In the business world, achieving the goals that have been planned depends very much on the factors that influence it. One of them is the factor of brand trust or brand trust. The concept of trust comes from the analysis of personal relationships in the field of social psychology. Social psychology discusses the influence of humans on others in terms of changing behavior, attitudes, communication patterns, and building trust. According to Hong Youl Ha and Helen Perks (2015) brand trust is a benchmark for customers to rely on the brand's ability to carry out the functions it plays. In this situation where the individual cannot objectively evaluate the quality of the product in advance, brand trust plays an important role in reducing uncertainty in purchasing.This study focuses on the millennial generation of brand trust in buying interest in HWI products. Using a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis. This study collected data through interviews, observations and documentation. This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Besuki branch of JNE. Sampling was done by random sampling technique where all the population was taken at random to be the research sample. This is done to increase customer satisfaction at JNE Besuki branch through service quality, promotion and price. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression to determine service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction. This research aimed to figure out the influence between product quality, price and marketing influencer with the purchasing decision of Scarlett Body Whitening in East Java. The research instrument employed questionnaire to collect data from Scarlett Body Whitening consumers in East Java. Since there was no valid data for number of the consumers, the research used Roscoe method to take the sample. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the marketing influencer had no significant effect on purchase decision for Scarlett Body Whitening. In Indonesia, online shopping has become a trend and transactions have increased drastically, marked by the development of business players involved in the online marketplace industry, one of which is Lazada, which is the top marketplace in Indonesia. Lazada is an online product buying and selling application that offers a variety of products and uses the internet and social media as a forum for interactive two-way interactions with its users. Product bids, attractive prices and availability of information can lead to impulsive buying behavior. The impulse to buy impulsively is described as a complex, sudden, pleasant purchase and the decision-making process occurs instantaneously without thinking of any other considerations. This study has the main objective of identifying the effect of user experience, transaction security, ease of use, convenience on impulsive online buying behavior aimed at the Lazada marketplace. The population in this study are consumers who have made online purchases at Lazada. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with a purposive sampling method with the following sample criteria: consumers who have made online Lazada purchases more than once, and aged over 17 years to 50 years. Respondents came from the city of Sidoarjo and totaled 120 people. Multiple linear regression analysis is an analytical tool used in this study. The t test is to prove the research hypothesis which previously carried out the reliability test. From the results of the analysis of the research results, it is found that experience, safety, convenience and comfort have a significant influence on impulsive buying behavior at Lazada.   Pharmacy services in a hospital are an inaccessible part of the hospital services as a whole. The accumulation of prescriptions in the pharmacy will cause the prescription process to be long and long, which has an impact on customer waiting times, which of course will have a major impact on customer satisfaction. From the standard time set as Quality Indicators at Bali Jimbaran Hospital, namely: drug processing at the outpatient pharmacy of Bali Jimbaran Hospital is 60 minutes of concocted drugs, 30 minutes of non-concocted drugs. The purpose of this research is to identify activities starting from the input, process and results generated through the Lean approach. The method used is an observational action process research, using lean methods to photograph the outpatient pharmacy service process flow through document review, direct interviews, interviews. The result of the research is an improvement in waiting time, it can be seen that the NVA activities can be eliminated by 66% and VA activities show an increase of 44%. With the many activities that are VA and the elimination of NVA activities, it will accelerate the process of outpatient pharmacy services at the Bali Jimbaran Hospital and improve customer satisfaction, which can be seen from the decrease in customer complaints against outpatient pharmacy services by up to 50%, which was previously 80%. Based on problem identification, the researcher will research about principal’s role in improving teacher’s professionalism in SMK Curahdami. Empower teacher’s competencies, conduct training, special coaching program such as sertifikasi. In this case, sertifikasi can be used as teacher’s skill measurement to be a professional teacher. The existence of this program will spur the spirit of teachers to improve themselves, improve the quality of knowledge, and professionalism in education.             Improving teacher’s knowledge by delegating teacher in education activities such as workshop, improving teacher’s creativity by motivate and support them in increasing their teaching ability. The COVID-19 pandemic is a non-natural disaster that has a huge impact around the world. This research is a quantitative research with event study method. The purpose of this research is to test the capital market reaction by looking at abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after the COVID-19 non-natural disaster. The event day in this study was April 13rd, 2020 when the Presidential Decree was issued regarding the designation of COVID-19 as a national disaster. Using purposive sampling method, the sample of this study were 27 companies engaged in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The event period is 11 days, namely 5 days before the event, 1 day at the time of the event and 5 days after the event. Data analysis using t-test and wilxocon signed ranks test. The results of this study are: 1) there is no abnormal return during the event period, 2) there is no difference in the average abnormal return before and after the COVID-19 non-natural disaster event, 3) there is no difference in the average trading volume activity before and after the COVID-19 non-natural disaster event and after the COVID-19 non-natural disaster event. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of independent variables, profitability proxied by Return On Equity (ROE) and solvency proxied by Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on the dependent variable, namely stock prices. The population in this study were 45 companies in the LQ45 category listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method, namely as many as 31 companies that are consistently indexed LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2019 period with the amount of data processed after the outlier process as many as 129 samples. The analysis test model used in this hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability (ROE) had no effect on stock prices, solvency (DAR) had no effect on stock prices, and simultaneously (ROE) and solvency (DAR) had no effect on company stock prices.
