ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

Purpose of this study aims to examine the effect supply aspect tourism on travelling interest to Tikus Island in Bengkulu Province. Supply aspect tourism consisting of attraction, accessible, amenities and ancillary. Sampling method in this study is accidental sampling with 240 respondents. Data collection method in this study uses quantitative data which is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis applied to test the hypotheses using SPSS application. Findings showed that attraction and accessible have positive effect on travelling interest.  Meanwhile, amenities and ancillary do not affect travelling interest. The supply of aspect tourism in Tikus Island can contribute to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Bengkulu Province, the local government of Bengkulu should be able to pay more attention based on this findings.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions for the iPhone 6 Series smartphone. The research sample of 205 people was selected by the convenience sampling method. Data collection used questionnaires and multiple regression analysis was used as an analysis technique. The results of the study prove that products and promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, price and place have no effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study have implications for products, places, prices, and promotions that need to be improved in order to improve purchasing decisions.

This study aims to find out if the factors that consisting of factors promotion, factors influential damage value services and factors of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri as well as to know whether the most commonly the influential between promotion , services and factors factors value assessment of the decision to use the customers gold pawn in a bank syariah mandiri kcp polewali .The research is quantitative research with the methods descriptive .As for the data collection was done through the distribution of the questionnaire The methodology that was used to test hypotheses is by using the practical , reliability test , normality test , of multiple regression analysis , t test , test f , the coefficient of determination ( adjusted r square ) , and correlations double .Based on the research done it can be seen that the regression equation is linear research and the worship of idols in this is y: 3,138 + 0,141x1 + 0,270x2 + 0,407x3, The results of the testing simultaneously ( f ) variable x consisting of the x1 ) ( promotion , the service ( ) x2 , and the damage the x3 ( ) led to a positive and significant of the decision of customers to use the gold pawn of significantly by 0,000; 0,05 & it .Then , the results of the test on this fact ( ) suggests that the variable t ( service x2 ) value assessment and the x3 ( ) most dominant influence simultaneously with the resolution of customers to use the gold pawn , it is spotted with significant value and 0,000 0,006; 0,05 & it .

This study aims to find out about the Machiavellian Influence of Personality and Moral Development of the Dysfunctional Behavior by Gender as a moderating variable. The sample used was a student S1 Accounting End Level PGRI University of Yogyakarta. Data obtained by purposive sampling method. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. A total of 90 questionnaires distributed and 81 questionnaires which can be recycled. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis and test MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) with SPSS.The results showed that the positive effect on the Machiavellian nature of dysfunctional behavior, and negatively affect the moral development of dysfunctional behavior. As for the result of the interaction between dysfunctional behavior and gender showed that gender can not moderate influence Machiavellian nature and moral development of the dysfunctional behavior.

This research aims to analyze the phenomena of the factors affecting the profitability management of state-owned enterprises. The purposive sampling method was used in data collection by selecting seven state-owned enterprises during the last eleven years and using multiple regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study are that subsidy has a negative and significant effect on profitability management, which means that the more it is subsidized, the lower the profitability management indicator will be, mainly because of the decreasing motivation and challenges with profitability orientation. The firm size variable has a negative and significant effect, which means that the larger the company scale, the lower the profitability of management because the task for services requires economic orientation or not financial-based.

The aim of this study are: First, to explore the effect of brand image on purchase intntion. Second, to explore the effect of service quality on purchase intention. The method of data collection is convenience sampling. The samples of this research are collected from 150 respondens, who are the customers of Coffee shop in Jakarta. The technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. Testing the result of Hypoteses used the F-test, t-test, and R2. The results are: (a) the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward purchase intention; (b) the effect between service quality have a significant and positive impact toward purchase intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : pertama, untuk menguji efek dari brand image terhadap minat beli. Kedua, untuk menguji efek dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli. Metode dari pengambilan data adalah convenience sampling. Sampel merupakan pelanggan kedai kopi di Jakarta. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 150 responden. Teknik dari data analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dan Uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hasil hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F, Uji-t, dan R2.. Hasilnya adalah : Hasilnya adalah (a) brand image mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. (b) service quality mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention.

Many factors may affect investors in making investment decision, some of them are overconfidence and competence. Those factors thought to have an influence on investment decision making. This research objectives to determine the effect of competence and overconfidence on investment decision. This research is a kind of quantitative research using survey method given to beginner investor. The sampling method used  judgment sampling with the number of samples in this research are 30 respondents of beginner investor. The analysis used is MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results of this study showed that competence of investor does not affect in investment decision while investor’s decision was influenced by overconfidence of investor. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Non-Performing Financing on mudharabah and murabaha financing on the level of profitability and want to know the dominant variables that simultaneously influence the level of profitability at the Sharia xxx Bank. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive method. Data collection is derived from financial statements. The method used to test hypotheses is to use multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed: Based on the results of the t test (partial) which showed that the significance value of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) mudharabah financing was -1,761 with a significance probability of 0.220 which means it was greater than the α value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) mudharabah financing has a negative and partially significant effect on profitability (ROA) at the Sharia xxx Bank. And the results of the t test (partial) which shows that the significance value of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) murabaha financing is 2,422 with a significance probability of 1.36 which means it is greater than the α value of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Non-Performing Financing (NPF) murabaha financing has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA) at the Sharia xxx Bank. And the dominant variable simultaneously influencing the level of profitability at the Sharia xxx Bank is the Performing Financing (NPF) of murabahahyakni financing at 1.36.

The aim of this study are : first, to explore the effect of brand personality towards commitment to the brand. Second, to explore the effect of trust in the brand towards commitment to the brand. Third, to explore the effect of attachment to the brand towards commitment to the brand. The method of data collection is convenience sampling. The samples of this research are colleted from 113 respondent. The technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis via the SPSS computer programme version 26. The results are : first, brand personality hasn’t a positive impact towards commitment to the brand. Second, trust in the brand hasn’t a positive impact towards commitment to the brand. Third, attachment to the brand has a positive and the main impact towards commitment to the brand.

This study aims to determine the effect of obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience on audit judgment. This research was conducted in Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Barat.The respondents used in this study were 40 employees. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study found that, obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience have a positive effect on audit judgment
