This research aimed to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of nagariapparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua subdistricts.Background of this research was that there were still many nagari apparatus came late tothe office or leave the office during business hours. This research was carried out withquantitative approach. The population of this study was all nagari apparatus inBanuhampu and Sungai Pua subdistricts as many as 72 people consisted of NagariSecretary, nagari treasurer,and four heads of nagari affairs. The sample in this studyconsisted of 61 respondents determined with Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% andthrough proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research data werecollected through questionnaires with Likert scale measurements. Data of this researchwere analyzed with multiple linear regression test. The results of this research showedthat there was the influence of work discipline on the performance of nagari aparatus innagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua

Impact of Work Discipline on the Performance Capability of the Nagari Apparatus in Managing Financial Nagari in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of work discipline on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts. The population used in this study were all nagari apparatus in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Subdistricts of 80 people, while the samples used as many as 75 respondents were determined by the Slovin formula using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work discipline of the nagari apparatus is relatively high while the performance of the nagari apparatus is still low and the results of the regression test explain that work discipline has an impact on the performance capabilities of the nagari apparatus in nagari financial management in Banuhampu and Sungai Pua Districts.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in Nagari financial management in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The background of this study is due to the low work spirit of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang subdistrict which is still so that it has an impact on Nagari financial management that is not optimal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of associative research. The population in this study was of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang Subdistrict, totaling 140 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 126 Nagari apparatus which were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study are using questionnaires distributed to respondents with measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work spirit variable (simultaneously) has a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management with a significance value of 0,000 and the value of Adjust R Square 0.295. Thus, the influence of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finances is 29.5%. While the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aimed to determine the influence of competence on performance of nagari government apparatus in managing nagari finance in Tanah Datar regency. This study was conducted with quantitative approach. The population of this study was all nagari government apparatus in Tanah Datar regency as many as 525 people consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer, and five head of nagari affairs. The sample in this study consisted of 227 respondents determined with Slovin formula and Multi Stage Random Sampling technique. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Data of this study were analyzed with multiple linear regression test. The finding of this study indicated that the influence of knowledge sub-variables on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management was 5.6%; the influence of skill on the financial management was equal to 7,3%; and the influence of attitude sub variable on the nagari financial management was equal to 8,5%. At the same time, the influence of knowledge, skills, and attitudes on the performance of financial management was 10.3%. Thus it could be concluded that the competence of nagari government apparatus consisting of knowledge, skills, and attitudes significantly influenced their performance in nagari financial management.

This study aims to determine whether the workload influential on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. The background of this study was carried out because of the excessive workload received by the nagari government apparatus in nagari financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. This study uses a quantitative methods with population of this study was all nagari government apparatus, which numbered 600 people. Sample in this study was consisted of 248 nagari government apparatus determined with Slovin formula. Besides, sample in this study was determined through Multistage Random Sampling technique. The data was collected through questionnaires using Likert scale measurement. The data was analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study showed that the workload variable (simultaneously) influenced the performance of nagari government apparatus in financial management in Tanah Datar Regency. This it could be concluded that workload had a significant effect on the performance of nagari government apparatus in nagari finance management in Tanah Datar Regency

This research aimed to examine the influence of the work environment and integrity on the performance of employees at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office. This research was a quantitative study with 72 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula with Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instruments used for the study were questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement. The analysis of this research used multiple linear regression test. The results of hypothesis testing indicated the effect of work environment and integrity on employee performance at the Padang State Prosecutor's Office at the level of 0.016 <0.05; so that the work environment and integrity have a significant effect on performance. While the results of the Adjusted R Square indicated the value of 0.087. This means that the contribution of work environment and integrity variables was 8.7% with a difference of 91.3% which was influenced by other variables

This study aimed to determine the influence of work motivation on the performance of government apparatus nagari in nagari financial management in the Subdistrict of Sungayang, Tanah Datar Regency. This study was conducted with quantitative approach. The population of this research was all nagari government apparatus in Sungayang Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer and five head of nagari affair. The sample in this study consisted of 32 respondents determined by Slovin formula and Simple Random Sampling technique. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. The data of this study were analyzed with simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicated that work motivation variable significantly influenced the performance of nagari government apparatus in financial management with a significance value of 0.000, and the Adjusted R Square value of 0.685. This means that the effect of work motivation variable on the performance of nagari financial management in Sungayang Subdistrict Tanah Datar was 68.5%. While the remaining (31.5%) influenced by other variables that are not investigated in this study.

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to determine the influence of commitment organization on performance of nagari government apparatus in managing nagari finance in X Koto Singkarak District Junjung Sirih. This research uses quantitative methods with the form of associative research. The population is all the nagari in the two sub-districts, as many as 70 respondents from the nagari device. The sample was 68 respondents determined by the Slovin formula and a 2% error rate using the multi stage random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires distributed to respondents with Likert scale measurements. Dataof this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. The results show that the effect of the affective commitment variable on the performance of nagari devices in nagari financial management is 5.7%. normative on the performance of nagari devices in managing nagari finances by 6.4%. Together, the influence of the three cariables was on the performance of nagari devices in nagari financial management in District X Koto Singkarak and Junjung Sirih at 10.8%. So it was concluded that the organizational commitment of nagari devices had a significant effect on the performance of nagari devices in managing financial nagari.Keywords:Commitment organization, job performance, finance managementABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak dan Junjung Sirih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian asosiatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh nagari yang ada di dua kecamatan tersebut yaitu sebanyak 70 responden perangkat nagari. Sampelnya adalah sebanyak 68 responden ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dan tingkat kesalahan 2% menggunakan teknik multi stage random sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan pengukuran skala likert. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pengaruh variabel komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari adalah sebesar 5,7% , pengaruh variabel komitmen kontinuitas terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari sebesar 8,5%, dan pengaruh komitmen normatif terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari sebesar 6,4%. Secara bersama-sama pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak dan Junjung Sirih sebesar 10,8%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi perangkat nagari berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja perangkat nagari dalam pengelolaan keuangan nagari. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja, Pengelolaan Keuangan Nagari PendahuluanDewasa ini, pemerintah Indonesia sedang berupaya menggencarkan pembangunan desa. Sesuai dengan Nawacita Jokowi-JK yaitu membangun dari desa. Dimana poros perubahan itu berawal dari desa dan kemudian menjalar ke Kota dan Provinsi.Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 pasal 1 ayat 1 telah dijelaskan bahwa desa telah memiliki kewenangan untuk mengatur dan mengurus urusan pemerintahannya sendiri. Dalam Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat Nomor 7 Tahun 2018 tentang Nagari dijelaskan bahwa Nagari adalah Kesatuan Masyarakat Hukum Adat secara geneologis dan historis, memiliki batas-batas dalam wilayah tertentu, memiliki harta kekayaan sendiri, berwenang memilih pemimpinnya secara musyawarah serta mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat berdasarkan filosofi dan sandi adat, Adat Basandi Syara’ – Syara’ Basandi Kitabullah dan/atau berdasarkan asal usul dan adat istiadat setempat dalam wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Untuk mengatur dan mengurus desa, pemerintah telah mengganggarkan APBN (alokasi dana desa) bagi setiap desa di Indonesia dengan total kurang lebih Rp 1 Miyar. penggunaan dana desa terbagi atas belanja aparatur dan operasional pemerintahan desa sebesar 30%
