Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap kebutuhan mesin cuci pada tahun 2013 pertumbuhan mesin cuci nasional naik sebesar 28%, Menurut data Euro Monitor tahun 2017, penetrasi mesin cuci di Indonesia selama lima tahun terakhir terus meningkat. Sekitar 74% masyarakat di Kota besar seperti Jakarta telah mengandalkan mesin cuci untuk membantu membersihkan pakaian. Namun pada pembelian mesin cuci, sebagian besar masyarakat masih tertarik dengan harga yang murah tanpa mengetahui spesifikasi detail mengenai mesin cuci yang akan dibeli apakah sesuai kebutuhan atau tidak. Karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, maka dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode fuzzy tahani dan promethee untuk meningkatkan kualitas rekomendasi mesin cuci sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. Metode fuzzy tahani digunakan untuk melakukan pengurutan data mesin cuci berdasarkan kriteria yang menghasilkan nilai 0 sampai dengan 1. Setelah itu, metode promethee digunakan untuk mendapatkan bobot mesin cuci dan akan dilakukan pengurutan mesin cuci sesuai bobot yang didapat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun, masyarakat yang ingin membeli mesin cuci dapat memilih dengan tepat, jelas dan objektif. Hasil akurasi yang dihasilkan adalah 90%. Kata Kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan, pemilihan mesin cuci, fuzzy tahani, promethee Abstract Based on results of survey about the needs of washing machines in 2013, the growth of national washing machines increased by 28%. According to Euro Monitor Data of 2017, penetration of washing machines in Indonesia over the last five years continues to increase. About 74 % of the people in big cities like Jakarta have relied on a washing machine to help clean clothes. However on the purchase of a washing machine, most of the people still interested in a cheap price without knowing detail specification of the washing machine which will be purchased whether as needed or not. Due the lack of public awareness, then made a decision support system using fuzzy tahani and promethee method to improve the quality of the washing machine recommendations according to needs of the consumers. Fuzzy tahani method is used to perform the washing machine data sorting based on the cirteria that yields a value of 0 to 1. After that, Promethee method is used to get weight of the washing machine and will do sorting machine according to the weight obtained. The results of this study indicate that a decision support system who has been built, people who want to buy a washing machine can choose the washing machine properly, cleary and objectively. Pematangsiantar Mayor Office is an institution that is used and functions to serve and protect the community. This paper proposes a decision support system research using the Promethee method. Promethee is one of several methods of determining the order or priority in multi-criteria analysis. This writing uses the Promethee method as a step in determining the provision of incentives for freelance daily staff at the Pematangsiantar Mayor's Office. In this study the authors took 10 alternatives with 5 assessment criteria including absenteeism, achievement, behavior, long history of work and teamwork. With the highest result obtained by alternative 9 on behalf of Triono with a value of 0.422 and the lowest result obtained by alternative 6 on behalf of Soraya with a value of -0.211.

Findings problems are detected, such as: Still the ratings unilaterally cause social jealousy and judgment becomes objective. There is still no effective assessment make judgments solely based on certain criteria. The purpose of this study is to: Build a decision support system that can help the relevant agencies to provide recommendations for decision-making and judgment in determining which employees will be promoted later to be given the post. Improving the quality of research, thereby reducing errors in melolosakan prospective employees that are not in accordance with the standards of quality positions at the agency. Profile Matching methods used to solve problems in this study. The results of the calculation Profile Matching stated that the alternative selected and the most appropriate criteria are employee-2 (P2) with the results Profile Matching stated that the alternative selected and the most appropriate criteria are employee-5 (P5) with the results Profile Matching obtained of the questionnaire by the three respondents gave the answer can be calculated and the final result that the employee-5 (P5) of 4.15 compared with employees excel-1 (P1) of 4.06, an employee-4 (P4) with a value of 4.02, employee-3 (P3) of 3.88, and an employee-2 (P2) of 3.85

