This study aims to identify the practice of the learning organization in improving teachers competence. The learning organization run as a guideline for teachers in order to enhance the teachers' spirit in learning. The model used in this learning organization is the Fifth Discipline. It is consist of personal skills, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and system thinking. The Fifth Discipline was developed as a model that can provide a new input for the teachers so that they can learning continue to improve their competency. The method used in this study was mixed methode between quantitative and qualitative methods. This study was conducted at the Junior High School district Sidenreng Rappang South Sulawesi with a total of 500 teachers as samples. The findings of the analysis performed by using SPSS 18.0 indicates that there is a significant correlation (r = .341, p <.05) between the practice of the learning organization and the teachers competency. This analysis indicates that the null hypothesis (Ho) in this study was rejected. This shows that the independent variables of learning organization (X) and the dependent variable of teachers competency (Y) has a positive relationship to improve teacher competence at the Junior High School district Sidenreng Rappang South Sulawesi Indonesia.

Aim. The aim of the study was to examine the selected nutritional behaviours of junior- high school students with different body mass from the Bialski school district. Basic procedures. Based on international standards for the subjects’ BMI, they were divided into three groups: underweight, norm, and overweight or obese. We used our own personally designed questionnaire to evaluate nutrition behaviours. Results. Body Mass Index (BMI) for most of the subjects, both girls (69.84%) and boys (79.9%) was within the norms. The most commonly noted source of knowledge about health was the media, and the least popular – teachers. Overweight and obese youth declared abiding the principles of maintaining a healthy lifestyle less frequently than the rest. More than 65% of the subjects consumed 3 to 5 meals a day. The most common mistakes in eating habits are: irregular eating, snacking in-between meals, frequently eating fast-food meals. Conclusions. The studied youth declared that they adhere to the principles of a healthy lifestyle, however, abnormal nutritional behaviours were observed related to, among others: lack of regularity in eating meals, snacking in-between meals and frequent consumption of fast-food meals. The results of the study indicate the need for education about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and its impact on health.

The research was conducted in Assa’adah Junior High School District DurenSawit East Jakarta, which aims to identify and obtain an overview of the quality ofeducational services. This research was conducted in October 2016 until February 2017.approach used is qualitative approach with methods descriptions. Data collection wasdone through interviews, observation and documentation. source data from this study isthe principal and several supporting informant as deputy principals and heads ofadministration. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concludedthat the quality of service at Assa’adah Junior High School has been running well. then,from the quality of the services performed directly supervised by the principal. it can beseen from the quality planning services starting from problem analysis, identification ofneeds, formulation of objectives, devise alternative actions, action selection, preparationof work plans, implementation of the work plan, evaluation, and feedback. Furthermore,quality control process of comparing the performance of the service begins with thetarget of evaluation, problem analysis, and manufacture of alternative actions. then, thestrategy of increasing the quality of services consisting of the development of educators,improved quality of service, and continuous improvement.
