Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dalam Survei Bidang Kependudukan danKeluarga Berencana. Terjadi perubahan dalam teknik atau cara pengumpulan data dalam surveidi bidang kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana/KB (selanjutnya disebut Survei Kinerja danAkuntabilitas Program/SKAP) yang semula dilakukan secara manual dan paper based menjadisistem yang berbasis smartphone yang menggunakan platform Open Data Kit (ODK). Sistemini mengubah semua rangkaian pengumpulan data menjadi paperless dan electronic based.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mengukur tingkat pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadapperceived usefulness ; (b) mengukur tingkat pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadapattitude towards using: (c) mengukur tingkat pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap behaviorintention to use; (d) mengukur tingkat pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap attitude towardsusing; (e) mengukur tingkat pengaruh attitude towards using terhadap behavior intention touse; dan (f) mengukur tingkat pengaruh behavior intention to use terhadap actual system usedalam survei berbasis smartphone bidang kependudukan dan keluarga berencana di PulauSumatera. Populasi dalam kajian ini adalah seluruh enumerator dan supervisor survei SKAPyang ada di Pulau Sumatera, kemudian sampelnya ditetapkan menurut teknik estimasi maximumlikehood (ML) yaitu minimal 100 dna maksimal 400 responden. Analisis data dilakukan denganSEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari enam hipotesis yang diajukan, terdapat dua hipotesisyang diterima, yaitu (a) perceived ease of use mempunyai hubungan yang positif denganPerceived usefulness dengan nilai CR -4.31 >±1,96 dan angka probabilitasnya 0,001 (<0,05)dan (b) behavioral Intention to Use mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan Actual SystemUse dengan CR = 2,819 >±1,96 dan probabilitas/P = 0,005 (<0,05).

The purpose of this study was to determine the acceptance of Hospital Management Information Systems related to accounting transactions using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methode. Constructs in TAM used are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Behavior Intention to Use, and Actual Technology Usage. The population in this study were users of systems related to accounting transactions, with a total of 150 people. The sampling technique using the convenience non random sampling method. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results showed that Perceived ease of use had an effect on Perceived usefulness and Behavior Intention to Use. Whereas, Perceived Usefulness influences Behavior Intention to Use, and Behavior Intention to Use has an effect on Actual Technology Usage. Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, Partial Least Square, Hospital Management Information System, Accounting Management System

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku pengguna (user) dalam hal ini Mahasiswa Universitas Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai Bandar Lampung dan operator masing-masing Fakultas dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa variable, diantaranya persepsi kemanfaatan penggunaan / Perceived Usefulness (PU), persepsi kemudahan penggunaan / Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), sikap penggunaan / Attitude Toward Using (ATU), kecenderungan pengguna untuk tetap menggunakan teknologi / Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) dan kondisi nyata penggunaan sistem informasi layanan akademik/Actual System Usage (ASU). Pengujian kesesuaian model dan hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software LISREL (LInear Structural RELationship) Versi 8.72. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa varibel kemudahan penggunaan / perceived ease of use (PEoU) berpengaruh pada persepsi kemanfaatan penggunaan / perceived usefulness (PU) dengan nilai Critical Ratio (CR) sebesar 2,15 (nilai CR yang disyaratkan yaitu lebih dari + 2,0), tetapi tidak berpengaruh langsung kepada sikap pengguna / Attitude Toward Using (ATU) dengan nilai CR 0,92. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut direkomendasikan adanya perbaikan pada pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik ini yaitu pada menu satuan acara perkuliahan, dan Tampilan.

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi bersamaan dengan proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru membuat Universitas XYZ mengembangkan sistem informasi pendaftaran online untuk melayani proses tersebut pada tahun akademik 2020/2021 karena pembatasan sosial berskala besar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi tingkat penggunaan dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi dalam pemeliharaan sistem. Pengkajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan konstruk Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), yaitu Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Attitude Towards Using (ATU), Behavior Intention to Use (BIU), dan Actual Technology Use (ATU). Konstruk TAM dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian membuktikan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara PU terhadap ATG dengan nilai 2,398, PEU terhadap PU dengan nilai 12,539, PEU terhadap ATG dengan nilai 8,609, ATG terhadap BIU dengan nilai 5,902, serta BIU terhadap ATU dengan nilai t statistik 28,806. Sedangkan hubungan antara PU terhadap BIU tidak memiliki relasi yang signifikan karena nilai t-statistiknya kurang dari t-tabel, yaitu 1,912. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemudahan menggunakan sistem memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap sikap pengguna. Sementara sikap pengguna mempengaruhi niat perilaku, dan niat perilaku pengguna mempengaruhi penggunaan teknologi secara aktual. Sehingga untuk pemeliharaan sistem, harus diperhatikan dari sisi kemudahan dalam penggunaan sistem.

