Abstract Purpose The experience sampling method (ESM) is used for intensive longitudinal time-series data collection during normal daily life. ESM data give information on momentary affect, activities and (social) context of, for example, patients suffering from mental disorders, and allows for person-specific feedback reports. However, current personalized feedback reports only display a selection of measured variables, and typically involve only summary statistics, thus not reflecting the dynamic fluctuations in affect and its influencing factors. To address this shortcoming, we developed a tool for dynamically visualizing ESM data. Methods We introduce a new framework, ESMvis, for giving descriptive feedback, focusing on direct visualization of the dynamic nature of raw data. In this ESM feedback approach, raw ESM data are visualized using R software. We applied ESMvis to data collected for over 52 weeks on a patient diagnosed with an obsessive–compulsive disorder with comorbid depression. Results We provided personalized feedback, in which both the overall trajectory and specific time moments were captured in a movie format. Two relapses during the study period could be visually determined, and subsequently confirmed by the therapist. The therapist and patient evaluated ESMvis as an insightful add-on tool to care-as-usual. Conclusion ESMvis is a showcase on providing personalized feedback by dynamic visualization of ESM time-series data. Our tool is freely available and adjustable, making it widely applicable. In addition to potential applications in clinical practice, ESMvis can work as an exploratory tool that can lead to new hypotheses and inform more complex statistical techniques.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of macroeconomic, CAR, and NPF variables against ROA at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri in Indonesia. The data used in this study was Time Series data from 2008-2019. The sample in this study uses the saturated or census sampling method, where the entire population is sampled. The research method used in this study is a multiple regression with the smallest quadratic equation. The results showed that simultaneously inflation, GDP, price of gold, CAR and NPF had significant effect on ROA. In partial GDP, and NPF have negative and significant effect on ROA, while inflation, gold prices, and CAR have no significant effect on ROA. The fifth ability of the variable explains ROA by 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in the study. These results are expected to be beneficial to sharia banking, especially PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Syariah in order to better improve the future performance

Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) is a proxy indicator or indicator of the approach to the level of farmer welfare. The welfare of farmers can describe the purchasing power of farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of welfare of cocoa farmers. This study used time series data from NTP with the base year of 2012 = 100 as the basis for calculating the years 2019 - 2020. The location of the study was determined by the purposive sampling method in The Blitar Regency which is the center of Cocoa. The sample was selected by purposive random sampling as many as 60 Cocoa Farmers. The NTP analysis method was carried out descriptively. The results showed that the exchange rate of Cocoa Farmers in 2020 increased by 1.20 percent from 100.54 in 2019 to 101.75 in 2019. This indicates that cocoa farmers in The Blitar district are experiencing a surplus or prosperity.

Abstract. Intraindividual variability, along with the more frequently studied between-person variability, has been argued to be one of the basic building blocks of emotional experience. The aim of the current study is to examine whether intraindividual variability in affect predicts tiredness in daily life. Intraindividual variability in affect was studied with the experience sampling method in a group of 110 participants (aged between 19 and 84 years) during 14 consecutive days on seven randomly determined occasions per day. The results suggest that affect variability is a stable construct over time and situations. Our findings also demonstrate that intraindividual variability in affect has a unique role in predicting increased levels of tiredness at the momentary level as well at the level of individuals.

Exchange rate is one tool to measure a country’s economic conditions. The growth of a stable currency value indicates that the country has a relatively good economic conditions or stable. This study has the purpose to analyze the factors that affect the exchange rate of the Indonesian Rupiah against the United States Dollar in the period of 2000-2013. The data used in this study is a secondary data which are time series data, made up of exports, imports, inflation, the BI rate, Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and the money supply (M1) in the quarter base, from first quarter on 2000 to fourth quarter on 2013. Regression model time series data used the ARCH-GARCH with ARCH model selection indicates that the variables that significantly influence the exchange rate are exports, inflation, the central bank rate and the money supply (M1). Whereas import and GDP did not give any influence.
