IntroductionEntrepreneurs are individuals or group of individuals who invest capital, organize and direct business and industrial units. An entrepreneur assembles, coordinates and directs various factors of production namely land, labor, capital and other materials. "An entrepreneur initiates ventures, employs workers, organizes production, develops markets and influences the development of managerial thoughts" (Shrestha, 1982:11). As stated by Higgins "Entrepreneurship is meant the function of seeing investment and production opportunities, organizing an enterprise to undertake a new production process, raising capital, hiring labor, arranging for the supply of raw materials, finding a site and combining these factors of production into a going concern, introducing new techniques and selecting top managers for day to day operation" (Higgins, 1966:88). The elements common to all of them are the desire for breaking away from traditional ways of doing things, face the organizational and technical problems in decision-making process and measure up to the risks which are implicit in the process (Joshi, 1977: 40). Entrepreneurs can be divided into three broad categories i.e., Private Entrepreneur, Government Entrepreneur and Institutional Entrepreneur (K.C., 1989: 18–19).

The use of renewable energy and recycling products is one of the main achievements of organizations. The circular economy (CE) is a new concept which evolves out of a new management assumption in organizations based on recycling, reuse, and repurposing of products. The circular economy provides a framework for facing challenges and a guide for rethinking and redesigning the future. This chapter analyzes the Portuguese market for circular economy organizations based on discussion of the CE conceptual model. The circular economy is expected to contribute positively by introducing new methodologies for the production of raw materials, with new production processes and giving value to eco products. The challenge for Portuguese organizations is to create management “vectors” which promote networking innovation, labor, capital, and eco products. Overall, the conceptual model presented gives importance to Portuguese business decision making for sustainable consumption, which provides advancements in business for the green supply chain.

Abstract Investing is a category of spending that engages the future most, depends on increasing and improving the productive potential of an enterprise (through expansion and modernization), the emergence of new production capacities. Because it is necessary to allocate large resources for the investment process, they are for a long time and the decision making process involves a lot of uncertainties. A decision on investment projects must be based on a careful analysis of all aspects of the context, the variables involved and their dynamics.

Abstract: In the decision making process of the feasibility of corn raw materials so far only see the physical raw materials tend to be subjective so that in the decision making process of the feasibilityof corn raw materials must take a long time , sometimes the decision taken is not appropriate so that this needs to be addressed again for the feasibility of corn raw materials. From the description above need to be made an auxiliary program for decision support system by using fuzzy SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method in determining corn raw material that is acceptable to PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program which will be made more to assist manager or staff in taking decision and not replace it. The results of this study are expected to assist managers or staff in making decisions for the process of assessing the feasibility of corn raw materials in PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia so as to improve the quality of human resources. Keywords: corn raw materials, decision support system, fuzzy saw method Abstrak: Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung selama ini hanya melihat fisik bahan baku yang cenderung subjektif sehingga dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung harus membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, terkadang keputusan yang diambil tidak tepat sehingga hal ini perlu dibenahi lagi untuk proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung.

The present work is related to the administration of the exchange risks in an industrial microenterprise of Sinaloa; its objective is to contrast the effect obtained on the decision-making process by managing the exchange risks inherent in the businesses that buy imported raw materials in order to be able to produce their goods that they commercialize. For this reason, it is based on a literature review containing scientific articles, books, and theses where evidence was found that it is possible to reduce risk through the use of derivative instruments such as European futures and options contracts. The methodology is qualitative with the case study. The results indicate that is possible. The results indicate that it is possible to manage the exchange risk using derivative products in the microenterprise studied.

Abstract The traditional mechanical manufacturing process is to transform all raw materials into the final materials and products and directly into the international market all the production process, in this process we involved a lot of problems about decision-making methods, decision-making process is a most basic production technology activity, it is widely exists in the whole social life and each link of enterprise production. This paper studies the decision-making method of mechanical manufacturing process based on artificial intelligence, optimizes the process parameters of plastic integrated mechanical manufacturing process, and compares it with the traditional decision-making method. Finally, the experimental results are obtained that the traditional decision-based method is reduced by more than 10% in size error. But several experiments, the AI decision-making method appeared deviation, the error results are higher than the traditional decision-making method, which may be objective factors, but also reflects the possibility of instability, in the result of deformation. AI-based decision method performance is higher than the traditional decision-making method, reduce the deformation amount by 3.5%

PT. X is a newspaper publishing company. In publishing newspapers, paper raw materials are needed as the main ingredient. In choosing a supplier of paper suppliers, so far the company still applies conventional methods. Improper supplier selection process will have an impact on the sales of the company because it relates to the production process and also the products to be sold later. Many things must be considered in choosing suppliers. In the decision-making process for selecting suppliers, it must be noted that the factors (criteria) that each other might be interrelated. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method is a method of decision making with many interrelated criteria. This problem is represented in a system with dependence and feedback. The linkages found in the ANP method are linkages in a set of elements (node comparison) and linkages to different elements (cluster comparison). The use of the ANP method will produce priority value weights on all elements contained in the decision making system. From the research that has been done at PT. X there are 4 consideration criteria consisting of 12 sub-criteria, and 3 alternative choices. Based on the results of data processing, alternative suppliers of CV. A was chosen as the best alternative supplier with the highest weight value of 0.158 then CV. B with 0.145 and CV. C of 0.134. Therefore, alternative suppliers of CV. A is the best alternative supplier for the company.
