PT. Asri Jaya had difficulty in selecting the best rubber plant seeds, both for direct planting in the plantations and recommending them to be marketed to rubber plantation companies, because the types of rubber plant seeds in the company had many varieties and varied as well as different ages of seeds. -different such as BPM seeds, IRR seeds, IRC, rubber frame seeds, GT (Gondang Tapen), PB seeds (Prang Besar), and so on. The alternatives used in this research are types of rubber plant seeds, namely BPM seeds (Balai/Pusat Perkebunan Medan, IRR (Indonesian Rubber Research) rubber seeds), IRC rubber seeds (Institute Research of Ceylon), frame rubber seeds, GT rubber seeds (Gondang Tapen) and PB (Prang Besar) rubber seedlings. The criteria used in this study were umbrella shape, petiole position, petiole shape, leaf color, leaf shape, leaf bone, leaf thickness, stem height, and seedling age. which is built using the programming language used in making the system is PHP with MySQL database. To calculate the total value, it must first determine the percentage of core factore and secondary factore. In this case the core factore is determined with a percentage value of 60% considering the main factor is an the most dominant aspect or criteria for assessing the selection of rubber plant seeds, the percentage value is greater than the pe value the percentage for the secondary factor is 40%.

AbstractAs Russia’s agri-food exports have increased in recent years, the role of food exports has evolved from being negligible at the beginning of the 2000s to almost 30 percent of agricultural production in recent years. Agri-food exports account for a substantial amount of growth in the agricultural sector. The contribution of food exports to the national economy, however, is minor. Food exports’ net contribution to the national budget is about zero. Technical advances suggest that the role of agricultural exports in the national economy will keep gradually growing but will remain a secondary factor in national welfare.

Abstract Urbanization in Ukraine has led to the development of the Lviv-Volyn coal basin. One of the main negative factors in the operation of coal basins are mine dumps. In addition to environmental hazards, waste heaps of coal mines violate the attractiveness and aesthetics of towns. The wastewater from waste heaps is a secondary factor in reducing the environmental safety of the coal-mining region. These waters are concentrated at the foot of landfills forming the man-made reservoirs. The research presents the negative factors of mine dumps and the results of physical and chemical analysis of subtericone wastewater and its impact on environmental pollution. It is established that the most polluted is the wastewater from waste heaps of the Mezhyrichanska mine which is caused by its operating process. The man-made polluted wastewater from heaps is a secondary factor in reducing the level of ecological danger of the coal-mining region. These waters are concentrated at the foot of landfills in the form of man-made reservoirs. The aim of the research is to indicate the negative factors of urban waste heaps by studying the physical and chemical properties of underspoil waters within the cities of Chervonograd and Novovolynsk.

This study aims to assess growth andproduction of solo papaya (Carica papaya L., 2n =18) in Kabupaten Jember and the effect of givinghormones and formula drum fertilizers. separate plotdevice, consisting of 2 factors with 3 levels ofvariation each, was used. Main Factor is a hormonerepresented by gibberellic acid (GA3) and thesynthetic auxin Trichloro acid fenoxi acetate (2-4-5-T). The secondary factor is manure which consistsof organic manure (OF); organic + mineralfertilizers (FOM) and liquid fertilizers (FL). Thistest characterized by 9 maintenance (GA3 + FO,GA3 + FOM (organic and mineral fertilizers), GA +FL (liquid fertilizer); 2-4-5-T + FO, 2-4-5-T +FOM, 2-4-5-T + FL; SH (without hormones) + FO(organic fertilizer); SH + FOM and SH + FL). Thatis done on tropical hydromorphic soil whichcontains a lot of iron with a strong water surface.Every treatment applied to 3 rows of 4 plants.Judging from the research application, thecombination hormone (GA3 + 2-4-5-T) and organicfertilizer + stimulating drum fertilizer formulagrowth and application of hormones (GA3 and 2-4-5-T) in papaya trees may reduce planting -flowering cycle and early setting of fruit

