Mathematics is one of the subjects considered difficult by students, so the learning outcomes obtained by students are low. The same thing also happened at SMPN 4 Ambon, after observing and interviewing the subject teachers, 58% of students obtained completeness of student learning in square material. Based on this, the teacher is required to be able to use the learning model so that the material is easily understood or understood by students and creates student-centered learning. So that it can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in class VII-6 SMP Negeri 4 Ambon through the STAD type cooperative learning model with 28 research subjects consisting of 15 male students and 13 female students. Classroom Action Research (CAR) consists of 4 (four) stages, namely: Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. Data collection is done by observation and tests. The results of observation of the activity showed that there was an increase in each cycle. Likewise with learning outcomes in each cycle has increased namely in the first cycle student learning outcomes by 71.4% or 20 students increased to 89.3% or 25 students in the second cycle so an increase of 17.9%.

The right learning model is needed to achieve an active learning process, generally teachers at UPT. SD Negeri 22 Baringin is not right to use a learning model that should be in accordance with the teaching material. So that students in the class often feel bored and less enthusiastic about learning, which makes the classroom atmosphere passive and few students want to ask the teacher even though the material being taught has not been understood so that it affects learning outcomes. Given the problems that lead to unsatisfactory student learning outcomes, researchers are very careful in applying the learning model. Researchers try to use the learning model learning starts with a question. This study aims to determine teacher activities, student activities and student learning outcomes through the application of the learning model learning starts with a question. This research is a Classroom Action Research with the research subjects of class V UPT students. SD Negeri 22 Baringin. This research was conducted in two cycles, each of which included planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data obtained through research instruments, observation sheets, tests, and processed using a percentage formula. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) Teacher activity with the application of the learning model starts with a question increased from cycle I only at 66.67% increased in cycle II to 83.33%, (2) Student activity in cycle I was only 69.74% increase in cycle II to 82.95%, (3) Classical student learning outcomes in cycle I only 65% increase in cycle II to 85% this means that most students complete their learning by applying the learning model learning starts with a question on the material on the relationship between living things in the ecosystem in class V UPT. SD Negeri 22 Baringin.

This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes with the use of guided inquiry learning models using collaborative-based macromedia flash and based on children's learning motivation attitudes, as well as the interaction between the two models with the level of children's learning motivation in influencing student learning outcomes improvement. The research was conducted at SD Angkasa 2 LANUD Medan in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The sample in this study consisted of classes V-A and V-B which were taken by purposive sampling class. Class V-A is an experimental class that is taught using the guided inquiry learning model using collaborative-based macromedia flash, while for the control class, it is taught using the selected direct learning model, class V-B. This means that student learning outcomes with the guided inquiry learning model using collaborative-based macromedia flash is better than direct learning. Acquisition of calculated F value of 5,123 is greater than the F table of 4,001, with a significance value of 0.027 <0.05. This means that the learning outcomes of students with high learning motivation are better than students with low learning motivation, and the calculated F value of 0.189 is smaller than the F table, namely 4.001 with a significance value of 0.665> 0.05, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, so in the study There is no interaction between learning motivation in the application of the guided inquiry learning model using collaborative-based macromedia flash or direct learning on student learning outcomes. This study shows that the learning model and learning motivation do not influence and reject the third hypothesis.
