Many factors may affect investors in making investment decision, some of them are overconfidence and competence. Those factors thought to have an influence on investment decision making. This research objectives to determine the effect of competence and overconfidence on investment decision. This research is a kind of quantitative research using survey method given to beginner investor. The sampling method used  judgment sampling with the number of samples in this research are 30 respondents of beginner investor. The analysis used is MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results of this study showed that competence of investor does not affect in investment decision while investor’s decision was influenced by overconfidence of investor. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analize the impact of promotion and consumer trust on online purchasing decision. The type of this research is a quantitative research using multiple regression analysis. The population in this research are all Tokopedia marketplace consumers. The sampling method used in this research is purposive random sampling as many as 50 people. The results of this research showed that promotion has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decision, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decision.   Keywords : Promotion ; Consumer Trust ; Online Purchasing Decision

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

This study aimed to investigate the linkages the responsiveness of the budget with public participation, budget transparency and commitment of policy makers in term of local budgeting process. Based on the survey method, data for this study obtained through questionnaires submitted to the respondents include of local governments elements, legislators and public element (citizen, community leaders, NGOs, community organization and other relevant organizations) in Sleman Regency. The data were analyzed to test the hypothesis by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research showed that public participation, budget transparency and commitment of policy makers, simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant impact on the responsiveness of the budget. The results also confirm the implications and limitations which discussed in the end of the study.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan respon dari anggaran dengan partisipasi masyarakat, transparansi anggaran dan komitmen dari pembuat kebijakan dalam hal proses penganggaran daerah. Berdasarkan metode survei, data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diajukan kepada responden meliputi pemerintah daerah elemen, legislator dan elemen masyarakat (warga negara, tokoh masyarakat, LSM, organisasi masyarakat dan organisasi terkait lainnya) di Kabupaten Sleman. Data dianalisis untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi publik, transparansi anggaran dan komitmen dari pembuat kebijakan, secara simultan dan parsial memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap respon dari anggaran. Hasil ini juga mengkonfirmasi implikasi dan keterbatasan yang dibahas dalam akhir penelitian.

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

This study is conducted to examine the rebooting of customer loyalty of Bata products through Guerrilla marketing that helps to sustain their customers. In this era of globalization all firms are facing competition. Bata Company is not an exception. Hence this study will reveal how for this guerilla marketing is effective to sustain in the market. Primary data collected through survey method. Questionnaire constructed and data was collected from customers in Chennai city. Multiple regression analysis tools are used that helps to predict the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. Multiple regression analysis determines the fit of the model and the relative contribution of each of the predictors to the total variance. The variation in loyalty of customers of Bata products through Guerilla marketing is explained by change in design, cost effectiveness, variety of products and offers to attract customers. Each independent variable explains the variance.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

<em>This study aims to find empirical evidence related to the influence of leverage, auditor reputation, efficiency, growth, internationalization and board of commissioner's level of Internet Financial Reporting. The population in this study are all sharia-based companies in Indonesia and Malaysia. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained sample of 66 company data in Indonesia and 73 company data in Malaysia. Data analyzed in this research is processed from annual report and company financial statements and analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that in Indonesia, the reputation of auditors and internationalization has a positive and significant impact on Internet Financial Reporting while leverage, efficiency, growth and education level of board of commissioners have no significant effect on internet financial reporting. In Malaysia the reputation of auditors, growth and internationalization have a positive and significant impact on internet financial reporting while leverage, efficiency and education level of board of commissioner have no significant effect to internet financial reporting.</em>

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 582 Students of odd semester Management Study Program at Universitas Prima Indonesia and a sample of 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method who had met the requirements. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price, Promotion, and product quality have a positive effect on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.