BackgroundDiagnostic error is a global patient safety priority.ObjectivesTo estimate the incidence, origins and avoidable harm of diagnostic errors in English general practice. Diagnostic errors were defined as missed opportunities to make a correct or timely diagnosis based on the evidence available (missed diagnostic opportunities, MDOs).MethodRetrospective medical record reviews identified MDOs in 21 general practices. In each practice, two trained general practitioner reviewers independently conducted case note reviews on 100 randomly selected adult consultations performed during 2013–2014. Consultations where either reviewer identified an MDO were jointly reviewed.ResultsAcross 2057 unique consultations, reviewers agreed that an MDO was possible, likely or certain in 89 cases or 4.3% (95% CI 3.6% to 5.2%) of reviewed consultations. Inter-reviewer agreement was higher than most comparable studies (Fleiss’ kappa=0.63). Sixty-four MDOs (72%) had two or more contributing process breakdowns. Breakdowns involved problems in the patient–practitioner encounter such as history taking, examination or ordering tests (main or secondary factor in 61 (68%) cases), performance and interpretation of diagnostic tests (31; 35%) and follow-up and tracking of diagnostic information (43; 48%). 37% of MDOs were rated as resulting in moderate to severe avoidable patient harm.ConclusionsAlthough MDOs occurred in fewer than 5% of the investigated consultations, the high numbers of primary care contacts nationally suggest that several million patients are potentially at risk of avoidable harm from MDOs each year. Causes of MDOs were frequently multifactorial, suggesting the need for development and evaluation of multipronged interventions, along with policy changes to support them.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the adaptability of different genotypes of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata L. Walp.) in the edaphoclimatic conditions of a semi-arid region. In the experimental design, a completely randomized split-plot (2 × 8), with 3 repetitions (blocks) was used. The experiment comprised 7 new genotypes and 1 local genotype as the first main factor and application of insecticide as a secondary factor. Two-factor analysis of variance (two-way ANOVA) determined the differences between the treated and untreated plots. The results obtained in the experiment showed that the introduced genotypes V3 (IT07K-181-55), V7 (H4), and V5 (IT97K-556-4M) adapted well to the edaphoclimatic conditions of the study area and their yields were respectively 1019, 1015, and 841 kg/ha of grains in treated plots and 278, 517 and 383 kg/ha in untreated plots. Multivariate analysis revealed that the most important parameter was the germination rate. Finally, the best yield was obtained with the genotype V3 (IT07K-181-55), subjected to the use of insecticide, and with the V7 (H4) genotype in untreated plants. The findings presented in this research should be useful in crop system agricultural programs, particularly in the terms of selection of cultivating systems suitable for high-yielding cowpea.

Aligning short-read sequences is the foundational step to most genomic and transcriptomic analyses, but not all tools perform equally, and choosing among the growing body of available tools can be daunting. Here, in order to increase awareness in the research community, we discuss the merits of common algorithms and programs in a way that should be approachable to biologists with limited experience in bioinformatics. We will only in passing consider the effects of data cleanup, a precursor analysis to most alignment tools, and no consideration will be given to downstream processing of the aligned fragments. To compare aligners [Bowtie2, Burrows Wheeler Aligner (BWA), HISAT2, MUMmer4, STAR, and TopHat2], an RNA-seq dataset was used containing data from 48 geographically distinct samples of the grapevine powdery mildew fungus Erysiphe necator. Based on alignment rate and gene coverage, all aligners performed well with the exception of TopHat2, which HISAT2 superseded. BWA perhaps had the best performance in these metrics, except for longer transcripts (>500 bp) for which HISAT2 and STAR performed well. HISAT2 was ~3-fold faster than the next fastest aligner in runtime, which we consider a secondary factor in most alignments. At the end, this direct comparison of commonly used aligners illustrates key considerations when choosing which tool to use for the specific sequencing data and objectives. No single tool meets all needs for every user, and there are many quality aligners available.

The more rapid growth of information technology in the world, so that more and more people are taking advantage of this advancement in information technology in various activities of life or to solve various problems. One of them is filling positions that have not been filled for promotion processes often experience problems because the submission of prospective candidates who can occupy the position by matching employee profiles and job profiles is not resolved properly. To minimize these constraints, a decision support system is needed that can analyze employee performance in accordance with existing job profiles. The Profile Matching process is carried out to determine career planning recommendations by calculating sub-criteria from each aspect (work attitude and intellectual capacity) which consists of 4 stages including the calculation of the GAP value, the calculation of the core and secondary factor values and the calculation of the total value and ranking. The results of this study will produce a form in the form of employee recommendations with the highest score of 5.4163 on behalf of Ariz and Widi which has the same numerical value as the number from the calculation method used.
