Credit assessment is a method used by banks or other financial institutions that are useful to determine whether a prospective debtor is feasible or not get a loan. The way is to collect customer data taken from the application data customer lending other than by using a statistical program that contains a history of loan among other things on how the payment cycle is billing the customer, if the customer pays bills on time or not, how many credits are still in progress. This assessment helps the banks to analyze credit applications besides other qualitative factors. If the customer has a problem in the smooth payment, the information will be known by funders. Profile Matching is the decision support system method to rank the client feasibility. It can assess based on particular parameters given. There are several parameters to be considered. It helps banks or other financial agents to pass the client borrowing money.

College students often select their major concentration area wrongly due to thoughtless considerations such as following their close classmates' choice. This may cause losses in time, effort, cost, and also mental energy. The research proposes a decision support system for selecting students' major concentration areas to solve students' problems in determining their study interest in informatics engineering. Profile Matching Method was chosen since it can sort out suitable study interest with students' criteria weight. The web-based decision support system was implemented using HTML, pure PHP programming languages with MySQL as its database. Boostrap and Javascript were added to enhance the web display; all application data will be saved in the hosting provider's web server. The application testing was done to 10 students as respondents in usability testing using Standardized Universal Percentile Rank-Questionnaire (SUPR-Q) for users and admins and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The conclusion was 70% compatibility of the students' major concentration area and the system's recommendation.

The permanent customer is a person who saves or saves his money in a mega Islamic bank and often deals regularly. AbstrakMemilih pemasok  yang  tepat atau vendor diantara pemasok  yang  ada  adalah  isu  penting  bagi  top manajemen. Proses penentuan vendor pada PT. Gema Graha Sarana dilakukan secara manual, yang diawali dengan pengumpulan informasi melalui presentasi dari setiap calon vendor. Setelah itu dilakukan rapat pimpinan untuk membahas tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing vendor. Rapat pimpinan perusahaan menggunakan sistem votting sehingga cara tersebut dinilai masih kurang objektif dan tidak menutup kemungkinan penilaian dilakukan secara subjektif. Saat ini sudah berkembang pesat teknologi dalam segala bidang salah satunya teknologi dalam penentuan pengambilan keputusan, oleh karena itu untuk membantu dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah  pendekatan dengan menggunakan sebuah metode sistem pendukung keputusan salah satu nya dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching dengan tahapan yaitu menentukan kriteria, perhitungan pemetaan gap, melakukan pembobotan, perhitungan core factor dan secondary factor, perhitungan nilai total, dan perhitungan untuk menentukan perangkingan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan vendor  yang cocok agar mampu menyediakan layanan jasa maintenance server dan jaringan sesuai kebutuhan. Sehingga dari tahapan-tahapan tersebut diperoleh sebuah hasil keputusan untuk memilih vendor yang akan diajak kerja sama dalam melakukan pekerjaan maintenance server dan jaringan dengan memilih PT. Proses seleksi beasiswa bidikmisi secara manual, mulai dari pengajuan formulir sampai penetuan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa semua dikerjakan secara manual sehingga pada proses pemberian bantuan pendidikan kepada mahasiswa terkdang tidak objektif karena banyaknya minat mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun yang mengajukan permohonan beasiswa bidikmisi, keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki kerap menyulitkan tim dalam menentukan mahasiswa yang tepat untuk menerima beasiswa. Diperlukan sebuah SPK yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan tim dan dapat membantu memperoleh penerima beasiswa secara objektif. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang diusulkan dengan menggunakan metode profile matching dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria seperti potensi akademik, ekonomi keluarga, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, kelengkapan berkas, dan transportasi ke kampus. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan pada sistem jika nilai core factor (CF) sebesar 65% dan secondary factor sebesar 35%, maka dari data yang ada terdapat lima orang yang berhak memperoleh beasiswa menurut rangking satu sampai lima yaitu M03, M09, M06, M07, dan M08. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan sebanyak 84% responden menjawab positif terhadap hasil sistem pendukung keputusan karena dapat membantu mereka untuk menjalakan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai tim seleksi. Kata kunci— Profile_Matching; Beasiswa; SPK; BidikmisiThe manual selection process for Bidikmisi scholarships, starting from submitting forms to determining scholarship recipients, is all done manually so that the process of providing educational assistance to students is sometimes not objective because of the high interest of students who apply for Bidikmisi scholarships from year to year. makes it difficult for the team to determine the right student to receive the scholarship. A DSS is needed that can facilitate the team and can help objectively obtain scholarship recipients. The proposed decision support system uses the profile matching method by considering several criteria such as academic potential, family economy, number of dependents of parents, completeness of files, and transportation to campus. This research produces a decision support system and based on the data entered in the system if the core factor (CF) value is 65% and the secondary factor is 35%, then from the existing data, five people are entitled to receive scholarships according to rank one to five, namely M03, M09, M06, M07, and M08. From the tests carried out, 84% of respondents answered positively to the results of the decision support system because it can help them carry out their duties and responsibilities as a selection team.Keywords— Profile Matching; scholarships; DSS; Bidikmisi

Penilaian kinerja staff merupakan proses penilaian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui staff yang berkualitas dan berdedikasi tinggi. Manajer memiliki pemasalahan untuk bisa mengevaluasi atas kinerja staff pada sebuah acara yang bertema “Change Agent” dan staff terbaik diberi nama “Best Agent”. Dikarenakan sistem penilaian secara manual dengan mengisi form nilai kemudian dijumlahkan dan diperoleh rata-ratanya. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan “Best Agent” metode Profile Matching merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang dirancang untuk memberikan sebuah alternatif keputusan yang akurat didasarkan pada data terkini dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja staff dan harapan besarnya adalah terbangunnya peningkatan kinerja yang baik sehingga meningkatkan kualitas SDM dan membawa nama baik institusi. Oil palm plants are plantation crops that are cultivated and require intensive care, oil palm seeds are a major factor in the success of oil palm plantation cultivation. Quality palm oil seedlings will provide satisfactory yields, oil palm seedlings should be obtained with superior seed selection and good maintenance, in nurseries carried out by following the existing stages, oil palm plantations are long-term business and maintenance of oil palm seeds must be be considered and managed with incentives to ensure optimal production and business results in the future. This study aims to determine quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bah Jambi Plantation. In the nursery is carried out by following the existing stage, this research uses Decision Support System (SPK) Profile Matching method. This method can be used to solve semi-structured problems by calculating consistency using the Profile Matching method, if consistent values are generated consistently can be used as a reference for ranking quality oil palm seeds in PTPN IV Bahjambi Plantation. For the results of the research it can be produced that it is easier to recommend oil palm seedlings and be an input to the plantation in recommending the best oil palm seeds.Keywords: Palm oil seeds, Decision Support System, Profile Matching

At present, investment is well known in Indonesian society, investment awareness by the public has begun to increase along with the existence of several investment instruments that are widely offered by bank financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions, as well as various types of investment options on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. According to Sophar Lumbantoruan (1996), the notion of investment is equity participation in other companies. One form of investment known to the general public is shares traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Investing always considers the results and risks that will be faced by Investors. Not all investors understand the theory of investing in stocks, especially in selecting shares in a portfolio in order to produce a certain rate of return with minimal risk. This study aims to find a decision support system (DSS) based on Financial Technology that will provide information related to stock recommendations that should be bought by investors. Stock Selection in this study are shares of listed companies listed on the Kompas 100 Index, the Analysis Technique used in this study is the Single Index Model. This research can produce recommendations for investors to buy shares in a portfolio that will provide certain benefits with minimal risk.
