The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job training on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. The background of this study was carried out because there was an indication of the lack of proper material and inadequate facilities received by the nagari government aapparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with population of this study was all nagari government apparatus, which numbered 600 people. Sample in this study was consisted of 248 nagari government apparatus determined with Slovin formula. Besides, sample in this study was determined through Multistage Random Sampling technique. The data was collected through questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. The data was analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study showed that the job training variable (simultaneously and partially) influenced the performance of nagari government apparatus in financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. Thus it could be concluded that job training had a significant effect on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari finance management in Tanah Datar Regency.

This study aims to determine whether the workload influential on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. The background of this study was carried out because of the excessive workload received by the nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses a quantitative methods with population of this study was all nagari government apparatus, which numbered 600 people. Impact of Work Discipline on the Performance Capability of the Nagari Apparatus in Managing Financial Nagari in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work discipline on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The population used in this study were all nagari apparatus in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Subdistricts of 80 people, while the samples used as many as 75 respondents were determined by the Slovin formula using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of the nagari apparatus is relatively high while the performance of the nagari apparatus is still low and the results of the regression test explain that work discipline has an impact on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in Nagari financial management in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The background of this study is due to the low work spirit of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang subdistrict which is still so that it has an impact on Nagari financial management that is not optimal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of associative research. The population in this study was of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang Subdistrict, totaling 140 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 126 Nagari apparatus which were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study are using questionnaires distributed to respondents with measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work spirit variable (simultaneously) has a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management with a significance value of 0,000 and the value of Adjust R Square 0.295. Thus, the influence of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finances is 29.5%. While the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, Engagement, and Motivation on the Commitment of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang Employees. The population in this study were BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees totaling 187 employees. The sample used was 128 employees. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling, where the sampling used was proportionate random sampling. The results showed that work life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, engagement had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Can be proven on the results of multiple linear regression tests that is the entire result sig <from 0.05. This means that all hypotheses are accepted. Suggestions from this research are to be able to improve all indicators of work life balance, job satisfaction, engagement and motivation so that employee commitment is getting better and more improved.

This study aimed to determine the influence of competence on performance of nagari government apparatus in managing nagari finance in Tanah Datar regency. This study was conducted with quantitative approach. The population of this study was all nagari government apparatus in Tanah Datar regency as many as 525 people consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer, and five head of nagari affairs. The sample in this study consisted of 227 respondents determined with Slovin formula and Multi Stage Random Sampling technique. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Data of this study were analyzed with multiple linear regression test. The finding of this study indicated that the influence of knowledge sub-variables on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management was 5.6%; the influence of skill on the financial management was equal to 7,3%; and the influence of attitude sub variable on the nagari financial management was equal to 8,5%. At the same time, the influence of knowledge, skills, and attitudes on the performance of financial management was 10.3%. Thus it could be concluded that the competence of nagari government apparatus consisting of knowledge, skills, and attitudes significantly influenced their performance in nagari financial management.

This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Besuki branch of JNE. Sampling was done by random sampling technique where all the population was taken at random to be the research sample. This is done to increase customer satisfaction at JNE Besuki branch through service quality, promotion and price. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression to determine service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction. This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.
