Husemas is a process of communication between schools and the community to increase community understanding of the needs and activities of education and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. The definition above contains several important elements, namely: the community, the community needs to participate in the development of schools and to increase participation requires good cooperation, through efficient two-way communication. School and community relations administration principles are Integrity, Continuity, Simplicity, Coverage, Constructiveness and Adaptability. School and community relations administration techniques are written techniques and oral techniques where written techniques include small booklets at the beginning of the school year, pamphlets, news of student activities, Good news notes, Booklet on how to guide children. While oral techniques include home visits, parent calls, meetings, demonstration techniques, electronic engineering. School and community relations administration processes, namely program preparation, implementation / organization and supervision. Where the teacher is an important key in Husemas activities in secondary schools. There are a number of things that teachers can do in their husemas activities, namely: Assisting schools in implementing Husemas techniques, Making themselves better in society and In carrying out all these, teachers must implement their code of ethics (teacher's code of ethics)

The purpose of writing this article is to find out what is the administration of school and community relations. The principles of administration of school and community relations include, namely, integrity, continuity, simplicity, coverage, constructiveness and adaptability. School and community relations techniques are written and oral techniques. The role of school personnel in the administration of school and community relations including, assisting schools in implementing Husemas techniques, making individuals better in the community and in carrying out all of this the teacher must implement the code of ethics. Administration of school and community relations is part of studying education administration and supervision. School is a formal educational institution, which can educate students in the supervision of an educator. One of the principles used is integrity, which means that all activities related to schools and communities must be conveyed clear information. This article is arranged systematically by gathering the study material in advance contained in book, journal and articles. The role of the teacher is very necessary in the implementation of community and school relations.
