During the COVID-19 era, companies must be able to adapt with changing business trends. Like adopting a digital platform, implementation of good corporate governance, analyze threat and take advantage of opportunities. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that aims to increase the contribution of Medium, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to Indonesian economic. The results of the research show that credit, training, and mentoring programs haven’t been able to raise small and medium enterprises, but still trying to increase the literacy index and financial inclusion to accelerate income distribution in Indonesia.

A new business platform is a must for companies that are disrupting new media technology, especially during the Covid19 era. However, many incumbent companies are less able to keep up with changing business trends. The qualitative method used in this research is a case study approach. The analysis focuses on efforts to raise Medium, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that contribute to improving the Indonesian economy. The findings show that credit, training, and mentoring programs have not been able to strengthen their position in small and medium enterprises but they are still working to increase the literacy index and financial inclusion to accelerate income distribution in Indonesia.

Companies that are disrupting new media technology, especially during this Covid 19 era must have a new business platform. However, there are many incumbent companies that are less able to keep up. This study used a qualitative method, a case study approach. The analysis focuses on efforts to raise Medium, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that contribute to improving the Indonesian economy. The findings show that their position in small and medium enterprises doesn’t get strengthen by credit, training and mentoring programs. But to accelerate income distribution in Indonesia, They are still working to increase the literacy index and financial inclusion.

Purpose of the study: This study aims to develop an honesty model of education in a school, especially to convey the stages, facilities, and infrastructure needed to carry out honesty education in a school. Methodology: This study used a qualitative method in a case study approach. Data collection was conducted in five ways, namely direct observation, observer as a participant, interviews, documentation, Soft and physical Devices The numbers of the participant were 29 teachers and 40 students. Activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and continuously and are holistic in nature. Therefore data analysis this study uses 3 steps to analyze research data. first, data reduction. Second, display data, the third is conclusion drawing or verification. Main Findings: The results of this research show that honesty culture can be implemented with a strong school system and with stages clearly. Applications of this study: This study can be useful in moral education or character building for students in a school Novelty/Originality of this study: The process of implementing honesty culture takes place through 4 stages. The first is protection, the second introduction, the third habituation inside and outside the classroom, and the fourth celebrations. The school compiles programs, policies and provides facilities and infrastructure that are oriented to the formation of an honesty culture for students and for all school members.

This research aims to design the principles of Good Corporate Governance in the bottled mineral water manufacturing company CV. XYZ. This company is a purely family company, which is one hundred percent family owned. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection using interviews and documentation. Researchers interviewed the passive committee, directors, deputy directors, and Ciputra University lecturers as experts. After getting the data through interviews, the data were analyzed by examining data from various sources, after which the data was reduced, categorized, data validity and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation. The result of this research shows that the company has indirectly implemented the concept of Good Corporate Governance such as transparency, responsibility, independence, and fairness. However, only the principle of Accountability has not been implemented, because the company has so far not had a clear organizational structure and no formal written policies and SOPs.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia have an increasing number from year to year. Starting from 2012 to 2017 the development of MSME reached 13.98 percent. percentage in 2017, MSME have reached the number of 62,922,617 units in various regions in Indonesia, of course the number is much larger than the large businesses that only amounted to 5,460 units. Largest amount was donated by micro businesses as much as 62 million (98.7 percent), with small and medium enterprises amounting to 815 thousand units or only 1.3 percent. Sumber Kembar village is also a contributor to the unit. but still have difficulty in implementing the right marketing strategy. Research aims to know the implementation of marketing strategies in an effort to increase the sales turnover of MSME Sumber Kembar village and as an education on the impact caused. type of research method used qualitatively with case study approach. MSME in the village use offline steps in a product marketing that makes their turnover small and the business difficult to develop. if the MSME in Sumber Kembar village do not follow the development of technology, then they will be difficult to compete with other competitors who have advanced.

. In the current millennial era, Small and Medium Enterprises were popular these days in the society and then the economy in Colomadu sub-district was on the position that is not fine. This research has a purpose to gave a big impact for Colomadu sub-district economy enhancement with the existence of Small and Medium Enterprises as it’s medium. Other than that, the existence of Small and Medium Enterprises will giving a lot of employment that later can reduce the number of unemployed. This research was using descriptive qualitative with a case study approach and use data collection in a way using random sampling data collection by examining 3 Small and Medium Enterprises in Colomadu sub-district. The results that the writer expect was the occurance of decrease in number unemployed which will result in an increase in the quality of human resource. Other than that, the writer also want a enhancement of the economy in Colomadu sub-district be better than before. The implication of this research was by starting the emergence of many Small and Medium Enterprises, eliminate he proglem of job shortages and keep the economy of Colomadu sub-district from an unfavorable position.
