance.
