In this article discusses the Administration of School and Community Relations. School and Community Relations Administration. Teachers are an important key in husemas activities in secondary schools. The community here can be in the form of parents of students, agencies, organizations, both public and private. One reason schools need help from the community where schools are because schools must be funded.

This article discusess the relationship between schools and the community. This article was made using the literature review system method, in which the author collects information on the administration of school relations with the community from various sources such as journal, the internet and others. School relations with the community is a means that very instrumental in fostering and developing the personal growth of student in schools. Schools and commuities have a very effective and efficient relationship. Instead the school must also support the achievment of goals or fulfillment of the community, especially educational needs. Administration of school and community relations is a process of communication between the school and the community to increase community understanding of educational needs and activities and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. Husemas is a process of communication between schools and the community to increase community understanding of the needs and activities of education and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. The definition above contains several important elements, namely: the community, the community needs to participate in the development of schools and to increase participation requires good cooperation, through efficient two-way communication. School and community relations administration principles are Integrity, Continuity, Simplicity, Coverage, Constructiveness and Adaptability. While oral techniques include home visits, parent calls, meetings, demonstration techniques, electronic engineering. This article aims to describe the understanding, principles and techniques, as well as the process of school and community relations administration, and also the role of school personnel in the administration of school and community relations. In this article, the author uses the method of studying literature by collecting literature (materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of administration of school and community relations and then concludes all the material or material obtained by developing it in the form new knowledge or insight. Administration of school and community relations is a process of communication between the school and the community to increase community understanding of the needs and educational activities and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. The principles of administration of school and community relations are grouped into five forms, namely: simplicity, continuity, coverage, integrity, constructiveness, and adaptability. While the techniques of administration of school and community relations are written, oral, demonstration, electronic, and collaboration. And the process in the administration of school and community relations is divided into three, namely the preparation of programs, implementation / organization and supervision.
