This research was conducted at Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, which aims to determine the process of teamwork and communication is done Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in improving the quality of educational services for gifted students and special intelligent Indonesia. This study was conducted in November 2015 and January 2016. The researchers used a qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Source data from this study are: the general secretary of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional, chairman of the Asosiasi CI+BI Wilayah, and some informants supporting, among others, the management areas of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and school/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI under the auspices of the Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Teamwork in Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional is done by those who want to work together to analyze needs and the resources available for cooperation with Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional. Then those who want to work together to contact Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional and did a deal related to the program to be implemented. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional provides guidance to those who want to work together to reach areas of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional in accordance with the needs and demands. Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional should help schools/madrasah service provider subsidiary CI+BI to look for students who have the potential of gifted special use technology optimally to notify information about the achievements of students CI+BI by making connections between blogs Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional website owned by the school/madrasah service provider CI + BI children under the auspices of Asosiasi CI+BI Nasional.

This research set aims to discover the relation between organizational trust andorganizational citizenship behavior at Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bea dan CukaiEast Jakarta. The research variable is organizational trust as independent variabel (X)and OCB as dependent variable (Y). The method used in this research is a survey method.To collect the data from respondent researcher use an instrument for both variableorganizational trust and OCB.Data analyzing techniques to test the hypothesis using product moment. Beforeusing the product moment researcher has to test the requirement test that cover normalitytest and liniearity test. From the result of hypothesis test for significance correlationresearcher obtain Tscore > Ttable, Tscore = 31,78 and Ttable = 1,995. From the scorewe can conclude that the hypothesis being submitted is accepted and the nil hypothesis isrejected.From the result of the research can be concluded there is a positive relationbetween organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior of employee atPusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Bea dan Cukai East Jakarta. The result also sow thecontribution of organizational trust for OCB is 93,61%. From the score can be describedthat the organizational trust giving a big amount of contribution for the enhancement ofemployee OCB. However to give the positive influence on OCB employee requiredanother factor and not just organizational trust but also another factor that couldincrease the influence of OCB.

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Al-Bahri Kota Bekasi peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Strategi Pengembangan Kualitas Guru Melalui Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan di SMK Al-Bahri Kota Bekasi yang dilihat dari komponen PKB yaitu Pengembangan Diri, Publikasi Ilmiah, dan Karya Inovatif. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Artinya, data yang dikumpulkan bukan berupa angka-angka, melainkan data tersebut berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapngan, dokumen pribadi, catatan, memo, dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Sehingga yang menjadi tujuan dari peneltian kualitatif adalah ingin menggambarkan realita empiric dibalik fenomena secara mendalam, rinci, dan tuntas. Oleh karena itu, penggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah mencocokkan antara realita empiric dengan teori yang berlaku dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif.Metode deskriptif adalah pencarian fakta dengan interprestasi yang tepat. Dalam proses pengembangan pendidik dapat memenuhi standard dan mengembangan kompetensinya, sehingga mampu menghadapi perubahan internal dan eksternal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik untuk menghadapi kehidupannya di masa datang. Kegiatan Pengembangan Diri, Publikasi Ilmiah, dan Karya Inovatif di SMK AlBahri Bekasi sudah melaksanakan dengan baik. Pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah setempat dan instansi lain yang telah bekerja sama dengan SMK Al-Bahri Bekasi. Telah melaksanakan pelatihan secara bertahap, dengan mengikuti aturan sebelum ingin melakukan pelatihan atau kegiatan pendidik yang lainnya. Dengan menggunakan modul yang menjadi acuan pendidik untuk melaksanakan pelatihan.

This study aims to know there is a relationship between headmastersinterpersonal communication with teachers performance at Vocational High SchoolNorth Bogor District, Bogor City. This research use quantitative with two variables therein, namely: (X) interpersonal communication as independent variable and (Y) teachersperformance as the dependent variable. The method used is survey method with theresults of the analysis of correlational studies. The population in this study are teachersat vocational high school in North Bogor District, Bogor City, there are 580 teachers.Samples were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The technique is basedon the sample size used in this study as many as 85 teachers. Data collection for thevariable (X) interpersonal communication and variable (Y) teachers performance using aquestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done by using product moment correlation formulaand getting the correlation coefficient (r) value = 0,58892 and based on the results ofhypothesis testing by using t-test obtained t for 6,639 ˃ 1,671 t-tables. By this research,we get a positive relation between interpersonal communication with teachersperformance at Vocational High School North Bogor District, Bogor City.