With the rapid growth of information technology, electronic money has played an important and central role in the e-payment. Development of electronic money is able to create a trend less-cash society, which is a society’s behavior using non- cash transactions by utilizing the simplicity offered through electronic transactions. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors affecting the intention to use electronic money. We designed a questionnaire and used it to survey a simple random sampling of people who use of e-money in DKI Jakarta. The actual samples used for the study are 125 respondents. We analyzed the data using Structured Equation Modeling to evaluate the strength of the hypothesized effects. The result of the analysis showed that perceived ease of use has no significant effect on attitudes towards the use of e-money. Perceived ease of use has a significant effect on the perceived usefulness of e-money. Perceived usefulness has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Perceived usefulness has a significant effect on attitudes towards the use of e-money. Attitude has a significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Subjective norm has a significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Perceived behavioral control has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money. Abstract. The long-term objective of this research is to enrich the development of science, especially the development of SMEs related to the adoption of information technology with studies using the Technology Acceptance Model. The specific aim of the research is to examine what factors are inhibiting the adoption of e commerce technology in SMEs in Banyumas Regency, as well as examining whether e-commerce adoption has an impact on increasing the demand for product quantities in SMEs. Collecting data in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires through direct interviews with SMEs in Banyumas District who were respondents. The sampling technique in this study using random sampling technique. Whereas for data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. The results of the study show that the Technology Acceptance Model theory is able to explain the institutions of SMEs actors to use e-commerce technology. Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkaya perkembangan ilmu, khususnya pengembangan UMKM terkait dengan adopsi teknologi informasi dengan kajian menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model.  Tujuan khusus penelitian adalah untuk menelaah faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat adopsi teknologi e commerce pada UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas, serta menelaah apakah adopsi e- commerce berdampak pada peningkatan permintaaan kuantitas produk pada UKM. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui antar langsung kepada pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas yang menjadi responden.  Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sedangkan untuk analisis data mengunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22.0 dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori Technology Acceptance Model  mampu menjelaskan instensi para pelaku UMKM untuk menggunakan teknologi e-commerce.  Hasil penelitian juga berhasil menerima 3 (tiga) hipotesis yaitu Perceived usefulnes  berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, Perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, use behavior  berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan permintaan kuantitas produk.  Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), Implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahan pengoperasian sistem  (perceived ease of use) atau dengan kata lain menolak 2 (dua) hipotesis lainnya.Keywords. The e-commerce industry has the potential to be one of the drivers of the domestic economy. One of the impacts of the advancement of e-commerce is the emergence of many online-based marketplaces or so-called e-marketplaces. However, a lot of these online marketplaces sell 90% imported products. In addition, the outbreak of Covid-19 in Indonesia has prompted the government to establish several policies that have significantly reduced MSME performance by up to 70-100%. This study aimed to provide an empirical analysis of the influence of factors based on the Technology of Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, namely e-marketplace self-efficacy, complexity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual technology use in e-marketplaces. The sample consisted of MSMEs in East Java, especially those engaged in the food and beverage industry sector with ready-to-eat processed food products whose business activities use the Shopee e-marketplace application platform. This is an online shopping marketplace focused on mobile platforms. There were 150 respondents. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used. E-marketplace self-efficacy, complexity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual technology use in e-marketplaces all had positive effects on each other. This showed that a system that offers convenience will improve behavior, habits, and performance for MSMEs in using e-marketplace activities. Smart home services (SHSs) afford users an effective lifestyle management system, which provides human-oriented networking of smart devices and applications that enable users to control their homes from anywhere at any time. Despite the benefits of SHSs, however, their acceptance is very low. There remains a gap in the literature in terms of a comprehensive model that addresses users’ intention to use SHSs. To address this gap, the present study explored the factors that influence SHS acceptance among users based on well-established theoretical frameworks, such as the technology acceptance model, innovation diffusion theory, and the theory of planned behavior. To this end, the study integrated four additional factors, namely, perceived convenience, perceived connectedness, perceived cost, and perceived privacy risk, into the exploration and carried out structural equation modeling to quantitatively determine the effects of these factors. Questionnaires were administered to 750 users. The findings indicated that perceived compatibility, perceived convenience, perceived connectedness, perceived cost, perceived behavioral control with perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use directly and indirectly exerted a significant influence on users’ intention to use SHSs.

This study examines the applicability of an extended technology acceptance model (TAM) that incorporates trust, perceived risk, and self-enhancement as antecedents to the TAM constructs. Data collected from 299 Vietnamese online consumers, through a self-administered survey, were entered into a structural equation model using AMOS 23 to establish causality. The results partially confirm the applicability of TAM to the online shopping intentions of Vietnamese consumer, though contrary to expectations, perceived ease of use does not predict behavioral intentions. Trust and self-enchantment fit well with the TAM; the inclusion of perceived risk as an antecedent is questionable. The findings offer new opportunities for explaining TAM theory in light of Schwartz's value dimensions. This article thus concludes with a discussion of the research contributions and implications.

Despite the significant increase in telemedicine services technology, its adoption and use have been quite slow in some healthcare settings. It is generally accepted in today’s globalizing world that the success of telemedicine services relies on users’ satisfaction. Satisfying physicians and patients is one of the crucial objectives of telemedicine success. This study seeks to evaluate physicians’ satisfaction with telemedicine services adoption and utilization using the technology acceptance model. A structured questionnaire based on the construct of technology acceptance model was used to solicit for data from participants in four different government health institutions. Purposive and convenience sampling techniques were employed to select healthcare professionals from various medical fields. Structural equation modeling was utilized in the data analysis. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of telemedicine services were found to influence physicians’ behavioral intentions. This resulted in increased efficiency, quality of services, quality patient care delivery, and satisfaction among physicians in using telemedicine services. We noted that the adoption of telemedicine services in clinical settings depends on physicians’ and patients’ satisfaction with the use of the service. The study contributes to empirical knowledge by identifying the vital predictive factors affecting telemedicine services satisfaction among physicians.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing continuous usage intention of E-Wallet in Denpasar City with integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) And Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). This study applied a structural equation model analysis with 140 samples collected from E-Wallet users in Denpasar City. The results show that all three determinants of E-Wallet continuous usage intention, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude. Recommendations are provided for E-Wallet providers to improve their user continuous usage intention in Denpasar City.