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengrajin kayu di Dongkelan, Krapyak, Yogyakarta dalam menentukan kayu terbaik untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan gitar, karena sering terjadi keluhan dari para pembeli bahwa bahan yang dijadikan bahan gitar cepat lapuk dan kusam dari segi warnah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dicari suatu solusi dengan menggunakan metode <em>Decision Support System</em> <em>Multi Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis</em><em> </em>(MOORA) serta dibantu oleh pakar dalam menentukan kriteria yang tepat berkaitan penentuan kayu terbaik yang digunakan dalam pembuatan bahan gitar, setelah berdiskusi panjang ditemukan hasil kriteria yang tepat berdasarkan permasalahan, berupa kriteria kekuatan kayu, serat kayu, tekstur, dan berat kayu. Semua kriteria tersebut, kemudian diproses dengan menggunakan metode MOORA, dengan data yang digunakan sebanyak 29 jenis data kayu, yang diperoleh dari pengrajin yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Setelah diproses, diperoleh hasil 3 kayu terbaik yang layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan pembuatan gitar secara berurutan dalah kayu Bubinga dengan nilai 18,36785, kayu Bocote dengan nilai 17,33385, dan kayu Eboni dengan nilai 17,33385   dari beberapa pilihan alternatif  kayu yang ada. Membuktikan hasil dari metode MOORA<em>, </em>maka dilakukan responden secara langsung dengan memberikan hasil metode kepada pakar pembuat gitar. Dari 15 pakar pembuat gitar, 13 mengatakan setuju dengan peringkat 3 terbesar, dan 2 mengatakan kurang setuju. Sehingga ditemukan tingkat akurasi berdasarkan penilaian pakar sebesar 86,67 %.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><div><p><em>This study aims to assist wood craftsmen in Dongkelan, Krapyak, Yogyakarta in determining the best wood to be used as guitar material, because there are frequent complaints from buyers that the material used for guitar is rotten quickly and is dull in terms of color. Based on these problems, a solution was sought using the Multi Objective Optimization on the basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) Decision Support System method and assisted by experts in determining the right criteria related to determining the best wood used in making guitar materials, after a long discussion found the results. the right criteria based on the problem, in the form of wood strength criteria, wood grain, texture, and wood weight. All of these criteria are then processed using the MOORA method, with the data used as much as 29 types of wood data, which are obtained from craftsmen in the area. After processing, the 3 best woods that are suitable for use as a guitar-making material are Bubinga wood with a value of 18.36785, Bocote wood with a value of 17.333385, and Eboni wood with a value of 17.333385 from several alternative wood choices. . Proving the results of the MOORA method, the respondents directly gave the results of the method to guitar-making experts. Of the 15 expert guitar makers, 13 said they agreed with the third largest ranking, and 2 said they disagreed. So that it found the level of accuracy based on expert judgment of 86.67%. </em></p></div><p><strong><br /></strong></p>

One effort in the development of information technology today requires fast and accurate information in its implementation. in the assessment of the work ability of well-performing and poor employees with the support of a decision support system it produces one of the implementations of the development of information technology in improving the quality of the company's work. where the decision making process determines employee demotion is still done manually. still there are often a number of errors such as misdirection. Therefore, to make an assessment in making a decision to choose a decent demotion employee based on the assessment carried out in the field. Then the decision support system that will be built with a computerized system so that decision making is done quickly and accurately. For this decision support system, use the Profile Matching method or matching the demotion of employee demos with the profile of the employee assessed with the specified Criteria. Making an application program must be made carefully, so that it looks easy to understand and proven useful and useful for users. the system built can help PT. Nafasindo in determining the demotion of employees who are decent and can reduce errors in determining the demotion of employees

Decision support system for selecting color guard with VIKOR and Borda methods. It has been made as a tool to select color guard at the Sei Rampah High School. The criteria used in the decision support system for color guard selection are: height, weight, agility, stamina, and body language. Color guard selection activities are a routine activity every year, so GINADA marching band coach Sei Rampah hereby selects to select permanent members in the marching band. Decision Support System in an organization can be seen as important in supporting the smooth running of activities and achieving an organizational goal. SPK can come in various forms, ranging from simple forms of data processing to complex application forms, and can also be used to accelerate and improve the quality of the decision-making process in the organization.

IntroductionE-health offers the opportunity of supporting the management of several diseases, but most of these tools are far from being based on scientific evidence and demonstrating their effectiveness and efficacy. The PSICODEM Project aims to develop a mobile personalized clinical decision support system (CDSS) based on evidence for contributing to e-health interventions addressed to the management of dementia that require not only a pharmacological approach but also psychosocial interventions for improving patients’ quality of life and reducing emotional, cognitive and behavioral symptoms. The present communication focuses on the identification of the evidence on which the CDSS algorithm will be developed.MethodsThree systematic reviews were carried out in order to identify the existing scientific evidence published in relation to the effectiveness of behavioral, emotional and cognitive therapies addressing dementia (January 2009 to December 2017). The main databases were consulted (PubMed, Cochrane Library, PsychoInfo) and only randomized control trials (RCT) were considered. Articles were reviewed by two independent reviewers. The quality of the selected publications was assessed according to the SIGN criteria.ResultsForty-seven RCTs were selected for cognitive therapies, thirty-two for emotional ones and fifteen for behavioral interventions. Those therapies with more support of evidence were skills training for cognitive therapies and reminiscence interventions for emotional interventions; however, in behavioral interventions a variety of therapeutically approaches were found. Wide differences were found between studies in terms of types and levels of dementia, forms of intervention (number, length and frequency of sessions) and outcome measures.ConclusionsIn-depth analysis of evidence will allow the identification of those interventions more appropriate for each patient according to their symptoms and level of dementia. According to this evidence, the mobile CDSS algorithm will be developed. Additionally, these findings point out the gaps in psychosocial intervention research.
