The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variations and service quality to repurchase intention. This research uses a quantitative method with 92 respondents of TB Triguna customers, this research uses a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are using a questionnaire and data analysis used is using SmartPLS (SEM). The analysis technique used is the path analysis test with the aim to find out how much influence customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variation and service quality variables on repurchase intention. The results showed that product variation and service quality significantly influenced repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction. With each p-value < 0.05 so that the five hypotheses are accepted and indicate that the variable repurchase intention and customer satisfaction can be explained by variable variations in product and overall service quality by 89.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model this is 10.3%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of networking, online sales, offline sales, and training on the trust of members of the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative. This research is important because optimal member trust can be influenced by Networking, online sales, offline sales, and training at Koperasi Karya Utama Sejati. The sample in this study were all members of the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative, totaling 58 people. The research design used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach with an emphasis on theory testing through measurement of research variables through distributing research questionnaires. The analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The results showed that the networking variables had an effect on member trust, online sales had an effect on member trust, offline sales had an effect on member trust and training had an effect on the trust of members of the Karya Utama Sejati Cooperative and there was a simultaneous influence on networking, online sales, offline sales and training on trust members of the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative. The advice that can be given to the Karya Utama Sejati cooperative is to improve networking, online sales, offline sales, and training to maximize the trust of cooperative members and achieve the vision and mission of the cooperative.

Leadership is an important aspect of an organization or company. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of work motivation as an intervening variable between autocratic leadership and transformational leadership on employee performance in the family business (study at PT. Andalan Medika Sejahtera Abadi). Respondents in this study were 55 people, all of whom were employees of PT. Andalan Medika Sejahtera Abadi, using quantitative methods and path analysis. In this study, it was found that all variables have a significant and positive effect. However, the relationship between autocratic leadership and motivation has a higher value. The results of this study are unique because they use different subjects from previous studies, namely family business companies.

CV Alaf Denida is a local wood-processing company located in Babat, Lamongan, East Java. CV Alaf Denida started their business in 2013 focused on fabrication in processing of sengon (albasia) into bare core as main material for blockboard production. The factory located in Desa Dradah Blumbang. Kecamatan Kedungpring, Kabupaten Lamongan. This research aims to make a design production development strategies at CV Alaf Denida by identifying internal and external factor of the company, analyzing alternative strategies of production development and recommending priority strategies which is used by CV Alaf Denida in developing the products. The research metode is a qualitative method with an intrinsic case study approach. The collecting data method used in this research done with observasion process, interview, and documentation. Analysis tools used for analyzing the data are IFE, EFE, SWOT, and QSPM matrix for showing the priority strategies. The validity test of this research using researcher triangulation, method, and resource data.

The aims of this study to analyze the effect of job characteristics (X1), compensation (X2) and religiosity (X3) on employee loyalty (Y) Tabassam Farm Mojokerto. Job characteristics have five indicators, namely job skills, task identity, task significance, task autonomy, and task feedback. Compensation has six indicators, namely salary, incentives, bonuses, allowances, insurance, and non- financial rewards. Religiosity has five indicators, namely ideology, practice, experience, knowledge and application. Employee loyalty has four indicators, namely obedience, responsibility, dedication, and integrity. The population of this research is Tabassam Farm employees who have worked for more than two years.This research sample of 73 people. The hypothesis used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are job characteristics (X1) and religiosity (X3) have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee loyalty, while the compensation variable (X2) has a simultaneous but not partial effect on employee loyalty. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study is 64.4% which indicates that employee loyalty is influenced by job characteristics, compensation, and religiosity, while the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Mie Soponyono Manufacturer is a company engaged in the food and beverage sector, which is precisely producing wet noodles and dumpling skin. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of product influence, service quality and completeness on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were subscribers of the Mie Soponyono producers. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction, service quality affects customer satisfaction and product completeness affects customer satisfaction. Variables of product quality, service quality, and product completeness contributed to customer satisfaction by 70%, while the rest could be built by other variables.

Ud. Indonature is a company engaged in furniture, especially coffee table located on the island of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Furniture made of solid wood such as Teak and Trembesi wood. In recent years there has been a decrease in the company’s turnover therefore it takes product innovation to increase sales. With the need to develop coffee table furniture products more clearly, researchers decided to conduct research on Attribute Analysis that Becomes Consumer Preferences in Choosing Indonature Table Furniture Products. This study aims to find out and analyze the combination of attributes that become consumer preferences in purchasing Indonature coffee table products and to know and analyze the most important coffee table attributes for Indonature consumers. The problem formulation in this study is, firstly, what combination of attributes are the consumer preference in buying coffee table into nature products and the second is what are the most important attributes of coffee table products for indonature consumers. The results of conjoin analysis showed that the most preferred and most important combination according to consumers is made of trembesi wood material with arch form, has a natural wood finishing and rustic design.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and reward systems on organizational commitment and employee performance. The subjects in this study were employees in manager level, namely IPOMS (Indonesian Production and Operation Management Society) with 119 respondents. The data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires using an interval scale of 1 to 7 and using data analysis methods Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS). The result showed that there is no significant relationship between work stress and organizational commitment, there is a significant relationship and positive between reward system and organizational commitment, there is no significant relationship between work stress and employee performance, there is no significant relationship between reward system and organizational commitment, there is a significant relationship and positive between organizational commitment and employee performance.

The high growth of the textile industry in Indonesia and advances in the textile sector have led to the emergence of many small and medium industries in the textile sector and textile production. The large number of garment industries that have sprung up has led to increasingly fierce competition in the garment industry. The independent variables in this study are product quality (X1), Price (X2), Location (X3), and Promotion (X4). The theory used in this research is marketing management theory. The dependent variable in this study is purchase intention (Y1). This study was conducted to determine the effect of four independent variables on convection buying interest. The object of this research is the garment industry between Surabaya and Gresik. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 384 respondents. Research respondents came from a sample that has been determined using the purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed online, to be analyzed using the SPSS data processing application with multiple linear regression analysis equation models. The results showed that all independent variables had an effect on the dependent variable. Garment vendor Dira Ashesh is expected to improve product quality, price, location, and promotion to increase consumer buying interest.

Make-up artist services is one of the businesses that lately is growing rapidly and has considerable growth potential. Marketing services such as make-up artist, running optimally when supported by structured planning It includes activities in the marketing mix of services that begin from identifying products as consumer needs that will be met, determining prices, promotional activities to be carried out, locations to market products to consumers, assigning people involved in business activities, as well as organizing processes to be used in business activities and also physical evidence. So the purpose of this research researchers want to find out more about public relations and prices can influence consumer buying interest in make-up artist services. This research is a quantitative research with the consumer population of women who have used the services of make-up artists in the city of Surabaya with an infinite number of population using Cosenza &amp; Davis so that using 385 respondents with the criteria that is prospective consumers AP Make-up Artist female gender with a range of age 15-49 years and residents of Surabaya. The conclusion of this research is public relations factor and price influence on consumer purchasing interest in make-up artist services.