This research aims to give a description and information about EntrepreneurStudent Program (PMW) that has been held at Jakarta State University. This evaluationresearch uses Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) model with evaluativeapproach and descriptive method. Data were collected through observations, interviews,questionnaire, documentation study that have been done in Jakarta State University. Theresult of research shows Entrepreneur Student Program has been well done and met theevaluation criteria; 1) evaluation result in program background, goal and need analysishas met the evaluation criteria and shows good in category but legal basis of the programmanagement team should be made, 2) evaluation result in program human resources,objective and infrastructure of program has met the evaluation criteria but clearorganizational structure should be made and human resources who are committed andcompetent in program implementation, 3) evaluation result in program preparation,provision, business run, monitoring and evaluation has met the evaluation criteria but theprogram management team need to monitor the performance of mentor and monitoringand evaluation team so that goal of monitoring and evaluation be achieved with goodimplementation, 4) evaluation result in program result and report has met the evaluationcriteria but concrete efforts should be made to encourage the formation of organizationsthat specifically manages entrepreneurship program.

This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation andorganizational commitment junior high school teachers in the district Pulo Gadung. Theresearch approach is a quantitative approach to the method used survey methods. Thisstudy uses correlational study analysis. The study population was Junior highschoolteachers in the district Pulo Gadung with the sample amounted to 79 teachers. Samplingwas done randomly by using simple random sampling with data collection using thequestionnaire. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between compensation andorganizational commitment. This means that the higher the compensation it will furtherenhance the organization's commitment junior high school teachers in the district PuloGadung.

This study aims to determine the introductory training management at Ministry ofManpower Training and Education Center. In research on training management trainingfocused on the planning and implementation of training. This research is a qualitativedescriptive study. Determining the subject of this study using snowball sampling. Datacollection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data wereanalyzed by descriptive qualitative.The results of the study indicate that the introductorytraining management Employees working in the Ministry of Employment Training Centerinclude: 1) Planning training in with AKD (Training Needs Analysis) tailored to theneeds on the ground. Formulate the curriculum, syllabus, teaching materials, methods,schedules, and lecturer. After conducting a needs analysis phase, 2) The training beginswith a letter calling the membership then process the results of field organizersformulation of curriculum, syllabus and schedule to be processed into a tentativeschedule. Next is a learning process begins with classical training and learning outsidethe classroom there are street vendors (Practice Field work) in order to train theparticipants in terms of skills. After the stage of the learning process of the next stage isthe end of the training seminar is the last stage of determining graduation trainingparticipants were announced at the closing. Then follow-up after the participants followthe training is coaching and empowerment of the participants returned to the horse'smouth each work unit. Employee Training Center and related Technical Unit shouldprepare earlier and more intensively communicate in detail in preparing the training. theneed for alternative plans or concepts implementation and submitted directly to therelevant parties prior to the implementation of the training in order to anticipate atechnical error or adjustment situation and conditions on the ground so it does not needto re-coordination.

The research was conducted in Assa’adah Junior High School District DurenSawit East Jakarta, which aims to identify and obtain an overview of the quality ofeducational services. This research was conducted in October 2016 until February 2017.approach used is qualitative approach with methods descriptions. Data collection wasdone through interviews, observation and documentation. source data from this study isthe principal and several supporting informant as deputy principals and heads ofadministration. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concludedthat the quality of service at Assa’adah Junior High School has been running well. then,from the quality of the services performed directly supervised by the principal. it can beseen from the quality planning services starting from problem analysis, identification ofneeds, formulation of objectives, devise alternative actions, action selection, preparationof work plans, implementation of the work plan, evaluation, and feedback. Furthermore,quality control process of comparing the performance of the service begins with thetarget of evaluation, problem analysis, and manufacture of alternative actions. then, thestrategy of increasing the quality of services consisting of the development of educators,improved quality of service, and continuous improvement.

The improving of performance in educational institution is expected to produce agood output. Many things must be prepared and have good performance to achieve thequality institution. This study focuses on the evaluation of the implementation of theStandards and Procedures Accreditation of Undergraduate Studies at Higher Educationlevel in Education Administration Studies Program Faculty of Education, UniversitaNegeri Jakarta. The scope of study is limited to the evaluation of the implementation ofstandards and procedures for accreditation.This study uses Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) as model evaluation. Itevaluates the gaps of program that is based on intermediate state which is expected in theplan with that generated in the implementation of the program. Evaluation of the gap isintended to determine the level of compatibility between the standards prescribed in theprogram with the actual appearance of the program. The data source is data offinancing,insfrastructure, information system, research, community service andcooperation in year 2013-2015.sThese results indicate that; (1) the performance component on financing aspects,the aspect of financing is not directly managed by the study program. (2) the existingcomponents of the infrastructure shows the percentage of achievement in the category ofgood. (3) the component information system shows the percentage of achievement in thecategory of good. (4) component research, community service and cooperation shows thepercentage in the category of pretty good achievement. Based on the acquisition of thefour components of the above, the performance Educational Administration Faculty ofEducation UNJ aspects of financing, infrastructure, information systems, research,service and cooperation demonstrated has good category.
