The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT Angkasa Pura Hotel, In-Flight Catering, Tuban. The number of samples taken were 89 employees, using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis using classical assumption test, path path analysis, sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Efforts to increase employees' sense of organizational commitment, organizations should be able to provide support to their employees because the higher the support given to employees, the higher the job satisfaction felt by employees. This study aims to examine the predictors and consequences of a fair psychology contract. There are relationships between the degree of reciprocal trust and fair psychological contracts, reward mechanisms for fair psychology contracts, assessment of actual performance to a psychological contract of justice, intrinsic motivation to equitable psychology contracts, equitable psychological contracts on job satisfaction and Intrinsic motivation and Job satisfaction. The population of this study is 205 staff at Perum Damri Regional Division II and data was collected using a purposive sampling technique. The criteria of the respondents chosen were staff or employees who had worked in Damri's general company for at least 1 year. Data analysis techniques in research using software smart PLS 2.0 M3. This study contains 6 hypotheses and from the research, the results of reciprocal degrees of trust influence the fair psychology contract, but the progressive reward mechanism, the assessment of actual performance and intrinsic motivation have no effect. While fair psychology contracts and intrinsic motivation affect employee job satisfaction.

Organizational climate and high job satisfaction can increase employee organizational commitment which greatly affects the achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediator for employees of The Sankara Resort And Spa Ubud. The study population are 62 people using the saturated sample method. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results show organizational climate a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational climate a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work leadership on organizational commitment to improve employee performance through both direct and indirect influence and to determine the effect of organizational commitment at PT Niki Mapan Surabaya. As many as 102 employees of PT Niki Mapan Surabaya as research samples. Analysis techniques used were path analysis, t-test statistics and F-test statistics. Data analysis was performed with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the leadership style and breadth of work affect the organizational commitment and employee performance, and organizational commitment affects the performance of employees of PT. Niki Mapam Surabaya.

Background – Employee job satisfaction becomes a matter that must be considered for the success and success of the company. There are factors that can affect job satisfaction, namely factors in workers and work factors including organizational commitment, job characteristics, and work motivation. Aim – This study aims to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of organizational commitment, job characteristics, and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pertamina RU IV (Persero) Cilacap. Design / methodology / approach – The research method uses quantitative by using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 123 people, which included Maintenance Execution employees of PT. Pertamina RU IV (Persero) Cilacap. Findings – The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by organizational commitment through intervening variables of work motivation; job characteristics; and work motivation. Research implication – The results of the study can be used as a company reference in paying attention to organizational commitment, job characteristics, work motivation, and job satisfaction to achieve organizational goals that are effective and efficient.  Limitations – Limitations of this study on the number of variables used to predict job satisfaction are limited simultaneously at 66.4%, so that it can use other variables that can provide a greater influence on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study are (1) To explain the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, (2) To explain the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention, (3) To explain the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (4) To explain the mediating role of organizational commitment the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The population of this research is the employees of PT Cipta Nirwana. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a total sample of 47 respondents. The analysis technique used is the path analysis technique (path analysis). This study proves that (1) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (4) organizational commitment partially mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The high employees turnover at PT. BRI Syariah shows low job satisfaction and organizational commitment and high desire to change jobs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intentions directly or indirectly. Quantitative methods are used in this study. The population is employees at PT. BRI Syariah of Malang Branch with 50 people. The sampling technique used was census sampling with sample size of 50 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and path analysis. The results of the study indicated that there is negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions, positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, negative and significant effect of organizational commitment on turnover intentions, and negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions indirectly through organizational commitment.
