 Synchronization of all partners along a supply chain logistics system is one of the challenges in most of the business operations. In this paper, we present a brief literature review of cross-docking approaches for supply chain logistics problem. On describing the problem, we formulate the supply chain logistics problem as a truck sequencing problem to minimize the discrepancies of operation times of inbound and outbound trucks. The problem is decomposed in two sub-problems as inbound and outbound parts as a solution strategy.Journal of Institute of Science and Technology, 2014, 19(1): 39-44

The multi-level production problem is one of the challenging research areas in supply chain management. We present brief literature review and mathematical models of multi-level just-in-time sequencing problem with a view of cross-docking approach for supply chain logistics. Describing cross-docking operations, we propose a mathematical model for the cross-docking supply chain logistics problem to minimize the operation time as truck sequencing problem. The multi-level just-in-time sequencing problem is one of the challenging research areas in supply chain management. In this paper, we present brief review and some recent research developments of just-in-time production systems together with supply chain logistics. Observing production flows and supply chain synchronization in production process, we present the mathematical models of just-in-time (JIT) sequencing problem in multi-level and single-level as nonlinear integer programming in terms of discrepancy functions under the specified constraints. Agroindustry needs further attention from the relationship between supply chain actors to improve efficiency in terms of partnerships and the application of modern technology today. Supply chain management in agroindustry emphasizes a management approach to a network of facilities and distribution channels that includes procurement of materials, production, and delivery of agroindustry products to end consumers. The research methodology used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which is the literature review method that identifies, evaluates, and interprets all findings on a research topic, to answer research questions. The results of the study imply that in order to manage the agroindustry supply chain the entire supply chain structure must be well understood by focusing more on the quality of external relations with supply chain actors and who focus actor on partnership, trust and sustainability in conducting agroindustry supply chain activities. Agroindustry managers must investigate why they must manage, what must be managed and how to manage agroindustry supply chains. To explore the agroindustry supply chain that a manager must integrated the system, examine the nature, linkages and dependencies between business operations in the agroindustry supply chain. Suggestions from researchers that this four-step approach to meeting sustainability must be implemented in the agroindustry supply chain, and optimalized or later all organizations will adopt the SCM concept in achieving competitive advantage.

The logistics industry is the integration of transport, warehousing, freight forwarding and information industries, such as a composite service industry, is an important part of the national economy, involving wide areas, absorbing large employment, promoting production and consumption, it is always playing a positive role. Logistics has played an important role in promoting the industry structural adjustment, which can change the mode of economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy. Logistics industry is relying on the industries, through the study of industrial supply chain logistics system architecture model, and submits the corresponding industry-based supply chain logistics network planning model, and propose relevant countermeasures and proposals based on the logistics industry in Yunnan Province as empirical Measure. The study of logistics can be start with three basic levels that is the enterprise logistics, trade logistics, and social logistics, finally to build a highly efficient, integrated logistics system of society. In the era of big data, information sharing functions are of great significance. Moreover, under the effect of big data technology, information sharing can also avoid the problems of traditional supply chain logistics management, develop personalized service content for users, and fully control order risks. This article summarizes the current situation of traditional supply chain logistics services based on previous work experience. The author discusses the impact of big data on supply chain logistics management from how to improve the effect of high-tech management and control, how to shift from price competition to value competition, how to build a “big logistics” system, reduce logistics costs, strengthen distribution efficiency, and improve the stability of the enterprise, how to enhance the user service experience these all six aspects.

We summarized corresponding literatures of collaborative decision of pricing and scheduling from coarse-grained and fine-grained views, then we found that collaborative decision of pricing and production scheduling can increase more than 30% of the total profits. Main ideas and research frame of the problem are proposed.
